This senior leadership position is responsible for managing and overseeing OTR’s Voice Services which include our Advocacy and Independent Visiting (IV) Service, Participation Service, LGBTQ+ Service, and our CAMHS Link Work Service. You will directly line manage our Leads of these services and empower them to deliver and develop the work that they do.
You’ll work with the Service Leads to manage key commissioner and contract relationships to ensure we’re delivering in line with our contractual obligations. This role also plays an important part in shaping the future of each service; supporting re-contracting, bid writing, and applications to tender.
The post holder will be a key member of OTR’s Senior Management Team (SMT), working collaboratively with the Head of Wellbeing Services, Head of Resources, and the CEO to help shape and deliver the organisation’s strategy, drive innovation, and support long-term organisational growth.

Main Responsibilities
Service delivery support
Operational oversight and responsibility for OTR’s Voice service, working with the Service Leads to ensure continuity of quality service provision.
Line management of: LGBTQ+ Lead, Participation Lead, Link Worker Lead, and Advocacy & IV Lead.
Through service evaluation, ensuring young people are receiving the best possible quality of support, capturing feedback and learning to continually develop the support we provide.
Working with Team leads on quality assurance using the data from our client record system, and service specific monitoring to ensure we’re delivering on contractual goals and targets.
Be the first point for safeguarding escalation for the Voice Service Leads and part of the on-call safeguarding rota for all of OTR.
Contracts and commissions
Managing relationships with contract managers and commissioners.
Working with the Service Leads to make sure we produce timely reporting, monitoring numbers, and finance papers.
Attending quarterly review meetings, annual reviews and subgroups relating to these.
Working with the SMT on re-contracting and applications to tender for Voice Services.
Finance
Work with Service Leads and the SMT on funding proposals and development opportunities for the Voice Services.
Working with the CEO and Service Leads to set and manage the service budgets and expenditure.
Partnerships
Engage and collaborate with community partners to increase OTR’s presence and impact.
Develop and maintain relationships within health a social care to improve outcomes for young people.
Participate in a variety of external networks and steering groups to share learning and best practice to reach more young people who need us most.
Senior Management Team
Alongside SMT and the Board of Trustees, overseeing and managing the implementation of OTR’s organisational strategy, including reporting to the Board.
Promote OTR values and support the growth of OTR’s culture and identity

Working pattern and location
This role is based at our office in central Bath, which is very close to Bath Spa train station and Bath central bus station. The post holder will be based in a shared office with access to meeting rooms.
There is opportunity to work from home when agreed with your line manager, and we operate a flexible working policy which allows your hours to be spread throughout the day/week in agreement with your line manager.
The post holder will be expected to be able to travel throughout the authority and beyond to meet service users, professionals, and to attend meetings and training activities associated with the position. Mileage allowance will be payable for these types of travel.
The job will require occasional working outside of core office hours, some evenings, including the occasional weekend.

Purpose of the post:
The Senior IAPT Practitioner will play a key role in delivering and developing Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest’s specialist Talking Therapies provision for African Caribbean Heritage (ACH), LGBTQIA+ and Global Majority communities.
The post holder will primarily deliver High Intensity (Step 3) psychological therapy, providing evidence-based one-to-one interventions for people experiencing anxiety and depression within a culturally responsive framework. Oasis Youth Support at North Middlesex Hospital is seeking a dedicated Outreach Worker: Violence Against Women and Girls Specialist to accompany young women who attend North Middlesex Hospital A&E department due to a violent or aggressive incident, on their journey to make positive choices with the aim of breaking the cycle of violence through 1:1 mentoring.
You will be part of a large team based at the hospital and supported by the Youth Support Project Coordinator, as well as the wider Community Hub Team based in Ponders End, Enfield.
The key responsibilities within the role are:
· Support young people and develop a bespoke mentoring programme that meets their needs
· Develop and evaluate a model of care that enables young people to benefit from community based interventions
· Planning and delivering sessions focusing around specific areas of violence against women and girls for young people and professionals

About the role
This rewarding Band 6 Hospice Community Nurse role offers the opportunity to deliver specialist, compassionate care to children and young people with life‑limiting or life‑threatening conditions. You will provide holistic, responsive nursing support across the community, including in family homes, hospitals and wider care settings, ensuring each child receives the right care at the right time.
This role requires experience of delivering high‑quality clinical care and the ability to work collaboratively with Community Children’s Nursing Teams, hospital specialists, palliative care services and hospice colleagues to ensure seamless, joined‑up support for families.
You will be the first point of contact for many families following referral, taking time to understand their needs, explore their understanding of hospice care and guide them towards the most appropriate support. You will provide symptom management, anticipatory guidance and responsive care during periods of uncertainty, and you may act as a hospice key worker for some children, coordinating services to maintain continuity.
You will also participate in a 24‑hour on‑call rota to support children approaching end of life at home, offering hands‑on nursing care, practical advice and emotional support. Working closely with our psychosocial team, you will help deliver truly holistic care for every family.
About you
This role requires experience of working as a Registered Children’s Nurse (Band 6), with the clinical confidence, compassion and communication skills needed to support families facing complex and often uncertain situations. Community or palliative care experience is advantageous but not essential; you will also have the ability to learn and develop specialist skills with the support of our experienced team.
You will be a resilient, adaptable practitioner who can work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, bringing warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
You will also have the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with families and professionals alike, communicate clearly and sensitively, and provide holistic, family‑centred care. You will be confident in assessing clinical needs, responding to changes in a child’s condition and offering guidance that empowers families. The Role of Director of Property
Effective management of clergy housing and glebe assets is critical to supporting mission and ministry across the Diocese which covers Coventry, Warwickshire and part of Solihull.
As we discern a new vision and strategy, we are seeking a leader who someone who can shape and deliver robust strategies for our clergy housing and glebe portfolios.
They will oversee 156 clergy houses valued at £18.6m and a glebe portfolio valued at c£34m, comprising commercial property, agricultural land, and farming tenancies.

Our exciting Health IDVA role is leading the way in forging referral pathways between GPs and specialist support for survivors of domestic abuse. You will build on our existing strong relationships with all the GP practices in Greenwich, provide robust in-person and online training to GPs on how to spot the signs of abuse, and manage a caseload of women referred by GPs.
Aims of the Role
· To build and maintain effective relationships with general GP practice teams, and to recruit local general practices to participate in the DA Health programme
· To provide in-house training for GP teams on understanding, recognising and responding to domestic & Sexual abuse (DSA).
· To provide ongoing specialist advice and support around Domestic and Sexual Abuse to GP teams
· To encourage GP health professionals to ask patients about their experience of abuse and respond, record, safety check and refer
· To provide specialist, individual and needs-led DSA advocacy and support to female patients who are experience DSA who are referred from participating practices, and to provide onward referrals where appropriate, again initially via phone
· To provide signposting and onward referrals to male patients who are affected by DSA
· To provide feedback on case outcomes to referring clinicians
· To collect and collate performance and monitoring data for reporting purposes and with a view to further embedding and developing the Health IDVSA programme locally
Areas of Responsibility
1. Practice-based work
· Work closely with the Clinical Lead to promote the HEALTH IDSVA programme within the area and to encourage local general practices to sign up
· Negotiate dates for and arrange training sessions with practices that agree to participate
· Prepare training packs for practice training sessions
· Deliver, alongside the Clinical Lead, our bespoke DSA training to clinicians and non-clinical staff in participating general practices and prepare training materials where necessary
· Promote awareness of the experiences and needs of women affected by DSA, particularly in relation to their health, in partnership with the Clinical Lead
· Develop a good relationship with all general practice staff and work effectively as part of the practice team. This includes:
. provision of systematic and support to the primary care teams of participating general practices, including meeting with individuals and small groups of clinical and administrative staff
. Attending relevant meetings
· Maintain effective monitoring procedures and ensure that clear accurate records of practice-based work are kept and maintained, in line with Health IDSVA requirements
· Feedback on the use of the electronic medical record prompt linked to the Health IDSVA programme and provide patient feedback and case updates /outcomes
· Using the data collected, maintain an overview of local practices’ engagement with the Health IDSVA programme
· Act upon this overview to proactively ensure that the Health Idsva programme is well established and embedded, and that all local HEALTH IDSA -trained practices are engaging with the programme.
2. Advocacy and support service
· Provide support to women experiencing (or who have recently experienced) DSA referred by primary health care clinicians or MARAC
· Provide support to women experiencing (or who have experienced) DSA who self-refer from participating practices
· Provide direct assessment, casework support, advice, information and advocacy to women experiencing DSA through telephone contact, and/or meetings at the relevant practice
· Work with women experiencing DSA to increase their personal safety, and that of any children, and inform them of their rights and options in terms of housing, legal and welfare rights
· Develop good working relationships and liaise with outside agencies when needed.
· Keep accurate records of all referrals received and of work done with or on behalf of service users, in line with Health IDSVA requirements.
3. Reporting and Monitoring
· Attend and participate in the local Health IDSVA steering group meetings
· Contribute to monitoring and evaluation of the Health IDSVA programme, by:
- Collecting and collating all practice-based and referral and advocacy data and monitoring, as requested
- Producing written reports as requested (e.g. quarterly reports, annual report), including for the local Health IDSVA steering group
· Participate in multi-agency working parties and focus groups, when requested to do so by the Director or your manager.
· Provide advice and training at a range of locations as requested for both professionals and the public
· Keep up to date on research, policy development and other literature relevant to the project. Attend relevant conferences and seminars on behalf of the project.
4. Other
· Attend team meetings, relevant meetings with trustees and to be part of Her Centre outreach marketing
· Attend training as identified with your manager
· Take on other tasks as appropriately as requested by managers or the Trustees

The Role
SMART CJS is looking to recruit a Trusts and Foundations Bid Writer. The successful candidate will also have some responsibility for corporate fundraising with businesses based in Bedford and beyond; this responsibility will be shared with our Community and Corporate Fundraiser.
The main responsibility, though, will be to generate income by writing bids to charitable trusts and foundations, and to statutory funders.
The role will include researching and identifying charity trusts and similar bodies which are able to make an award to SMART. It will also include keeping abreast of developments in fundraising in the charity sector as a whole, especially in the field of grant awarding and, to a lesser extent, of corporate giving.
There will be a probationary period for the role. As it generally takes six months for a grant to be awarded (though some arrive more quickly), the probationary period will need to be for a minimum of seven months, though its precise duration can be negotiated with the successful candidate.
Training will be given; the scope of the training will depend on the candidate’s previous experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join SMART’s friendly and dedicated team. You’ll need to be able to manage your time effectively; the role is primarily self-directed. We envisage that you’ll be working primarily from our offices in Prebend Street, Bedford, though you'll be able to work from home for some of the time as well. Given the nature of our work, personal resilience is important; some of the stories we use when applying for funding can be emotionally challenging.
Our fundraising comes from regular gifts, donations from the community (individuals and groups), and corporate bodies (businesses). The majority of our fundraising income comes from grants. There will be a realistic target for the amount you need to raise; this will reflect the performance for grant applications in the charity sector as a whole and it will not be unrealistic. Fundraising is not an exact science; the assessment of performance against the targets will be fair and reasonable. The final responsibility for SMART’s fundraising rests with the trustees; they appreciate and understand the complexity of the issues involved.
Main Purpose of the Role
You will work closely with the CEO, the Chair of Trustees, the Head of Business and the fundraising team. The post involves gathering information, writing the bids, tracking the progress of submissions, and reporting back to grant awarders on how their money has been spent, if they require this.

Whether you’re already an experienced bid-writer, or whether you think this is something that you could learn to do effectively, we’d like to hear from you. You need to have excellent skills in written English and be able to write in prose that’s clear and readily understandable to the general reader. 2wish has been established since 2012 and has since grown from strength to strength. During this time, we have worked tirelessly to embed our service and ensure that the offer of support is made at the point of death.
We offer an immediate, consistent, high-quality and compassionate service to all individuals affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We work in partnership with professionals who refer into the charity on behalf of families, so they don’t have to trawl through the internet for an organisation who may, or may not, be able to support. We provide immediate, and ongoing, support and are here for as long as our families need us.
We were founded as a Welsh organisation providing immediate casework support, as well as ongoing aftercare services including counselling, alternative therapies, play therapy, support groups, support events and a respite cottage.
In January 2024, we expanded into ‘phase one’ England, namely Cheshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Somerset. And in July 2025 we expanded into ‘phase two’ England, namely Merseyside, Devon and Cornwall, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
