Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people, families and vulnerable adults experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties across South West London. Jigsaw4u has experienced considerable growth and development over the past several years. Jigsaw4u’s Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) have recognised the need for dedicated staffing resource to hold the day-to-day responsibility for the service management function as part of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

As a member of our SLT, you will help to deliver and shape and the organisation’s vision and strategy. It will be your responsibility to ensure that Jigsaw4u’s services achieve their goals, meet their strategic objectives and achieve our growth targets while being delivered to Jigsaw4u’s exceptionally high standards.

Under the direction of the CEO, the postholder’s areas of responsibility will be to:

• Line Manage the Service Managers, ensuring that their teams are high performing, reporting and data collection is of a high standard and relationships with funders and other stakeholders are outstanding.
• Ensure that the structure of all Jigsaw4u services are optimised to allow for growth and support staff and volunteers (including trainee counsellors/therapists) to develop key skills.
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of best practice within the charitable sector (and other sectors where relevant), to inform and update Jigsaw4u so that we take advantage of the latest approaches to change, innovation and development which can have a positive impact on our beneficiaries lives.
• Work proactively and collaboratively to identify innovation and business improvement within the SLT to define and agree Target Operating Models and oversee implementation and ongoing review. Use insight, evaluation and analysis to continually inform and refine practice.
• Play a full part in the development of the SLT and deputise for the CEO as required. Work closely with the Service Management Team to develop and deliver an outstanding approach to people management, building a learning culture that delivers high quality, extensive support enabling people to achieve their best as a team.
• Represent Jigsaw4u at formal meetings with funders and other stakeholders and through submission of reports and data requests. Establish new, and strengthen existing, external relationships to promote Jigsaw4u’s profile, influence and reputation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, and adherence to relevant professional codes and standards of good practice.
• Support the CEO in funding and tender applications
• Support the CEO and fundraising team in generating income

As a member of the SLT you will be expected, with training and support, to take an active part in supporting the whole organisation. Experience and aptitude to provide calm leadership and a supportive problem-solving approach to practical problems and judgements involving risk is necessary.

This assignment will be fulfilled at 30 hours per week across Monday–Thursday. The successful applicant will be required to visit the charity's Twickenham office at a minimum of once per week.

Fowler’s Syndrome UK (FSUK) is the only charity in the world dedicated to women (and afab) with Fowler’s Syndrome or Chronic Idiopathic Urinary Retention; a life-changing and poorly understood bladder condition that causes full or partial urinary retention.

The CEO is excited to welcome a proactive, purpose-driven, and resourceful Communications and Engagement Lead to join their small and purposeful team and support the next phase in their journey.

In this multi-faceted role, you will ensure that women affected by Fowler’s Syndrome, clinicians, researchers, and the wider public are intimately connected to the charity’s work.You will enable smoother pathways for women seeking support and for healthcare professionals looking to access educational resource, while also leading on a range of communications activities and awareness campaigns.

You will take responsibility for coordinating and facilitating online patient groups, supporting in-person events, and helping to manage FSUK’s Patient Council. Tasked with overseeing the development of content such as patient resources, you will also advance wider engagement across projects and research programmes and ensure that communications, whether via newsletters, social channels, or the website, reflect the charity’s voice and values.

While having strategic oversight and leading on the management of FSUK’s digital platforms, including their WordPress website and database consisting of patients and supporters, you will also maintain the charity’s fundraising pages. Through managing FSUK’s social platforms, you will at times also interact with the charity’s online community, responding with empathy as you engage and signpost to appropriate services such as the FSUK helpline, ensuring people feel heard, informed, and supported.

Lastly, raising awareness of FSUK will be one strand of the communications output, however the primary focus is to enable stronger connections and deepen engagement and trust with their valued community.

Emotional intelligence and well defined interpersonal skills are essential, as well as having proficient organisational ability and the aptitude to multi-task when working independently within this small, yet fast-moving team.

A background in patient, community, or stakeholder engagement will also be a valuable asset, alongside exposure to working within the health, charity, or research sector. You will have demonstrable experience producing content, alongside a track record of managing digital and social platforms (particularly Instagram).

Lived experience of Fowler’s Syndrome is not essential but would be a welcome bonus!

Your role

Supervise the delivery of Eikon’s volunteer mentoring services to children and young people in allocated schools across Surrey. Supervise a team of Volunteer Mentors ensuring parity of our offer in Schools to Children and Young People. Ensuring the highest standards of case work, effective practice and safeguarding are maintained.  Providing regular review and assessment of caseloads, with guidance on how to progress provided to the team of Volunteer Mentors.

Responsibilities

· Plan, resource and oversee the delivery of the volunteer mentoring programme, to ensure that the service is offered to young people at the right time and that young people are at the heart of the programme.

· Develop and maintain key relationships within schools in Surrey to deliver the volunteer mentoring programme.

· To identify trends and gaps in provision, then work with Service Delivery Manager on ways to improve our Volunteer Mentoring service

· Supervise a team of volunteer mentors in line with Eikon's policies

· Induct, train and develop volunteer mentors, ensuring a high-quality service with safe and effective practice is delivered in accordance with all other best practice guidelines

· Work in collaboration with the Designated Safeguarding Manager and Service Delivery Manager to ensure all volunteers are competent to supervise safeguarding issues

· Support volunteer mentors with all safeguarding issues and liaise with the Designated Safeguarding Manager and Service Delivery Manager where appropriate.

· Understand and act when safeguarding issues need to be escalated, always following safeguarding and child protection procedures 

· Support volunteer mentors to ensure accurate recording of all individual engagements, ensuring supervisory review of notes, follow up action where appropriate and feedback provided as necessary

· Support volunteer mentors in ensuring outcomes and impact are agreed, reviewed and recorded for mentees using the Eikon Impact Measurement tool

· Ensure case management is undertaken to a high quality, including ensuring systematic case note review processes are followed, providing evidence of change and celebrating progress with CYP

· Ensure all data and information is uploaded onto all relevant databases

· Provide accurate and timely mentoring programme data reports, for internal management

About the role

Through Salesforce management you will drive our organisational strategy, for the benefit of colleagues, supporters and people affected by Parkinson’s. You will manage the continuous improvement of all Salesforce platforms, working with stakeholders and Operations teams to identify and help to deliver Salesforce solutions to meet user and business needs. You’ll scan the horizon for new functionality, keeping up with releases and use cases in the nonprofit sector and beyond.

What you’ll do

• Be accountable for Salesforce technical decisions for the CRM Programme and be prepared to justify those decisions to all levels in the charity.

• Define and manage the roadmap and supporting backlog for both NPC and NPSP to ensure products that will most positively impact the business and people affected by Parkinson’s are prioritised.

• Manage the roadmap and supporting backlog for the BAU Salesforce platforms (NPSP)

• Line manage, coach and develop systems administrators and provide hands on support where needed.

• Create the documentation necessary to facilitate change and to add clarity to all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

What you’ll bring

• Certified Salesforce Administrator is essential. Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Consultant, BA, App builder, Developer) are beneficial. 

• Extensive experience in leading technology transformation initiatives, including product development, user experience, and system integration. 

• Proven ability to manage complex technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact. 

• Practical understanding of Salesforce NPC, Service Cloud and NonProfit Success Pack.

• Experience with designing, testing, implementing, debugging, and supporting Salesforce integrations, APIs and applications.

Kempton Steam Museum, operated by Kempton Great Engines Trust, is home to the world’s largest operational triple-expansion steam engine, which supplied water to much of London until 1980. Our project, Kempton: Clean Water for Life – reaching a wider audience, is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we aim to transform Kempton Steam Museum’s engagement with visitors and the local community, while enhancing support for volunteers and care of collections.

The part-time Curatorial Officer will be responsible for the museum’s curatorial activities, with a specific focus on achieving the required collection management standards for Museum Accreditation with the Arts Council by August 2026. This will include developing curatorial policies following Spectrum guidelines. There will also be opportunities to develop interpretive materials to enhance visitor understanding and appreciation of the triple expansion engines and our collections, to foster relationships with local communities and to provide training and support to volunteers on collections management and interpretation. • The London Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.

Duties and responsibilities

Supporting the Programme Manager with strategies to retain and sustain school partnerships.
• Update and accurately maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting timely data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and pupil surveys. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.
• Proactively report to the Programme Manager on the details of Action Tutoring’s operations in their partner schools.

The Interim Head of Communications and Marketing will lead the operational planning, management and development of the College’s communications and marketing functions.

                                              Wellbeing Officer (12 months Fixed Term Contract)

The Vacancy

Wellbeing is an integral part of our lives both inside and outside work. We at the Methodist Church have always placed a great deal of importance on promoting good wellbeing and now we can take this a step further. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a wellbeing/HR individual with a special interest in wellbeing, to join the small wellbeing team within the Connexional team.

We are looking for someone who has a keen eye and interest in wellbeing. The main focus of this role will be to support first-hand the development of the wellbeing page on the Methodist Church website and the internal Intranet, ensuring that the content is updated and reflective of current trends. You will also contribute to the overall efficient and effective running of the team.  This role is an important part of developing, promoting and advancing wellbeing within the Methodist church.

About You

You should have good wellbeing knowledge and experience, project management skills, a real flair for attention to detail and the ability to develop a range of information resources and guidance materials. 

You should have the ability to demonstrate good generalist administrative skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills as with the ability to deal with difficult people and challenging situations.

Proficient user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and website design and editing software.

Professional and positive approach, with a commitment to professional development and self-improvement.

Location: Home-based (requires occasional travel to London, likely once per month, to attend meetings, events and training) or Hybrid (with one day per week in the London Office)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance and Commercial Directorate. This role is key to providing expert and comprehensive financial management information advice and coaching to the College’s Budget holders and staff to inform fact-based decision making and enable them to achieve their strategic objectives.fin

As Finance Business Partner, you will provide insightful financial support, ensure accurate reporting and act as a trusted advisor to project managers and stakeholders. You will help prepare management accounts, oversee reconciliations and contribute to strengthening the College’s financial stewardship. You will contribute to the Finance Department strategic objectives through leading in agreed projects and policy developments.

• Partner with project managers, providing clear and timely financial advice
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, reporting against spend and identifying risks
