The International Water Association (IWA) is seeking a capable and experienced Event Coordinator to support the professional delivery of its global conference portfolio. IWA has established a dedicated event delivery entity, IWA Conferences Limited, to strengthen the quality, consistency, and operational standards of its events worldwide.

The role is responsible for the full operational delivery of IWA conferences, ensuring that all logistical, technical, and supplier elements are planned and executed to a high standard, on time and within budget. The post works under the direction of the Conference Producer and focuses solely on the operational aspects of event delivery. It does not include responsibility for programme design, delegate registration, sponsorship sales, or marketing activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Event Operations & Logistics

• Lead operational planning for all IWA conferences and events.
• Develop delivery plans, run sheets, floorplans, schedules, and onsite procedures.
• Manage all venue arrangements including room allocations, technical requirements, catering, access, and safety.
• Ensure all events meet required standards in health & safety, insurance, safeguarding (where applicable), and contractual compliance.
• Oversee onsite setup, delivery, and breakdown.
• International travel will be required several times per year.

2. Supplier & Contract Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers including venues, AV/technical contractors, caterers, staging companies, decorators, and logistics partners.
• Ensure value for money, delivery quality, and adherence to agreed timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain clear documentation.

3. Onsite Delivery

• Act as the operational lead during live events.
• Coordinate suppliers, onsite staff, volunteers, and support teams.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain a professional delegate environment.

4. Budget & Reporting

• Manage operational budgets and track expenditure.
• Prepare post-event operational reports and lessons learned.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and supplier frameworks.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in event operations and logistics, ideally with international or multi-day events.
• Strong organisational and scheduling skills with close attention to detail.
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and operational budgets.

Your role

As a Legacy Engagement Manager in the Legacy Team, you will be focused on:

Summary

The Church of England's Digital Team was created in 2016 to develop the Church's approach to the web, social media and wider technological innovation. The Opportunity

As Individual Giving Manager – Prize-Led Fundraising, you’ll lead the development, growth and day-to-day delivery of our newly launched charity lottery. This is a true product-owner role: you’ll shape the strategy, drive innovation, build audiences at scale and turn a young product into a core, sustainable income stream for the charity.

From big multi-channel acquisition campaigns to supporter journeys that genuinely inspire loyalty, you’ll have the freedom and backing to test, learn and grow.

You’ll also:

· Lead the strategic direction and marketing plans for the lottery and future prize-led products

· Drive large-scale acquisition campaigns across door-to-door, digital, email and mail

· Use data, insight and supporter feedback to optimise performance and retention

· Ensure full compliance with Gambling Commission regulations

· Build brilliant relationships with agencies, suppliers and internal teams

· Own the budget, forecasts, KPIs and performance reporting

WHO WE ARE

Animal Equality is an international animal protection organisation working with society, governments and companies to end cruelty to farmed animals. Animal Equality has offices in the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Brazil and India.

Animal Equality releases investigative materials captured from inside factory farms and slaughterhouses, exposing the conditions that farmed animals face around the world. We publish our findings on television, in newspapers and online. We routinely secure mainstream media coverage, including on the BBC, ITV, Sky news, The Times, the Guardian, New York Times and many more.

Animal Equality also advocates for political change. Our current campaigns include a UK ban on foie gras imports, increased enforcement of existing animal protection laws, legal protections for farmed fish, and Government subsidies for transitioning towards a plant-based food system.

We focus on farmed animals because of the scale and severity of the issue. More than a billion animals are confined and killed for human consumption every year in the UK. Farmed animals also often suffer in some of the worst ways: pigs typically endure painful mutilations, many chickens die of heart attacks, fish are confined in underwater cages, and some farmed animals are victims of deliberate abuse and neglect. But the problem is solvable! By utilising effective campaigning strategies, Animal Equality is having an impact for animals around the world and building a future where all animals are respected and protected, and are no longer exploited for human consumption.

Animal Equality UK’s current key campaigns include:

• Strengthening enforcement of animal protection laws
• Halting the expansion of Scotland’s salmon farming industry
• Achieving a ban on foie gras imports
• Securing species-specific slaughter legislation for fish
• Inspiring the public to eat plants, not animals

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in shaping Animal Equality UK’s public voice. The postholder will ensure all outgoing content, both digital and print, aligns with our brand, values, and mission.

This role will lead on paid digital marketing and lead-generation activities to grow our supporter and donor base; oversee video production; manage website content; optimise organic and paid reach; support SEO strategy; and ensure consistent day-to-day engagement across our social media channels.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across all UK departments, particularly Marketing and Campaigns, as well as with international colleagues, to maximise our impact for farmed animals.

You excel in organisation and time management, balancing a varied and fast-paced workload while meeting deadlines and working independently when needed. Your strong written communication skills allow you to craft persuasive, clear, and compelling copy across platforms, always tailored to audience and context.

Collaboration comes naturally to you: you work cooperatively with colleagues across teams and international offices to achieve shared goals. You are driven, self-starting, and strategic in your approach, with a deep commitment to Animal Equality’s mission and the protection of farmed animals. You must have a minimum of three years’ experience in running paid ads on Meta and Google, with a proven ability to design and deliver content for successful lead generation and long-term fundraising.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice helps babies, children and young people who are seriously unwell, and their families, make the most of every day. The charity aspires to become a centre of clinical excellence for children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.

We’ve been on a major upward trajectory in recent years, with more children being supported, more major hospitals being partnered with and more supporters donating. We’ve transformed from being an enthusiastic start-up delivering care in the community, to a serious player delivering major impact both in the community and at our state-of-the-art hospice building, The Ark, opened in 2019.

Philanthropy, which covers Grants, Trusts & Foundations and Major Donor fundraising streams, is pivotal to Noah’s Ark, typically accounting for around 50% of the charity’s voluntary income. This is an area of real expertise for Noah’s Ark, with much scope for further refining. The successful candidate will therefore enjoy opportunities to manage and add to an exciting portfolio and gain further training and support, working as part of a high-performing and super supportive team, ready for its next exciting growth phase.

The Philanthropy Officer will work closely with and report to the Grants, Trusts & Foundations Manager and Head of Philanthropy to develop the Trust and Major Donor pipelines, along with instrumental cross-team work on applications and reporting processes for other income streams. Whilst we work towards developing a more diverse funding model and navigate changes to the external Trust and HNWI environments, sustaining and growing income from both of these income steams will remain vital.

The post-holder will be key in taking the Trust and Major Donor programmes to the next level, securing new grants, building relationships, increasing multi-year gifts and improving both quality and volume of applications. They will also support the Grants, Trusts & Foundations Manager, and the wider team, to the same end with their respective portfolios.

You will be a highly organised, dedicated and reliable individual ready to play a significant role in income generation. An exceptional and eloquent communicator, excellent at managing your time and a natural relationship builder. You will have a collaborative mindset, and be willing to engage with colleagues across the fundraising team and wider charity to create the greatest outcomes for the children and families we support.

At this stage in your career, we would not necessarily expect you to have direct experience of fundraising from Trusts or Major Donors. About the role
The Professional Engagement and Education Team works across the UK, delivering education and training courses, attending health and care conferences, supporting service improvement projects and developing resources to help provide health and care professionals with the skills, knowledge and information they need to improve outcomes for people with arthritis.

As the MSK SKILLs Administrator you will support the team with the coordination of training sessions, carry out financial processes, collate service data and compile reports, support the recruitment of trainers and volunteers for the programme and provide general administrative support for team meetings and events.

About you
If your knowledge, skills and experience include the following then we'd love to hear from you:

• Experience of providing administrative support to a varied team.
