We are looking for a Senior Philanthropy Executive to help drive our ambitious fundraising target of over £3 million. Based in our Philanthropy Team, you will support engagement and income generation from more than 300 individual philanthropists, helping fund St Mungo’s vital services for people experiencing homelessness.
You will manage a portfolio of major donors, build high-value relationships, and work with colleagues across the organisation to grow philanthropic income. You will also play a key role in developing projects and strategies that strengthen our fundraising programme and support future growth.

About you
We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual with excellent communication and relationship building skills. You may have a background in fundraising or business development, either way you will bring a strong track record of building senior level relationships and securing high level investment.
In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Farringdon, London. This allows for in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities.
