Job description

Voluntary Role: Evidence & Impact Support Officer

 Role Purpose

This is a vital, hands-on role. You’ll help us build the evidence we need to prove our value to funders, partners, and the wider community. By gathering feedback, stories, statistics, and proof of our activities, you’ll be part of shaping our club’s journey to becoming a CIC—and opening doors to new funding and growth.

 What You’ll Do

Gather Evidence:- Collect and record feedback, testimonials, attendance, photos, and stories from club activities, events, and workshops.

Document Need: Help us listen to our community—record what people are telling us about their needs, concerns, and hopes.

- Capture Data: Summarise survey results, local statistics, and wider evidence that shows why our club’s work matters.

Track Engagement:
Record signs of community involvement—social media engagement, quotes, and support from volunteers and partners.

Organise Proof: Make sure we have clear records (photos, sign-in sheets, feedback forms), ready for our CIC application and future grants.

Support Connections: Log relationships with local organisations, professionals, and supporters.

- Help Us Grow:** Support the club committee in identifying gaps, planning next steps, and getting ready for funding opportunities.

Who You Are

- Passionate about community and excited to help our club grow.

- Organised and detail-oriented, but also creative and curious.

- A good listener and communicator, able to capture stories and feedback.

- Willing to learn, collaborate, and take initiative.

- Experience in community work, admin, or evidence gathering is helpful, but not essential—your commitment and enthusiasm matter most!

What You’ll Gain

- Real impact: Your work will help us become a CIC and unlock future funding.

- Skills in community engagement, monitoring, and impact reporting.

- Experience in helping a grassroots club formalise and expand.

- Recognition, references, and the satisfaction of building something meaningful from the ground up.
