Team Video Analyst

Kenningwell United Women’s Football Club (KUWFC)
League: Greater London Women's Football League (Tier 7)
Location: Dulwich/Peckham (Griffin Sports Ground / JAGS Sports Club)
Commitment: Flexible, up to 9 hours/week (Voluntary / Career-Building)

Ready to accelerate your career in elite football analysis?
Kenningwell United WFC is searching for an ambitious, sharp, and forward-thinking First Team Video Analyst to spearhead our tactical department. We bridge the gap between grassroots passion and professional-tier sports science. If you want to use data and tactical film to unlock player potential, influence matchdays, and change the game in South London, this is your platform.

What Makes KUWFC an Elite Grassroots Environment?

  • Pro-Club Networks: Active links with professional London clubs
  • Premier Elite Influence: Work alongside ex-Chelsea professionals to build a promotion-hunting squad.
  • Advanced Sports Science Toolkit: We use Kubios and Elite HRV athlete monitoring systems—giving you access to data tools rarely seen outside the professional pyramid.
  • Industry Standard Software: You will be utilising the Hudl ecosystem to tag, clip, and build our squad's tactical video identity.

Your Impact (Key Responsibilities):

  • Master the Hudl Workflow: Own the Hudl library, filming matchdays, coding events, and tagging tactical clips for player review.
  • Expose the Opposition: Conduct opposition scouting to uncover tactical trends, set-piece triggers, and defensive vulnerabilities.
  • Synthesise Film & Data: Merge video playlists with our HRV tracking data to provide holistic performance metrics.
  • Deliver Powerful Briefings: Translate complex tactical structures into sharp, inspiring, bite-sized visual presentations for the coaching staff and players.
  • Bridge to the Pitch: Collaborate closely with the coaching staff during training and matchdays to ensure video insights translate to on-pitch results.

The Profile We Want:

  • Tactical Mind: A deep, analytical understanding of modern football systems, phases of play, and transitional triggers.
  • Tech-Driven: Highly competent with (or eager to master) Hudl software, video capture equipment, and data tools.
  • The "Coach's Eye" (Highly Desirable): A coaching background or qualification (e.g., UEFA C) is a massive asset to help blend video theory with practical on-pitch execution.
  • Elaborate Communicator: The unique ability to deliver critical tactical feedback in a clear, highly motivating, and player-centric manner.
  • Safeguarding: Enhanced DBS check required (we will cover and arrange this).
  • We fiercely champion diversity—female  analysts are highly encouraged to apply!

Why This Role Will Launch Your Career:

  • Portfolio Builder: Fully control a performance department, building a tangible portfolio of Hudl tracking, video playlists, and tactical scouting reports.
  • Professional References: Earn backing and glowing references from our elite, ex-professional coaching staff.
  • Unmatched Flexibility: Seamlessly fit your coding, clipping, and analysis hours around your working week.
  • Pure Purpose: Drive the growth of women's football in South London within an inclusive, ambitious, and progressive family.

Don't just watch the game—shape it.
Send us a brief introductory note or your sports CV to apply. Kenningwell United WFC welcomes game-changers from all backgrounds!
