Animal Advocates organise and host small fundraising stalls within their local area, helping to raise awareness and funds to support animals who need our help.

Key Responsibilities

As an Animal Advocate, you will:

• Identify opportunities to hold a fundraising stall in your community at least once a month (for example at markets, fairs, community events or outside local businesses).
• Research and approach local businesses who may wish to donate items that can be sold to raise funds to support our work.
• Encourage people in your community to donate good-quality second-hand items that can be sold on the stall.
• Set up and run fundraising stalls to engage with the public and promote the charity’s work.
• Help raise awareness about the animals we support and the difference donations make.
• Be a vital part of our Events Team.

Tell My Truth and Shame the Devil C.I.C. is a survivor-led organisation building a platform for truth-telling, accountability, and community healing. Our work centres the voices of people who have been ignored, silenced, or left behind by existing systems.
We are developing a podcast and documentary storytelling platform that seeks to give space to real human experiences — particularly stories connected to childhood trauma, survival, resilience, and social neglect.
We are seeking a Volunteer Documentary Videographer to accompany the founder one Saturday per month in and around London to record conversations with members of the public — particularly those who are homeless or facing hardship — who wish to share their stories.
This is not a conventional videography role.
This is ethical storytelling and community witnessing.
 
About the Role
As Documentary Videographer, you will accompany the founder on monthly field recording days across London to capture authentic, respectful interviews and conversations with people willing to speak about their lived experiences.
These stories will contribute to:
• The organisation’s podcast
• Documentary storytelling projects
• Survivor awareness work
• Educational and advocacy media
Your role is to capture these stories sensitively, respectfully, and responsibly, ensuring participants are treated with dignity and consent.
This is not sensationalist media.

Key Responsibilities

Equivalent setups, including high-quality smartphone filming with professional microphones, will also be considered.

Term and Time Commitment

Victory Afghanistan invites applications for the position of Volunteer Mentorship Programme Coordinator at a critical stage in the programme’s development.

This is a structured, execution-focused coordination role within a growing educational initiative serving Afghan students pursuing higher education and professional advancement pathways.

About the Programme

The Mentorship Programme currently supports:

• 117 students
• 30 active mentors

This is a structured, outcome-driven pathway designed to secure higher education placements, professional certifications, and measurable career progression. It is not a casual networking initiative, it is a coordinated system with defined objectives and active deliverables.

The Role

You will provide operational coordination during a pivotal period in which we are actively:

• Placing students into accredited online degree programmes
• Delivering structured workshops
• Coordinating high-level guest speakers
• Supporting mentors and mentees across multiple academic and professional tracks
• Tracking progress and maintaining programme integrity

There are no fixed weekly meetings. The role is fully remote and flexible. You will report directly to Maria (based in Colombia), requiring comfort with cross–time zone coordination.

An education background is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is reliability, accountability, and operational execution.

This is an unfunded, volunteer role. Everyone in the organisation works pro bono. We are looking for people of executive action who understand that impact comes from disciplined coordination, not talk.

Are you passionate about driving positive environmental change? Do you thrive in bringing people together to achieve shared goals? St John is looking for a volunteer Environmental Sustainability Community of Practice Lead to help shape and advance our sustainability initiatives. 

As the CoP Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding St John’s approach to environmental sustainability. You will inspire teams, foster collaboration, and support initiatives that reduce our environmental footprint. This is your chance to help the organisation reach its Net Zero ambitions, align with ISO 14001 standards, and embed sustainable practices across all operations. 

Key Responsibilities will be to lead and coordinate the Environmental Sustainability Community of Practice, ensuring alignment with organisational environmental goals. Support Officers and Regional Champions in delivering initiatives, sharing best practices, and engaging volunteers and colleagues. Promote and embed sustainable practices throughout operational and strategic activities. Facilitate co-design of tools, resources, and shared decision-making within the community. Monitor progress against environmental objectives and report on impact to senior leadership. Identify opportunities and champion innovative solutions to enhance sustainability practices. About You Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Experience in environmental sustainability, community development, or related practice. Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage volunteers and colleagues at all levels. Strong organisational and communication skills. Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, environmental standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, Net Zero initiatives). Ability to analyse and present sustainability-related data (optional). Training and Support Mandatory: Welcome session, St John policy training, and safeguarding training. Optional: Role-specific sustainability training, workshops, and external professional development. As a Community of Practice Lead, you will play a crucial role in establishing and guiding a national community of practice. You will provide strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight across the community of practice, ensuring that efforts within the community across the country align with national standards and priorities while avoiding duplication of efforts.

• Support and lead the national community of practice.
• Inspire and guide community members to deliver impactful initiatives.
• Foster collaboration, strengthen professional engagement, and champion inclusivity and support.
