We’re looking for a Mass Participation Fundraising Officer to maximise our income from all mass fundraising activity, including sporting, challenge and virtual events, and provide our generous supporters with excellent stewardship and care.

What does this role do?

As Mass Participation Fundraising Officer, you will:

• develop and deliver mass fundraising events, with end-to-end coordination of various in person and virtual events, ensuring supporters are at the heart of all activity,
• effectively market events to audiences, ensuring opportunities to fundraise reach the right audiences and sign-up targets are met,
• monitor KPI’s for mass fundraising activity, ensuring there is return on investment and insights are gathered to drive improvements,
• innovate and come up with new ideas, always striving to find new, creative ways to increase income from events,
• support on event days, ensuring our supporters have an fulfilling, memorable experience, while also managing volunteers and health and safety requirements.

About the Digital Officer role:

The Digital Officer is a key member of the Marketing and Digital team. About you

The successful candidate will need:

• Professional experience using CMS (Content Management Systems) and knowledge of website management, on-page and technical SEO and digital best practice. Knowledge of UX is desirable but not essential.
• Experience using data tools, such as Google Analytics for reporting and identifying actionable insights.
• Excellent copywriting, editorial and proofreading skills.
• Experience in writing for the web or digital channels and creating content tailored to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to communicate, work collaboratively and build good working relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work proactively and manage multiple projects concurrently.

The following are beneficial but not essential:

• Experience of digital collaboration and project management tools like Trello, MS teams or JIRA.

Fundraising Manager 

Location: Home-based, with regular travel across the Thames Valley region

Purpose:

About the role

This role is based at the rehoming centre, and the post holder will spend lots of time in the community meeting supporters. The working pattern is typically Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required and is likely to involve some evening and weekend work, depending on the nature of the work.

Our charity

The Sick Children’s Trust is the charity that provides a welcoming ‘Home from Home’ where families with a sick child in hospital can stay. But we’re more than bricks and mortar, our friendly, caring staff are there to support families when they really need it.

Hospital can be a lonely and scary place for anyone, but especially a child. Providing around 3,500 families a year with somewhere to stay together just minutes from the hospital means that they can be by their sick child’s side and have one less thing to worry about.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding community fundraising role, focused on building strong relationships and delivering income growth across the South.

You will engage and support individuals, schools, community groups and local businesses to fundraise, delivering excellent stewardship and supporter care.

You’ll recruit participants for both ‘run your own’ and third-party events, while developing long-term relationships including with families connected to the charity.

Working collaboratively with House Teams and colleagues, you’ll help increase awareness, manage supporter activity, track income, and maximise opportunities through partnerships and communications.

You’ll also represent the charity at events and within the community.

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. As Senior Supporter Retention Officer (Appeals and Islamic Giving), you will lead the development of supporter-led, multi-channel fundraising campaigns. About MAP

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. For more than 40 years, we have been delivering essential health and medical care to those most affected by conflict, displacement and occupation in the occupied Palestinian territory (oPt) and Lebanon.

We are now responding to the largest emergency in our history. Over the last two and a half years, tens of thousands of new supporters have joined MAP. We work to raise Palestinian voices and secure their rights to health and dignity. As part of our commitment to meeting the growing needs of the communities we serve, we’re expanding our team.

About the role

As Senior Supporter Retention Officer (Loyalty and Regular Giving), you will lead the development of supporter-led, multi-channel fundraising campaigns. You’ll design bespoke supporter journeys that build loyalty and develop regular giving campaigns, including upgrade, conversion and reactivation. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with both long-standing and new supporters of MAP, helping to grow sustainable income from existing audiences to fund vital medical aid.

In collaboration with the Supporter Retention Manager, you will help shape the Individual Giving strategy, with a focus on regular giving and loyalty. You’ll also work closely with our Supporter Retention Officers, providing guidance and support while delivering impactful campaigns, supporter journeys and stewardship touchpoints.

This is an important and exciting time to join MAP. As we grow our supporter retention programme, you’ll play a key role in enhancing supporter experience, developing our testing approach, and delivering high-performing campaigns. 
 

About You

Are you an experienced Direct Marketing professional with a passion for insight-led supporter journeys and fundraising appeals? 

We’re looking for a Senior Supporter Retention Officer (Loyalty and Regular Giving) to develop our high-performing retention programme. In this role, you’ll create stand-out supporter experiences and build an audience-led direct marketing programme, with a specific focus on growing supporter loyalty and income from regular giving. We are almost two years into our ambitious organisational strategy, and this is an exciting moment to join Cycling UK as our Senior Fundraising Officer. Cycling UK’s public fundraising programme is at a pivotal stage of development. As our Senior Fundraising Officer, you will lead the development and optimisation of multi-channel fundraising activity, using data, insight and testing to grow income, improve supporter value and expand reach into new audiences. The role is responsible for individual giving, challenge events, community-led fundraising (including virtual challenges), lottery and raffles.
 
You don’t need to be a cyclist to work at Cycling UK, but you do need to have a strong commitment to our work. This is a senior role with responsibility for driving income growth, campaign performance and audience development across Cycling UK’s public fundraising programme. The role plays a key part in building long-term supporter relationships and strengthening Cycling UK’s public fundraising capability. As our Senior Fundraising Officer you will lead the development of a more relationship-led approach to fundraising, building pipelines, improve supporter experience, and deliver the organisation’s new fundraising strategy.
