About the role:
This role is based in our Ashford, Kent office working Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
As an Administrative Assistant you will be carrying out a range of administration tasks to support the Victim Assessment and Referral Team (VART) in their day to day operations helping people affected by crime. You will use a range of databases to enter or retrieve information. You will also communicate with colleagues, the police and other agencies by e-mail and telephone and receive and respond to internal and external queries and referrals.
You will need to be resilient, confident, happy to work as part of a team and willing to constantly learn and adapt to new situations. You will enjoy being a part of a busy and varied working environment and will be able to communicate with both colleagues and external partners. You will have strong customer service ethics, be competent in the use of IT skills and know how to use a range of software packages on a PC.

About the role:
Working as part of a small team, the Education Administrator is responsible for developing and ensuring the successful delivery of all aspects of the SCTS educational portfolio. The Role:
- To provide day to day administration for the RSTMH team, including but not limited to financial administration, arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation, desk research, diary management, and organising other meetings and events as required

Essential Technical Skills:

Our Operation Christmas Child season is beginning! Extra support will be required from the end of August through to Christmas week at Oldbury in the Operations team. There are numerous areas you may be involved in the campaign, but a good sense of humour, good telephone manager, IT skills, organisational skills and the ability to provide logistical support to the wider team will all be needed in spades!
