We’re looking for a Social and Digital Media Creator to join our dynamic social media team!

You'll be a digital native, committed to delivering engaging, accessible and inclusive content to our audience of over 190,000 followers.

Day-to-day, you’ll plan and deliver social and paid media strategies to drive flagship marketing campaigns and daily channel activity. You’ll use insights to increase engagement, raise awareness, attract and retain supporters, and drive conversions against KPIs.

Leading social content production, you’ll be confident in creating videos and graphics. You’ll proactively drive our UGC (user generated content) media, building strong relationships with external community voices to co-produce community-focused videos.

The role also involves planning, writing, building, and sending emails to key audiences using our DotDigital email service provider.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Society to help deliver an ambitious programme of digital campaigns.

To secure, manage and grow income from corporate partners, supporting The Sussex Beacon’s mission to provide specialist care and support for people living with HIV and its new LGBTQ+ Hospice provision. Corporate Partnership Fundraising at The Sussex Beacon

 The Sussex Beacon has a proud history of working with corporate supporters who are passionate about making a difference. The Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser will lead on identifying new corporate prospects, developing compelling proposals, and managing a portfolio of existing partners. They will create and deliver partnership plans that may include sponsorship, employee fundraising, cause-related marketing, and volunteering. PROGRAMMES COORDINATOR, YOUTH LEADERSHIP

Job Purpose: To work with the Youth & Universities team to deliver F&BF’s programmes and projects

Duties and Responsibilities

All activities will be undertaken in collaboration with the Youth Voice & Universities team.

Delivery

· To support delivery of the UN award-winning ParliaMentors programme (1.5 days per week):

o Being responsible for 2 teams of university students.

o Supporting 12 London-based students by: having 1:1 coaching calls with each of them to offer guidance and support; conducting sessions to support the teams with their social action projects and identifying area for development; conducting sessions to work through any team dynamic issues that arise.

o Supporting with facilitation of workshops related to social action, politics, leadership and interfaith.

o Administrative and logistical support (e.g., room bookings, processing reimbursements, coordinating student travels).

· To support delivery of City Bridge Trust (CBT) work (3.5 days per week):

o Responsible for overseeing the deliverables for this funder, ensuring all deadlines are met.

o Responsible for delivering four interfaith trainings for Local Authorities within London.

o Planning and delivering the annual Youth Interfaith Summit, the UK’s largest interfaith event for the climate.

o Coordinating the Youth Advisory Board, a group of young interfaith activists who will codesign the Summit.

o Responsible for coordinating the remainder of the Youth Forum for Faith and Ecology in partnership with LSE.

Role Overview: Knowledge in grant-funding, capacity building, organisational support

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Charity Support Officer to help deliver AWN’s mission. You will be the first point of contact for grassroots charities, supporting them to strengthen their organisations and improve their chances of securing grant funding by offering practical guidance, signposting, and building trusted relationships that help them grow in confidence and resilience. The role includes helping organisations strengthen governance and compliance, sharing information on grant-funding opportunities, and supporting them to identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
 
The non-profits you will support work across a wide range of areas for example: women, health and wellbeing, youth, homelessness and poverty, family services, sports, faith groups, crime and gangs, prisoners and ex-offenders, refugees and asylum seekers, drug addiction, older people and rehabilitation, and many more. 
 
Bringing a strong awareness of the barriers facing small charities particularly Muslim-led groups, will be key to helping them build long-term sustainability and impact. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for charities and community groups, managing a varied caseload and balancing priorities. 

• Carry out needs assessments to understand organisations strengths, challenges, and funding needs, and develop clear action plans. 

• Provide tailored support, including health checks on governance, compliance, finances, and funding readiness, offering recommendations and signposting to specialist services (e.g., Cranfield Trust, CVS, Charity Excellence etc). 

• Advise on funding opportunities, strategy, and application readiness, with referrals to bid-writing support where needed. 

• Deliver workshops, webinars, events, and one-to-one sessions to build skills, knowledge, and confidence of UK grassroots organisations. 

• Work collaboratively with organisations and AWN colleagues (including via the triage and referral system) to identify challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions.

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

CoppaFeel! is looking for a Programmes Officer to support the growth and development of our regional service delivery over the next 18 months.

The Programmes Officer will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a portfolio of activities to strengthen CoppaFeel!s awareness raising work at a regional level, helping us to engage more young people across the UK through volunteer activities and localised service delivery.

This is a fixed term position and a busy role with broad responsibilities including project co-ordination and administration. You will sit within the Education team and report to the Senior Programmes Manager.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will also be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings, and in-person training. We will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes. 

Due to the nature of the role you will also be expected to provide occasional support with delivery and events in targeted regions throughout the UK. There may be occasional weekend / out of hours working for which you will be awarded TOIL.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to the Senior Programmes Manager to ensure the successful implementation and operation of regional projects.

About the opportunity
Working closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and wider Philanthropy Department, the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will identify and cultivate fruitful partnerships with a range of small, medium and large businesses.
They will help maximise the potential of corporate and other organisations for funding, volunteer recruitment, and other philanthropic opportunities, to enable growth and sustainability for Action Tutoring. This will be achieved by securing and nurturing small to medium sized organisations to provide financial support for programmes.
