Help Build the Heart of Urban Youth
Urban Youth is preparing to launch a series of youth work pop‑up drops across the city — but none of it can happen without a strong, well‑run volunteer team behind the scenes.
We’re looking for a Volunteer Volunteering Manager to help us build that foundation.
This is a chance to shape something meaningful from day one.
What you’ll lead

Designing and setting up our volunteer programme

Recruiting passionate volunteers from across the community

Creating a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience

Managing volunteering schedules and rotas

Ensuring each youth pop‑up has the right team in place

Supporting volunteers so they feel valued, confident, and ready to make an impact
