About the role:

In this senior research professional role, you will be instrumental in executing strategic objectives, specifically through the delivery of a comprehensive research strategy that aligns with our charitable objects and goals. You will work closely with the Director of Communications to support content creation initiatives with research and evidence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior research professional who is looking to apply their expertise in a strategic leadership role while enjoying both the flexibility of hybrid working and flexible part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering the research strategy ensuring alignment with our charitable goals.
• Developing, conducting and managing research projects, content creation and storytelling.
• Implement and report on LFBF’s newly developed impact measurement framework.

You will have:

• Worked in a senior Research role, preferably at Director level.
• Proven experience in developing, delivering or overseeing research projects, including sourcing funding and sponsorship
• Deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Ideally in-depth knowledge of the charity’s focus area, financial capability, to guide relevant and impactful research although we are open to different research specialisms with applicability/ relevance to financial capability.
• Experience in content creation, storytelling, and managing multi-channel content delivery, such as podcasts.
• Project management skills to oversee research plans, and expertise in identifying and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Screen Share is the UK’s leading refugee digital inclusion charity. We invest in the digital capability of refugees and people seeking asylum by providing the tools, training and opportunities they need to thrive in education, work and community life. Our vision is a future where every refugee in the UK has the digital tools and support to flourish in a connected world.

Over the past four years, we have supported more than 3,000 refugees with devices, connectivity, and training. Our 2026–2030 strategy commits us to scaling our impact to reach 5,000 refugees across the UK every year, embedding refugee leadership, and ensuring Screen Share is an effective and sustainable full-service digital inclusion service for refugees for as long as needed. 

This role is funded for 1 year with the high likelihood that funding will continue beyond the grant period. We are also awaiting a response for 2 significant funding applications which will expand the programme. 

Personal Profile

This is a leadership role at a pivotal moment in Screen Share’s journey. The role is funded to deliver our current Digital Skills programme, with a strong focus on quality, impact and evaluation. At the same time, we are awaiting the outcome of several significant funding applications. If successful, these will enable us to expand the programme quickly, positioning the postholder as the Head of a national digital skills programme with a larger team and greater leadership remit.

You will be a dynamic and strategic leader, passionate about digital inclusion and refugees. You bring structured programme management (clear processes, monitoring & evaluation, budget oversight) combined with empathy, cultural sensitivity and the ability to motivate others. You will be excited 

You will thrive in a fast-moving and growing charity where flexibility and initiative are vital. You will embed refugee leadership at the heart of our work, co-designing with lived experience. You will also represent Screen Share externally, building partnerships with corporates, councils and charities, raising the profile of refugee digital inclusion nationally.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the design and strategic direction of our Digital Skills programme, Ensure the service we are providing is high-quality, impactful, trauma-informed and aligned with Screen Share’s 2026–2030 strategy.

• Oversee the onboarding and support of hundreds of refugees looking to develop digitally, including supporting with the development of their Independent Learning Plan’s and journeys through Digital Champions 

• Recruite, coordinate and support our digital champions and staff to provide high-quality online and in-person classes, 1:1 support and effective sign-posting

• Maintain oversight of multiple Screen Share digital skills projects delivered over multiple locations. 

• Trial innovative digital inclusion tools and approaches.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact

• Design and oversee comprehensive impact measurement and monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure the programme is most effective 

• Produce clear, data-centered programme and impact reports (quantitative and qualitative) for existing and prospective funders and partners 

• Embed continuous learning and client reflections into programme design and improvement.
   

People & Volunteers

• Recruit, train and support Digital Champions and volunteers in a trauma-informed way

• Line-manage staff kindly and calmly as the team grows

• Embed refugee leadership and lived experience in programme design, delivery and iteration
   

Partnerships & Fundraising

• Support our Outreach team in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our corporate, charity and government partners 

• Represent Screen Share to external stakeholders including corporates and charity partners with professionalism and credibility.

• Explain and facilitate our Digital Skills employee engagement package for corporates and businesses in a safe and professional manner

• Collect and report detailed programmatic data and case studies for fundraising bids and corporate partnership proposals.
   

Finance, Safeguarding & Compliance

• Hold accountability for the Digital Skills programme budget, reporting regular updates to the CEO 

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding and H&S policies.

• Oversee the prompt and accurate reporting of safeguarding incidents to Screen Share’s DSL, and contribute to the development of our safeguarding as an essential element of our work
   

Personal Specification

Essential

• Significant experience in charity programme management, with a strong preference for experience in the digital inclusion, adult education or refugee support sector

• Proven ability to manage teams of staff and volunteers from a diverse range of backgrounds

• Experience working directly with refugees/asylum seekers OR deep expertise in digital inclusion and commitment to learning from refugee experience.

• Strong monitoring, evaluation and reporting skills and experience

• Financial management experience (budgets, reporting).

• Experience supporting fundraising through impact reporting and case studies.

• Experience managing, training and motivating staff and volunteers.

Job purpose:

To secure, manage and grow income from corporate partners, supporting The Sussex Beacon’s mission to provide specialist care and support for people living with HIV and its new LGBTQ+ Hospice provision. About the role

This varied role would see you working in partnership with the local authority, communities, schools, businesses, volunteers and third sector organisations, to remove barriers to transport, increase levels of public health and wellbeing, and protect our local environment.

You would be working in our Active Travel Hubs in the Tees Valley, which provide helpful services and interventions to make walking, wheeling and cycling the natural choice for shorter journeys in the Tees Valley. This is an exciting and ambitious project part of the UK’s largest network of Active Travel Hubs, working together to transform how Tees Valley residents travel for their everyday journeys.

Key responsibilities could include:

• Planning, organisation, administration and in-person delivery for behaviour change and engagement projects and events

• Leading guided bike rides and running Cycle Confidence Sessions

· Deliver cultivation and retention campaigns, setting up and developing schedules in Asana and coordinating all required stakeholders.

Creative, Data & Fulfilment Management

• Develop campaign briefs for creative, data output, print and fulfilment for review by internal teams and suppliers.

• Compile campaign results for analysis and provide reports to inform future activity.
• Work closely with data teams to ensure appropriate segmentation and tracking.

Donor Stewardship

• Support the thank-you process, including personalising and developing donor thank-you cards as required.
• Contribute to improving supporter journeys and experiences through campaign touchpoints, especially for regular givers.

Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people, families and vulnerable adults experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties across South West London. Jigsaw4u has experienced considerable growth and development over the past several years. Jigsaw4u’s Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) have recognised the need for dedicated staffing resource to hold the day-to-day responsibility for the service management function as part of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

As a member of our SLT, you will help to deliver and shape and the organisation’s vision and strategy. It will be your responsibility to ensure that Jigsaw4u’s services achieve their goals, meet their strategic objectives and achieve our growth targets while being delivered to Jigsaw4u’s exceptionally high standards.

Under the direction of the CEO, the postholder’s areas of responsibility will be to:

• Line Manage the Service Managers, ensuring that their teams are high performing, reporting and data collection is of a high standard and relationships with funders and other stakeholders are outstanding.
• Ensure that the structure of all Jigsaw4u services are optimised to allow for growth and support staff and volunteers (including trainee counsellors/therapists) to develop key skills.
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of best practice within the charitable sector (and other sectors where relevant), to inform and update Jigsaw4u so that we take advantage of the latest approaches to change, innovation and development which can have a positive impact on our beneficiaries lives.
• Work proactively and collaboratively to identify innovation and business improvement within the SLT to define and agree Target Operating Models and oversee implementation and ongoing review. Use insight, evaluation and analysis to continually inform and refine practice.
• Play a full part in the development of the SLT and deputise for the CEO as required. Work closely with the Service Management Team to develop and deliver an outstanding approach to people management, building a learning culture that delivers high quality, extensive support enabling people to achieve their best as a team.
• Represent Jigsaw4u at formal meetings with funders and other stakeholders and through submission of reports and data requests. Establish new, and strengthen existing, external relationships to promote Jigsaw4u’s profile, influence and reputation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, and adherence to relevant professional codes and standards of good practice.
• Support the CEO in funding and tender applications
• Support the CEO and fundraising team in generating income

As a member of the SLT you will be expected, with training and support, to take an active part in supporting the whole organisation. Experience and aptitude to provide calm leadership and a supportive problem-solving approach to practical problems and judgements involving risk is necessary.

£27,500 - £28,638 per annum (Additional payment of £30 per night for the on-call cover duties)

Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week on a 24hr shift system)

Here at Stockdales, we endeavour to provide a family orientated service that meets the needs of all the people we support through holistic assessment.

Joining us as Supervisor / Assistant Manager (Residential Service / Home), you will support the Service Manager by coordinating and leading shifts to ensure the needs of the people we support at our residential homes are always being met. Acting as a role model for the team, you will develop and facilitate individual support plans, risk assessments and behaviour management support plans, ensuring the running of the home is to its highest possible standard.

Providing person centred support for individuals who have a range of physical and learning disabilities including people with profound, multiple learning disabilities and complex health needs, you will report any unusual occurrence in the service user’s condition or behaviour to management and where necessary, adhere to safeguarding policy.

Supporting people to experience life opportunities which promote the growth of individuals to their maximum potential, you will go home at the end of your shift satisfied and feeling like you have made a big difference to the people you support.

About You

• Previous experience in a senior/supervisory role in residential care.
• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Care (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it)
• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislation. 
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working in care, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities or complex health needs.
• Experience providing personal care and support and the administration of medication.
• Experience of assessing the needs of vulnerable people and developing effective risk management plans.
• Caring and self-motivated, with a passion and want to help people with learning disabilities and complex health care needs.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility – willing to work weekends, bank holidays and out of hours working.
