The role: The Housing Team Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Housing Team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused tenancy management services for ex-Service personnel and their families. The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of the Law Society's wellbeing strategy and champion initiatives that make a real difference to our members. You will build and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders, developing partnerships that extend our reach and impact.

You will manage a Wellbeing Manager and work closely with members, partners and internal teams to design and deliver initiatives that help organisations embed healthy and supportive practices across the solicitor profession. Using strong project management and evaluation approaches, you will track outcomes, report on impact and support continuous improvement.

As the organisation's lead wellbeing expert, you will shape resources, partnerships and messaging that promote resilience and psychological safety. This role offers the chance to influence culture and deliver meaningful, evidence based wellbeing support to solicitors.

This newly created role within St Luke's is supported by a generous grant from the Henry Smith Foundation to develop our wellbeing programmes over the next three years. The Associate Director will engage with dioceses and individual clergy as they explore and embed our wellbeing programmes. 

The post holder will represent St Luke's and our Christian ethos within senior diocesan teams and help shape and deliver our strategic vision for flourishing clergy. This role will support the advancing clergy reflection programme and support dioceses, other networks and communities and Theological Educational Institutions in establishing wellbeing practices.

The role is home based with travel around the UK as required. There will be a requirement to be in London at least once a month for team meetings.

Be at the heart of a pioneering £1m programme reshaping how primary care supports young people. As Programme Manager, you will lead delivery of a flagship three year Maudsley funded initiative across Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark, Croydon — and beyond.

This post offers an exceptional opportunity to join a small, ambitious charity driving innovation across primary care, youth work and mental health. Working in partnership with King’s College London’s CAMHS Digital Lab and local stakeholders across the four South London and Maudsley (SLaM) boroughs, you will shape and deliver a programme that reimagines adolescent health support.

The Programme Manager will oversee strategic development and delivery at The Well Centre Charity, which is leading the spread and scale of the Well Centre model. You will lead the design, mobilisation and implementation of this new, three year initiative — focused on co-producing new services, strengthening existing provision and embedding a more integrated, youth friendly approach to health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of this £1m Maudsley funded programme

• Develop and oversee a clear mobilisation and delivery plan

• Identify and manage risks, track milestones and maintain programme momentum

• Liaise with partners and interest holders across Lambeth, Southwark, Croydon and Lewisham

• Report to funders and ensure delivery to time, quality and within budget

• Represent The Well Centre Charity externally, leading steering groups, workshops and engagement events

• Develop and lead a communications and engagement strategy

• Implement systems to monitor activity across all four boroughs

• Prepare briefings for the core team, programme steering group, funders and wider partners

• Build strategic relationships to support service transformation for young people

• Contribute to organisational operations including finance processes, reporting and information governance

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible person with lived experience of autism who is committed to supporting autistic people to work towards their individual goals. Lived experience refers to the first-hand involvement or direct experiences and choices of a given person, and the knowledge that they gain from it, as opposed to the knowledge a given person gains from second-hand source. 

Goals you may support clients to work on include: 

· Taking more control of their lives through gaining a greater understanding of their own wellbeing 

· Reducing feelings of isolation through building connections in the local community 

· Gaining confidence and an improved sense of wellbeing

You will use your own direct lived experience of autism, to work together with people to identify their wellbeing goals and find the right resources and support for their needs. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to using a strength based and client led approach. 

Experience of peer support is not essential; it is more important that you share our commitment to supporting people to achieve their personal and wellbeing goals. Peer support training will be provided. 

This is a hybrid role involving both working from home and working in the community.

We are looking for a House Manager who is hardworking and has excellent people skills to manage our ‘Homes from Home’  Stevenson House supporting families at The Royal London Hospital. 

You will be responsible for managing the house including working with the hospital to admit and welcome families, property maintenance, daily administration and compliance such as health and safety, and will be hands on with light domestic duties to prepare rooms for families and ensure the house is maintained to a high standard. 

Your experience to date could come from a variety of sectors and roles such as office administration, facility management, housekeeping or health and care sectors to name a few. What we are looking for are candidates who can:
