Job Purpose

The Volunteer SEO Strategy Manager will play a critical role in increasing the visibility, reach, and digital impact of our platform across search engines and online platforms.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that help our podcast episodes, YouTube content, articles, campaigns, and educational resources reach wider audiences globally.

This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, research skills, digital awareness, organisation, and a passion for mission-driven storytelling and advocacy.

About the Role

The Volunteer SEO Strategy Manager will:

• Develop SEO strategies to increase website and content visibility
• Conduct keyword research related to:
  • whistleblowing
  • trauma healing
  • survivor advocacy
  • youth empowerment
  • institutional accountability
  • social justice topics
• Optimise podcast titles, descriptions, blog posts, YouTube content, and digital campaigns for search engines
• Research audience trends and search behaviours
• Support content discoverability across Google, YouTube, and social platforms
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, outreach teams, and production staff
• Monitor SEO performance and suggest improvements
• Help build long-term digital growth systems and audience engagement strategies

This role requires both analytical thinking and creativity, with the ability to ethically amplify sensitive, truth-based storytelling while respecting the organisation’s values and mission.

Main Responsibilities / Key Duties

• Develop and manage SEO strategies for podcast, YouTube, and website content
• Conduct keyword and competitor research
• Improve organic search rankings and audience reach
• Optimise metadata, titles, descriptions, tags, and website structure
• Analyse performance metrics and recommend growth opportunities
• Support content planning using SEO insights and audience trends
• Collaborate with media, outreach, and production teams

We are looking for a London-based Volunteer Social Media Assistant to support our Social Media Manager in growing LIVN Global’s online presence.

This role will combine digital support with on-the-ground content creation, helping us capture real moments from our events, outreach, and community activities. You will play a key role in helping us increase awareness and build a stronger, more engaged community of supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Social Media Manager in planning and scheduling content
• Capture photo and video content at events, outreaches, and key moments across London
• Assist in creating engaging posts (reels, stories, captions, and graphics)
• Help maintain a consistent and compelling social media presence
• Engage with followers through comments and messages where appropriate
• Support campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and growing our community
• Identify content opportunities during live events and activities
• Assist with basic editing of photos and videos for social media use

Person Specification

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is based in or near London and able to attend events and activities in person
• Has an interest in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Has experience filming content on a smartphone or camera
• Is creative, proactive, and has a good eye for storytelling
• Has good written communication skills

• Can commit at least 14 hours per week
