About the role
The Facilities Team is responsible for ensuring that our residents have a safe and well maintained living environment and that Your Place meets regulatory compliance standards as a Registered Provider.
The Facilities and Compliance Co-ordinator will be working closely with the Facilities Manager and team, co-ordinating technical support, including day to day repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance, health and safety compliance, facilities management, environmental management, and the administration of business continuity arrangements.
This post will involve working closely with contractors, consultants, and senior colleagues
Salary: £28,712 - £32,240 per annum

Other responsibilities include
- Co-ordinating day to day maintenance, planned and cyclical/housekeeping administration, reporting and job allocation via iCompleat finance software, Salesforce & Pyramid maintenance databases.

- Raising of Purchase Orders, tracking through to job completion
- Checking all compliance documentation Is In place eg. Risk Assessment and Method Statements and any Permits to Work

- Working with the Facilities Manager and Accounts Team to review Facilities management accounts on a monthly basis to ensure all expenditure is accurately recorded.
- Working closely with Facilities Manager, Impact Specialist and Head of Compliance to co-ordinate day to day management of compliance activities including monitoring of compliance, running reports, identifying non-compliance, proactively manage any potential non-compliance, data entry, maintaining property information, data quality updates, providing supporting documentation for reports, KPIs, etc.
- To ensure Facilities' KPIs are kept up to date and reported to SMT and Premises Sub-Committee in line with internal reporting timetable
About you
Experience
- Facilities / Maintenance and or property management background.
- 1 years experience in compliance administration is a must
- Experience of managing health and safety in the workplace would be an advantage.
- Experience of delivering Facilities related training, including site induction an advantage.
- Experience of working within a soft and hard Maintenance services environment.
- Experience of tendering maintenance and Facilities contracts.

Purpose of the role:

What you'll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, audience-focused content across digital and offline channels, supporting social media and email marketing, managing marketing collateral, and ensuring all communications reflect Kinship’s brand and values. Key responsibilities:

- Exceptional written and spoken communications skills, with the ability to develop impactful narratives tailored to different audiences and channels.

Main Responsibilities:
Overview
- Oversight and management of Pecan's financial planning, accounting, and reporting.
- Oversight and management of the organisations financial risk and compliance, and safeguarding of assets through effective processes and procedures.
- Oversight and management of performance and organisational data: its collection, storage, analysis and reporting.
Finance
- Advise and report to the Board, Chief Executive and SMT on all financial matters, including investments, reserves, financial forecasting and cashflow, financial performance and systems.
- Lead the financial planning for the organisation, including annual budgeting and re-forecasting as necessary and to prepare regular financial report, including management accounts, cashflow, and other reports as required by the Board, the SMT and budget holders.
- Provide financial information, advice and support, including training, which meets the needs of the Trustees, SMT and other staff within Pecan. In particular, work with service leads to provide all necessary financial budgeting input to funding bids and funding monitoring and reporting, ideally also upskilling the service leads in this area.
- Take responsibility for the day to day management and administration of the finance functions such as bank reconciliations, petty cash and donation records, accounts payables & receivables, VAT and gift aid claimed.
Key Requirements (specific skills, qualifications required):
- Experience of working in a senior accounting role, including budget and financial policy formulation.
- A track record of preparing management accounts and other financial reports.
- Strong financial management skills and ability (including SORP).
- Entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fantastic chance to join the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, working within the Delivery team as our new National Cycle Network (NCN) Project Officer.
As the NCN Delivery Project Officer you will support and deliver feasibility and infrastructure construction projects, working closely with team managers to ensure effective project management, community engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and operational delivery. You’ll help drive projects forward in line with organisational goals and compliance standards.
You will have the opportunity to work on projects which seek to tackle some of England’s greatest active travel challenges, including the response to the climate emergency, the inequitable distribution of (and access to) green space, the social injustice of private vehicle dominance and the realisation of equitable and joyful public space for all.
The focus of this role is in the England North region; we may occasionally need you to travel during the course of your work including occasional overnights stays, and you may occasionally be required to work at other locations as necessary to undertake projects on behalf of Walk Wheel Cycle Trust. Candidates should be based within the geographical area with regular travel expected to a nominated hub/office base in Leeds, Manchester, or Newcastle.

ABOUT YOU
You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong report writing experience.
Experienced with working collaboratively within a team, you will also be adept at building meaningful and productive relationships with stakeholders, public sector (local authority) partners, landowners, contractors and volunteers.
This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, with a passion for active travel.
Well organised with an ability to think critically and are keen to learn. Experience with project management tools and mapping software is desirable, but not essential. You will have 3 years' work experience in a relevant field (Geography, infrastructure, transport planning, town planning, sustainable transport, technical project management, urban design).

- Manage all Facilties soft services to enable a positive employee experience within the UK office including direct management of cleaning, security, office events, reception services (couriers, post etc)
- Be the team lead for office/workplace systems eg audio visual technology, meeting room/visitor management/desk booking software, digital signage.

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- On the job facilities management experience (minimum 3 years in a facilities manager role).
- Experience of working in a customer facing facilities team, and proven ability in providing an excellent experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment; with strong multi-tasking, organisational and time management skills.
- Experience of managing the tendering processes, contractor/supplier services and budget management (with a focus on value for money and quality of service).
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Experience of working on environmental and wellbeing initiatives.
- Experience of management for front of house services.

Summary of the role:
The International Programmes Department (IPD) is a busy, multi-functional team at the heart of the work of Muslim Aid in the UK and internationally.
The Global Programmes Assistant reports directly to the Global Programmes Manager and will primarily be responsible for providing support functions to the International Programmes team. The role requires excellent organisational, teamwork and numeracy skills, to work with key stakeholders to ensure an effective, efficient and quality delivery of development and emergency response programmes.
The Global Programmes Assistant also supports the administrative work of the department, including the preparation and tracking of project payments, and maintaining partner due diligence records.
About the Role:
- Provide programme and administrative assistance to Country Programmes and Programmes Partnerships teams as required including support with the development and production of project proposals.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the Project Tracker and SharePoint site.
- Maintain soft (and if required hard copies of) programme files, provide filing assistance to the team and support archiving.
- Ensure the timely submission of quarterly and completion reports, and support the review of seasonal and small-medium project reports as delegated by Country Programmes and Programmes Partnerships teams
- Maintain and review the report supporting documents including field reports, financial evidence, centrally agreed documents, media and case studies.
- Support the development of IPD wide administrative systems.

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join the growing Reaching Higher team and bring our finance function fully in-house. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional who will play a pivotal role in ensuring strong financial systems, accurate reporting, and sound financial planning. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in financial management and governance, budgeting and forecasting, payroll and pension oversight, and the ability to provide clear strategic insight and analysis to support organisational growth and sustainability.
Purpose of this Role
Our finance functions are currently partially outsourced to an external contractor. Our income has grown significantly over the past five years and our Board have now decided to employ a Finance Manager and bring financial expertise in-house. In this new position as the Finance Manager at Reaching Higher, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and planning, payroll and pension management, and financial governance and compliance. You will support all aspects of Reaching Higher’s work and development through ensuring strong financial systems.
You will work closely with our team to ensure that all day-to-day finance requirements are met, including accurate grant finance monitoring and reporting to multiple funders. You will also work closely with our senior leaders and board to build the charity’s financial resilience and the financial awareness of our wider team.
You will work closely with the Executive Assistant & Administrator and report to the Executive Director, as well as working closely with the Executive Team, Treasurer and wider Board.

Reaching Higher is a youth organisation which works with over 2000 young people aged 9-21 each year across Croydon and surrounding boroughs. Developed in partnership with local churches, we are a youth-led charity with a Christian ethos and this role is restricted under basis of faith.We have a particular emphasis on providing mentoring support to young people and supporting their development as leaders. Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver timely technical support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
· Provide support for Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and line-of-business applications.

· Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups within Entra AD and work within the Azure environment.
