Job description

Join our working group across several locations in a mixture of ancient chalk grassland & ancient woodland means there is always plenty to do!

You will be joining a team of enthusiastic volunteers to carry out key conservation management work across a number of sites in the area. Tasks will vary depending on the season:

Spring &  Summer - Path maintenance, fence repairs, bracken bashing
Autumn & Winter - Scrub and woodland coppicing

No experience necessary just be willing to work as part of a team and be happy to work outside in all weathers.

You do need to be fairly physically fit as many of the reserves have steep hills and rough terrain.

We can only recruit volunteers over the age of 18.
