Are you an experienced supporter income professional with a passion for delivering excellent supporter experiences and ensuring income is managed accurately and efficiently? We're looking for a Supporter Income Manager to join our Supporter Engagement & Operations Unit. In this important role, you'll lead the Supporter Income Team and oversee all supporter income processes, including Direct Debits, one-off donations and Gift Aid. You'll ensure income is processed accurately, compliantly and efficiently, helping to maximise the impact of every donation we receive.

Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising & Finance, you'll play a leading role in shaping and improving our supporter income processes, bringing specialist knowledge and partnering with colleagues to ensure income is processed accurately, efficiently and compliantly. You'll also lead, coach and develop a small team, creating a supportive and high-performing environment.

We're looking for someone with significant experience of supporter income processing, including Direct Debits, BACS and Gift Aid regulations. You'll have a proven track record of managing teams, improving processes and delivering excellent operational performance against SLAs and KPIs. Strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail and the ability to solve problems proactively are essential.
