About the role

As our Influencer Manager, you’ll lead the way in helping us reach new audiences through trusted, authentic voices. You’ll work with teams across the RNLI to deliver campaigns that inspire support, encourage safe behaviour around the coast and inland waters, and shine a light on the work of our crews and lifeguards.

Overall job purpose

As a Conservation Projects Manager and a key member of the national Conservation team, you will work with experienced consultants and skilled craftspeople, with national and regional colleagues, volunteers, local partners and stakeholders to develop and manage a range of holistic, conservation and new use projects, from inception to completion, and providing professional advice and support to community led projects.  You will lead on capital, conservation and maintenance programmes in East Anglia and beyond as required.

You will have expertise and specialist knowledge in the field of historic building repair and conservation, and a proven track record of project management (client side) in the heritage sector. You might be a Building Surveyor, a Conservation Architect, an Estate Manager, or a Project Manager, in this continually varied and unique role you will be working on some of the most significant historic buildings in the country. As you’ll be working on projects across a large geographical area, it is essential you have a full driving licence.

About this role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our fundraising and partnership development activities, supporting the diversification and growth of income across both established and emerging streams. While the role will place significant emphasis on corporate fundraising, it will also involve the strategic development of grants and trusts. Other information

This post is home-based, but with travel (including occasional overnight stays) for team meetings, events, member engagement, and external meetings. This is a permanent position and includes a probationary period of three months from the date of appointment. Role Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering the day-to-day operations of the Schools Consent Project across England and Wales. This new role will take over responsibility for developing and managing all finance activities and reporting in this rapidly growing charity. You will have the opportunity to shape the role and the evolution of the charity as we grow, implementing financial processes and systems. Role Summary

The Outreach Manager is responsible for driving the expansion of the Schools Consent Project’s reach, engagement, and impact across London and the South East. You will be part of a team bringing to life the story of National Lottery funding, telling impactful stories of how our grant funding supports amazing community-led projects that strengthen society and improve lives across the UK.

As our social media manager, you will be responsible for our social media channel strategies and footprint across the UK.  You will work closely with colleagues across the media, communications strategy and marketing teams and the wider Fund, to ensure the delivery of powerful storytelling, engaging content and integrated campaigns across our social media channels.  You will provide expert advice to colleagues and senior leaders across the Fund, advising on outputs, trends and insights.

You will have a strong understanding of current and emerging social media platforms, with sound knowledge of good practice trends in content creation and distribution.  You will be a strong storyteller and a skilled content creator, with experience of delivering multi-channel social media campaigns.

You will be well-versed in using analytics and social listening tools to assess and continuously improve performance of our content and to ensure we are reaching our target audiences effectively. You will have experience of working in a matrix organisation, and of building relationships to deliver projects. 

We have a hybrid approach to working. Work pattern and location will be agreed with the successful candidate. The role can be partly based at any of our UK offices: Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, and Newtown.

We are seeking someone to join the team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, working across our Pet Hospitals. We are looking for someone to join the team in this role and produce timely, high‑quality communication outputs, generating positive engagement from colleagues. The position also requires thoughtful planning, awareness of risks and the ability to use data and insight to measure communication impact, ensuring every message supports smooth change adoption across our Pet Hospitals.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully delivered change communication plans and understands how to craft messages that help teams embrace new ways of working. You will bring experience using key communication platforms and navigating the complexities of a multi‑site organisation. Knowledge of programme and change management is essential, as we need someone who is agile, confident and comfortable working in changing environments while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a home‑based role with UK‑wide travel when required, primarily across the East and West Midlands. You will be expected to visit sites and attend team meetings at our Telford Head Office and Pet Hospitals across the UK.

Senior Digital Marketing and Communications Officer

The Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and data-driven individual to join Cavell as a Senior Digital Marketing and Communications Officer. This role will lead the creation of engaging digital content, including high-quality video, while supporting the delivery of effective digital marketing campaigns that raise awareness of Cavell’s work and strengthen engagement with nursing and midwifery professionals, supporters and partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and dynamic person with a proven track record in creating, delivering and managing digital content across social media platforms to develop, implement and manage strategies to grow our online presence and raise our profile.

You’ll have demonstrable experience across a wide range of social media platforms with the ability to craft engaging content to build a rapport with your audience while continuing to uphold our brand and professional values. You will be managing multiple accounts held by the charity.

You will have experience of using third party management tools to create, plan and schedule content, analysing reach and engagement, and using analytical tools to help make informed decisions about our digital marketing strategies. You will regularly report back to the management team feeding into our wider strategy discussions, making recommendations on future campaigns. 

You will be part of a wider communications team, working alongside the PR & Communications Manager, reporting to one of the trustees, fostering an organisation-wide approach working with all colleagues to ensure a planned, structured and collaborative approach to our communications and marketing planning.
As a small charity, flexibility is key to meet the needs of our shifting priorities and in between delivering and managing social media content – your primary focus –  you will additionally support wider marketing activities with creation of digital content to support charity advertising, support the development of our online (web) content and more general activities across the communications team. While there will be some level of existing experience, training will be provided for anything bespoke.

As part of the role, you will help our UK-based volunteers to develop local social media activities and support them as required. This may involve making recommendations in their approach, supporting content creation and upskilling them to gain confidence in using social media.

The role is remote and the successful applicant can work from a location of their choice, making optimum use of video conferencing and online collaboration tools to connect with the wider communications team.

Some UK travel within the role is expected with the charity reimbursing reasonable UK travel costs where agreed up front and on behalf of the charity.
