Responsibilities of our Creative Manager:
- The Creative Manager is key to enabling the brand and marketing team to support our organisational goals: Enhancing cat welfare and increasing our impact, supporting volunteering to become an exemplary voluntary organisation, deepening our engagement with customers and supporters, and enabling vital income generation activity to support financial sustainability.
- Acting as guardian and ambassador of the Cats Protection visual and verbal brand, this role is responsible for defining our creative strategy and delivering this through our internal creative team of designers and content writers and via external agencies, helping to reach and engage with new and existing audiences.
About the Brand & Marketing department:
- We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate
- Our team is responsible for supporting Cats Protection’s organisational goals through enabling vital income generation activity, delivery of consistent cat welfare messaging and driving brand awareness and engagement with key audiences

What we’re looking for in Creative Manager
- Experience of creative strategy development and activation across both design and copy
- Significant experience designing for brand and amplifying brand messaging
- Strong experience of managing and developing an in-house creative team or studio including copywriters in line with brand guidelines
- Experience in fundraising design for the charity sector
- Strong experience of Mac-based design using leading creative software
- Good experience of overseeing copywriting for advertising campaigns, direct mail, email, website and social media

Responsibilities of our Regional Legacy & In-Memory Manager:
- Our Regional Legacy & In Memory Manager leads the development and delivery of our regional Legacy and In Memory fundraising programme, growing income, deepening supporter engagement and strengthening Cats Protection’s long-term sustainability and legacy income.
- The successful candidate will work with the wider legacy and in memory teams on various projects, including designing and delivery targeted multi-channel marketing, delivering high-quality stewardship, and owning the reporting process for regional activity in these areas. They will also help to define annual plans and manage budgets and KPIs, in order to grow the volume and value of supporters leaving a legacy or giving in memory at a local level.
About the Legacy and In Memory department:
- The department sits within our Individual Giving and Legacies business area of the Marketing & Income Generation Directorate
- There are four broad areas of expertise and delivery within the department – legacy marketing, legacy administration, in memory fundraising, and local legacy and in memory giving – with 16 individuals making up the teams.
- The teams are responsible for fundraising programmes that cover traditional legacy giving, Free Wills, our Cat Guardians service and In Memory giving for both people and cats.
What we’re looking for in our Regional Legacy & In-Memory Manager:
- Significant experience in a legacy and/or In Memory fundraising role
- Experience of delivering fundraising activity in a local/regional environment
- Management of income and expenditure budgets
- Considerable experience of commissioning and managing external agencies and consultants
- Comfortable reporting and presenting to colleagues, senior management and external agencies
- Familiar with CARE NG or similar CRM system
- Experience of utilising in depth data analysis and segmentation for marketing purposes
- Experience of line managing and developing diverse teams
- Experience of working in a volunteer focused Charity

The charity funds specialist nurses and youth support teams in hospitals across the UK and provides vital emotional, practical and psychological support for young people and their families during and after treatment.
Regional fundraising is a core income stream for Teenage Cancer Trust, generating income through a combination of community and corporate fundraising. Teenage Cancer Trust is now seeking a Regional Fundraising Manager (North) to lead and grow income across a significant and high-potential region. With an income target of c.£750k and ambitions for further growth, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering a more proactive, strategic approach to regional fundraising.
The Regional Fundraising Manager is a senior role responsible for leading fundraising across the North of England, managing a team of four fundraisers and contributing to the wider regional fundraising strategy. The role combines strategic leadership, team development and operational delivery, ensuring sustainable income growth across both community and corporate fundraising.
Reporting to the Head of Regional Fundraising, you will be responsible for delivering regional income targets, developing effective fundraising strategies and ensuring strong pipeline development across the region. Brief role description
NOVA provides trauma-informed, person-centred support to UK Armed Forces veterans who are at risk of, or already in contact with the criminal justice system. NOVA operates across England (as Op NOVA), Scotland and Wales. We are now developing the service in Northern Ireland.
The Caseworker for NOVA Northern Ireland will manage and support a caseload of veterans, providing emotional and practical support across a range of factors including mental health and wellbeing, social stability, housing and employability. They will be working in collaboration with local partners to reduce reoffending.
The Caseworker for NOVA Northern Ireland will work in the community, in partnership with the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), the Probation Board for Northern Ireland (PBNI) and other local partners to provide support to veterans at all stages of the justice pathway: pre-arrest, point of arrest, court process, custody, and transition back into the community.

About the Role
This is a key frontline role within a driven and collaborative Fundraising and Communications team. You will play an essential part in delivering excellent supporter care, managing fundraising systems and strengthening engagement across the charity’s growing supporter base.
Working closely with the Supporter Engagement and Fundraising Manager, you will help deliver an ambitious fundraising strategy, ensuring supporters receive a positive, consistent and engaging experience at every touchpoint.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for supporter enquiries via phone, email and post
- Managing the fundraising inbox and responding to requests from individuals and organisations
- Processing and recording donations accurately, including Gift Aid compliance
- Supporting personalised acknowledgement and stewardship of donors
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system, including The Raiser’s Edge
- Producing reports and supporting fundraising appeals through data segmentation and analysis
- Supporting individual fundraisers and challenge events participants
- Assisting with fundraising campaigns, appeals and donor events
- Contributing to the production of fundraising and marketing materials
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and automate processes
You will also support the wider day to day operations of the Fundraising and Communications function, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
About You
You will be confident working with data and CRM systems and motivated by delivering excellent supporter experiences.
You will bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in fundraising, events, business development or supporter care
- Experience of working with a donor database, ideally The Raiser’s Edge
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- A proactive and positive approach
- The ability to work collaboratively within a small team

The Role
We are looking for a creative, organised and motivated Marketing and Events Manager who is passionate about making a difference. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in raising awareness of The Care Workers’ Charity and supporting our work to improve the lives of care workers across the UK.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the delivery of the charity’s marketing and events programme, helping to grow engagement, strengthen our profile and support our fundraising activities. You will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including social media, email newsletters and the website, ensuring our communications are clear, engaging and consistent. You will play an important role in telling the story of the charity’s impact and helping more care workers, supporters and partners connect with our work.
Events will be a central part of the role. You will coordinate and deliver a varied programme of activities including fundraising events, sector conferences, networking opportunities and national campaigns such as Professional Care Workers’ Week. You will be confident managing event logistics, working with venues and suppliers, coordinating speakers and partners, and ensuring events are well organised and professionally delivered. You will enjoy creating engaging and memorable experiences that help supporters feel connected to the charity’s work.
You will work closely with the fundraising team to support campaigns and partnerships, helping to create engaging opportunities that encourage supporters and organisations to get involved. The role will involve building positive relationships with partners and sponsors and representing the charity at meetings and events across the sector.
About You
You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working with people and finding new ways to engage supporters, partners and care workers in the work of the charity.
You will have experience delivering marketing campaigns and organising events, and you will enjoy bringing ideas to life from concept through to delivery. Whether coordinating a fundraising event, supporting a conference presence or helping to deliver a national campaign, you will be comfortable managing multiple projects and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
You should be confident using a range of marketing channels including social media, email marketing and websites, and be willing to try new approaches to help raise awareness and grow engagement. You will be organised and detail-focused, able to manage event logistics, coordinate suppliers and venues, and ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.
You will be a proactive self-starter who can work independently while also being a strong team player. Experience in marketing, events or fundraising is essential, and knowledge of the health and social care sector would be an advantage.

This critical role leads our Service Desk in delivering responsive, high-impact second and third-line support across our core systems, applications and hardware.
You'll champion clear, consistent processes that empower Helpdesk Analysts to resolve more issues at first contact, building a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and shared problem-solving. Acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical challenges, you’ll drive improvements to system stability, service quality and user satisfaction, while ensuring colleagues from around the world (including those working in French or Spanish) receive timely, thoughtful and effective support.

About you

Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.
