About the Role
As a Support Caseworker, you will provide timely, compassionate and person-centred support to individuals and families referred to our services. Through structured holistic conversations, you will identify individual needs, develop personalised support plans, and help people access information, practical guidance, peer support and appropriate internal and external services.
Working closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals and partner organisations, you will support individuals to navigate key stages of their journey, ensuring they feel informed, empowered and connected to the right support at the right time. You will contribute to the consistent delivery of high quality support pathways while maintaining accurate records and working in line with safeguarding, consent and data protection requirements.
This role does not provide clinical advice but works collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other partners to ensure people receive the support they need.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage referrals, make timely first contact, obtain consent, agree support plans, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Deliver holistic needs assessments, identify priorities, and develop and review personalised support plans.
- Provide compassionate, person centred support, helping individuals navigate key stages while ensuring timely progression through agreed pathways.
- Signpost and refer individuals to appropriate services, encourage engagement with support options, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and partner organisations.
- Maintain high quality records, capture outcomes, monitor risks, and contribute to service evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns, comply with GDPR and organisational policies, and maintain professional boundaries.
- Build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners, represent the organisation professionally, and contribute to the ongoing development of high-quality services.
Other responsibilities:
- To ensure all activity complies with data protection legislation, GDPR requirements and organisational policies.
- To represent the charity externally if required and to undertake other such tasks as required by the line manager.

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is building a new policy and advocacy function, and we're looking for a Senior Public Affairs Manager to play a central role in its development.
Working alongside our recently appointed Head of Policy, you'll help establish how we influence government, Parliament and the wider health system building relationships, shaping campaigns and ensuring the voices of children, young people and families are heard where it matters most.

Salary
The salary for this role is £50,534 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead GOSH Charity's parliamentary affairs activity, building trusted relationships with MPs, Peers, APPGs and parliamentary committees to progress our policy priorities.
- Develop and deliver public affairs strategies that influence policy and improve outcomes for seriously ill children and their families.
- Build productive relationships with senior stakeholders across government, arm's-length bodies, charities and the health sector.
- Lead the development of high-quality parliamentary briefings, consultation responses and policy engagement materials.

- Represent GOSH Charity externally, building our profile and ensuring our voice is heard in key policy discussions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Significant experience delivering successful public affairs or parliamentary engagement programmes.
- Strong understanding of how Parliament, government and policy-making processes work, with experience influencing at different stages of policy development.
- Experience developing policy campaigns and engaging supporters or external stakeholders to influence change.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with senior political, governmental and sector stakeholders.

About the role
As Head of Alumni and Supporter Voice, you will establish and lead a new strategic function for UCL Advancement, ensuring that the perspectives, experiences and needs of our alumni and supporters shape engagement, volunteering and fundraising strategies. The Engagement Manager will play a critical role in helping River Action influence change by developing high-level relationships, building strategic partnerships and providing strategic leadership across River Action’s engagement programmes to advance our policy, legal and campaigning objectives.

What you’ll be doing
The Engagement Manager will lead River Action’s overall engagement strategy, providing strategic oversight of both stakeholder engagement and community engagement activity across the organisation.

SAFE Cardiff
SAFE in the City is a pilot project that brings our award-winning SAFE project to the City of Cardiff area. Funded by the Moondance Foundation and the Baily Thomas Charitable Fund, SAFE (Sexual Awareness for Everyone) is a project that empowers young people with learning disabilities a peer-led environment. It aims to improve the knowledge of topics relating to healthy relationships and sexual health, mate crime, and internet safety. It focuses on young people aged 16-35 with additional learning needs in addition to offering support to their families.
SAFE is facilitated with peer-led workshops. The aim of this project is to empower young people with additional learning needs to lead the conversation and education around their own relationships improving knowledge and awareness of these topics for our beneficiaries of this project.
Job purpose
The successful candidate will deliver a pilot project, taking our SAFE project to Cardiff. You’ll be responsible for forging new connections and seeking opportunities in the area to deliver our SAFE workshops, encouraging the participation of volunteers wherever possible. The role will involve workshop delivery as well as volunteer recruitment and management. Working alongside an existing colleague in Gwent, you’ll develop and consolidate our workshop materials, to ensure that they’re meeting the needs of the young people participating.
Key Duties:

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Programme Manager to lead and develop our Project Management Office (PMO) function. This is a pivotal role focused on driving organisational change, embedding project management best practice, and empowering teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Working closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the organisation, you will champion continuous improvement, strengthen project delivery capability, and ensure our project management systems and governance frameworks support strategic objectives.
What you’ll be doing

Leading and continuously improving the PMO function, including governance, reporting and resource management.

Supporting teams to adopt project management systems and best practices through coaching and training.

Driving organisational change and promoting engagement with new processes and ways of working.

Developing and enhancing project management tools, systems and reporting frameworks.

About you
You will be a confident programme management professional with experience leading change and improving project delivery.
You'll bring:

Strong programme and project management experience, with knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or Waterfall.

Experience developing or managing a PMO function.

Proven ability to lead change and embed new systems and processes.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive improvement.

Experience coaching and developing others, alongside advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Site locations
The SERT region, covers the south east of England, extending from Hampshire in the west to Kent in the east, with the northern border being south of the Thames, extending down to the English Channel.
Our office is based in Leatherhead which you will be required to attend approximately four days a month.
The amount of travel required depends on the role, and can be extensive. Most travel for an individual will be to work on project sites, which can be remote, or attending external meetings within the SERT region. The geographical range and frequency of travel is role dependent.
To support travel costs, SERT pays mileage at the current HMRC amount for travel within the SERT region. We do not pay mileage, time or any other costs for travel outside the SERT region, nor for any commutes to the office. Toll charges cannot be claimed.

The Membership Engagement Manager will ensure TCC effectively supports its membership to become more than the sum of its parts, playing a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding our coalition by building and facilitating meaningful relationships with member organisations, both new and existing. JOB DESCRIPTION
Member Engagement & Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for member organisations, addressing inquiries and providing support to enhance member satisfaction.

Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement, including organising events, webinars, and networking opportunities, including regular All Coalition Meetings and Annual Movement Gatherings.

Facilitate onboarding processes for new members, ensuring a smooth integration into the coalition.

Ongoing relationship management of members, including effective outreach and communications

Invoicing membership fees and ensuring payment is made

Lead on communications to members through a regular newsletter and ad-hoc communications around campaigns

Supporting members to engage with TCC activity

Membership Growth & Retention

Design and execute membership recruitment campaigns to attract new member organisations.

Monitor membership trends and feedback to develop retention strategies and reduce member attrition.

Collaborate with the Digital Campaigns Manager to promote membership benefits and success stories.
Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records using the organisation's CRM system.

Generate regular reports on membership statistics, engagement levels, and feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Analyse data to identify opportunities for enhancing member value and engagement.
Infrastructure to support Collective Impact

Responsible for the maintenance and development of the central Member Resource Hub

Responsibility for managing the day to day delivery of the Local Intelligence Hub project (online data hub providing climate-relevant data at a constituency level), including being the key contact with our external partner organisation who maintain and develop the hub, and keeping TCC members and staff involved and informed about the project as needed.

Contribute to the development of programs and services that meet the evolving needs of members.

Represent the organisation at external events and forums to promote membership and build partnerships.

Trusts and Foundations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and relationship-driven Trusts and Foundations Manager to lead on growing and stewarding First Give’s portfolio of high-value funders. This role will focus on securing income from Trusts and Foundations from first engagement to account management, delivery and reporting.
First Give is a small charity, with a growing fundraising team and big ambitions. You will therefore be someone who thrives in a start-up environment, willing to try new things. We are looking for an exceptional writer, someone who can translate the impact of our work into proposals that inspire and motivate the reader to give.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping First Give’s income growth, working closely with our Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships and the Director to manage relationships with existing donors, and leading on the development of high value bids to expand our work. This role will also support key engagement activities, including hosting donors at student-led Final events and facilitating employee volunteering at schools.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident communicator and grant fundraiser with experience managing and deepening relationships with high value trusts and foundations gifts – someone who thrives on storytelling and social impact. We currently have a strong pipeline of trusts and foundations and are looking for someone eager to write applications and secure funding.
Contract: Full-time, 35 hours per week; core hours - 10am till 4pm
Location: We have office space at the Pears Hub in West Hampstead, where some people come in one or two times a week, we're very flexible.
