Volunteer Recruiter and Hub Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and organized Volunteer Recruiter & Volunteer Hub Coordinator to help establish and grow a volunteer hub in the UK. This role will focus on recruiting volunteers, building community connections, and helping coordinate and manage community service events and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard volunteers across the UK
• Help build and grow a UK-based volunteer hub and community network
• Coordinate volunteer communications, scheduling, and engagement
• Assist with planning, organizing, and managing community service events and outreach activities
• Help identify partnership opportunities with local organizations, schools, charities, and community groups
• Promote volunteer opportunities through social media, online platforms, and community outreach
• Support volunteer retention and help create a positive volunteer experience

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for community service and nonprofit work
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, social media, and virtual collaboration tools
• Experience in volunteering, recruiting, event coordination, or community outreach is helpful but not required
