You will help develop resources, partnerships and pathways that support individuals who may otherwise be excluded from volunteering opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the Ready to Volunteer project.
  • Build relationships with charities, support services and community partners.
  • Help identify barriers to volunteering and solutions to overcome them.
  • Support the creation of resources, workshops and pathways into volunteering.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders.
  • Promote inclusive volunteering opportunities.
  • Monitor progress and contribute to future development.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Believes volunteering should be accessible to everyone.
  • Has strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Is passionate about inclusion, equality and community participation.
  • Has experience working with diverse communities or support programmes (desirable).
  • Can inspire and encourage others.

What You'll Gain
