We have an opportunity for an Income officer to join our Customer Accounts team in Bristol.

This is a full time permanent role with a mix of customer visits, home and office working.

We are offering a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year. 

The role:

As an Income Officer you will be working directly with our customers to manage their accounts, provide payment solutions and take appropriate action to recover outstanding debts. 

You'll take a proactive approach to prevent customers from falling in to arrears, negotiating repayment arrangements, monitoring payment plans and working closely with internal teams and external agencies to make sure they receive the right advice and support. 

You'll be on standby to visit customers in their home as well as occasionally preparing paperwork for legal cases and attending court hearings.

About you:

To be an Income Officer at SNG you will need strong communication skills and the ability to advise customers sensitively on financial matters and arrears management.   

You'll have a knowledge of welfare benefits, arrears management, debt recovery processes and income collection. 

You will also need:

• The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, managers and external partners 
• A high level of IT literacy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to manage a caseload effectively
• The ability to be office based and undertake regular customer visits, you'll need access to your own car and a full driving licence

A DBS check will also be undertaken for the successful candidate.

We are currently recruiting for a Development Officer, Patrons to join our Development team at Kew.  The Patrons Officer is a key member of the team, helping to build and nurture this close community of supporters who are deeply invested in our work.  This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Patrons programme, including coordinating renewals, responding to enquiries and ensuring excellent donor care. The post holder will work closely with the Development Manager, Patrons to deliver the programme, implement the retention and upgrade strategy for existing Patrons, and cultivate new Patrons.

Are you a skilled administrator who loves dogs?
We’re looking for a Gift Processing Administrator, to play a key role in the smooth processing of all donations received at our London office.

What does this role do?
As Gift Processing Administrator, you’ll:

• process all incoming donations, from uploading data to the supporter database and sending thank you letters, to assisting charity shops with the administration of Gift Aid,
• work closely with Gift Processing Officers on more complex work, such as problem payments or refunds,
• accurately capture supporter consent preferences, ensuring data is entered correctly and in line with regulatory requirements,
• support the Supporter Stewardship team with emails during busy periods.

This role is being offered as a fixed term, family cover contract until December 2026. Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Friday 21st November 2025, and will take place on Teams.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need some administrative experience, with excellent IT skills and the ability to prioritise your workload and follow procedures effectively. About the role

Celebrity/Influencer Engagement

•  Manage and coordinate the organisation’s celebrity and influencer programme of activities.

• Support in identifying potential ambassadors and maintaining existing relationships.

• Assist in developing content and opportunities that drive ambassador engagement and visibility

Campaigns, Assets & Marketing Materials

• Support the development and production of communications assets, including leaflets, brochures, event materials, and fundraising collateral.

• Work collaboratively with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies where required.

Reporting & Evaluation

• Track and record PR, media, and digital activity to support reporting on reach, engagement, and impact.

As an Income Officer at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all income is processed efficiently, accurately, and with the highest standards of supporter care. You’ll help maintain the integrity of our income data and make sure every supporter’s contribution is handled with respect and precision. • Process income and related data accurately on the CRM database, ensuring all income is accurate and coded correctly
• Allocate restricted income in line with supporters’ wishes and organisational guidelines

• Manage over 7,000 regular supporters through Direct Debit, Standing Order, and Payroll Giving, including reconciliations and regular transaction processing

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to streamline processes and identify practical improvements to manage increasing transaction volumes

Chapter One is a dynamic, growing charity with a vision of a world in which all children have the literacy skills needed to thrive. Our mission is to close the reading gap by providing children with one-to-one support at the time they need it most. 

Our unique Online Reading Volunteer programme currently supports around 3,600 children a year. It pairs disadvantaged, struggling five to eight-year old (KS1) readers with reading support volunteers who come from over 170 local and national businesses. The volunteer ask is very focused: readers commit 30 minutes a week to read with a child using a bespoke digital platform for an entire academic year. The results are transformative, boosting children's reading confidence and ability.

The Supporter Retention Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering strategies that build supporter loyalty, increase lifetime value, and enhance the overall supporter experience. The role ensures that every supporter feels valued, engaged, and motivated to continue and grow their commitment to the organisation. Working in the Individual Giving Team, and in close partnership with the Marketing team, the postholder will deliver impactful stewardship campaigns, tailored supporter journeys, and creative engagement initiatives that maximise retention and enhance supporter experience.

You will work closely with our philanthropy account managers, leading on project-managing multiple donor communications, setting up meaningful journeys that strengthen relationships with high-net-worth individuals and partners.

Meet your Manager

In this role you will be managed by Camilla Fitzgerald. Camilla joined ClientEarth in 2022 and is part of ClientEarth’s fundraising team, working hard to grow our supporter community and brand awareness while stewarding supporters, both in the UK and internationally. She focuses on corporate and philanthropic giving, with a particular focus on unrestricted income to help secure long-term financial stability for the organisation. Before joining ClientEarth, Camilla was Director of Development at Walkabout Foundation, where she built and implemented their 5 year fundraising strategy. Camilla started her career in Events Management, having learnt first at The Institute of Masters of Wine, and then solidifying her experience in fundraising at Brooke and then charity: water UK. Camilla went to school at the French Lycee Charles de Gaulle in London and completed her degree in History of Art at Oxford Brookes University.

Main Duties

• Lead on the project management, design, content creation and publishing of communications for the Philanthropy team (including impact report and newsletters) and work with translators to ensure communications are produced in other key ClientEarth languages
• Lead on the development of bespoke reporting for six and seven figure restricted and unrestricted gifts to produce high-quality, compelling reports tailored in style and content to suit a range of audiences in different geographies
• Work closely with the Philanthropy team to ensure gold standard stewardship for ClientEarth’s philanthropy donors: driving creative, unique and inspiring ideas for tailored stewardship touchpoints throughout the year;
• Partner with the Design Manager to deliver visually compelling reports and original donor stewardship touchpoints tailored to the Philanthropy portfolio;

Role requirements

• Experience of writing, coordinating and submitting successful funding proposals and reports for both short- and long-term projects
• Experience of providing first-class stewardship or excellent customer service, including designing donor journeys across multiple formats and knowledge of the donor life-cycle
• Experience of managing competing deadlines and managing multiple stakeholder requests, tasks and priorities
• Ability to interpret varied and complex information and reframe in a clear, concise and persuasive way

You’ll be based in Sunderland, at our National Customer Service Centre (NCSC), located just 600 metres from our local PDSA Pet Hospital.

What you’ll do

• Make inspiring outbound calls to engage supporters, encourage donations, and promote PDSA’s work.
• Handle inbound calls related to fundraising with empathy and professionalism.
• Achieve personal and team income, service and quality targets.
• Build positive relationships with supporters through excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with Data Protection and fundraising regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PDSA’s veterinary and fundraising activities.

About you

• Excellent telephone and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• A positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence using computer systems and managing data accurately.

Join our small and fast paced team as a supporter care officer. Reporting to the Supporter Care Manager, you will deliver excellent service to supporters, people with lung conditions, and health care professionals, providing them with information about the charity, supporting them with queries about donations, and being the first point of contact many will have with us.

Asthma + Lung UK is the only charity in the UK fighting for everyone with a lung condition, aiming for a world where everyone can breathe with healthy lungs. We fund cutting-edge research, provide advice and support for the 12 million people who will get a lung condition during their lifetime. Alongside providing high quality supporter care, you will support the processing of income, general data entry and liaise with external agencies and colleagues in other parts of the charity.  You’ll be an expert user of our Charity CRM, assisting colleagues and promoting its consistent use across the organisation.

You will have excellent customer service skills, excellent IT skills and some experience of charity fundraising & charity CRMs.  You will be organised, a good communicator and a team player. You will interact with colleagues at all levels across the organisation and have a great opportunity to develop your customer service and data management skillsets.
