We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Officer to join our Fundraising team. Under the supervision of the CRM and Data Insight Manager and alongside two CRM Officers, you will manage the day-to-day functioning of the system. The role is responsible for producing complex mailing data selections, importing data into CRM via an ETL tool, supporting CRM development improvements for the Fundraising team, data cleansing and fundraising performance reporting.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Job Purpose:

The CRM Officer plays a pivotal role, providing the day-to-day support needed to ensure there is a functioning CRM system for the Fundraising team.

Working under the supervision of the CRM and Data Insight Manager, the CRM Officer is responsible for managing regular data imports into CRM, providing data selections, reporting and performance analysis, system development, team training and running data cleansing routines. 

They are also responsible for developing and maintaining system user guides.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Considerable experience of CRM database systems, preferably in the non-for-profit sector.
• Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Automate is essential.
• Experience of using KingswaySoft or another ETL tool with good programming skills such as SQL.
• Experience of segmenting and building data selections for supporter communications.
• A systematic and organised approach with a proven ability to follow things through and meet regular deadlines.
• An excellent level of numeracy combined with accuracy and attention to detail around data processing.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Excel to an advanced level including the ability to produce and manipulate data to inform Fundraising activities.
• Experience of gathering data from various sources and producing reports.
• Confident interpersonal and negotiating skills with an ability to manage and build relationships with external suppliers, as well as with colleagues.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work without close supervision.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload amid conflicting demands.
• Flexibility to take on other related tasks combined with willingness to learn.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Turn2us is a national charity tackling financial insecurity and its structural causes. We work with co-producers and partners to provide people in financial crisis with the means and agency to get back on their feet, build resilience, move forward with their lives and thrive.

Turn2us and its partners have secured £1.5 million from The National Lottery Community Fund to deliver an ambitious and innovative new programme that will support charities in England and Scotland to empower diverse and marginalised communities to respond to climate change and to get their voices heard in environmental policy and media debates.It will focus on Disabled people, those facing financial insecurity and people from ethnic minority communities. These voices are often the least heard from in national and local debates on our environment. This new work aims to change that.

As part of this programme, The National Lottery Community Fund have funded the creation of an Engagement Manager post at Turn2us to work with those facing financial insecurity. The Engagement Manager employed by Turn2us will deliver activity with smaller charities and grassroots organisations supporting those facing financial insecurity that:

• Increases awareness of the impact of environmental change and related policy on different communities 
• Listens to people in these communities to find out what actions they want charities and local government to take
• Develops shared local environmental policy priorities and empowers these organisations to advocate directly to local and national policy makers
• Identifies actions that these organisations can take to support communities to respond to climate change, and helps organisations to implement them
• Identifies people with lived experience to receive hands on training in order to act as diverse champions to media and policy makers

The Administrative Support Officer role offers an exciting opportunity to directly influence the efficiency and impact of our work. Working with the Executive Coordinator you will provide administrative support to the wider Leadership Team, enabling them to deliver ambitious plans at a time of organisational growth.

The successful applicant will serve as the primary point of contact for summit-related events, coordinating meetings, tracking follow-up actions, and providing updates through internal communications. You will oversee all logistical arrangements, including conference registration, travel, accommodation, visa procurement, and insurance, while preparing travel packs for attendees. 

A confident self-starter, you will be able to juggle multiple priorities, across different teams, with excellent IT and organisational skills with a need to log, manage and analyse information, using Excel, Google Workspace applications, and Asana.

With the end of bear bile farming in Vietnam now within reach, Animals Asia is entering an exciting new phase – expanding sanctuary capacity, entering new markets, and securing long-term care for every rescued bear.

Animals Asia has spent over 25 years working to end cruelty and restore respect for animals across Asia. With teams in Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, the UK, and beyond, they combine advocacy, direct rescue, and sanctuary care to create systemic change. The Role

The Media Manager plays a central role at our charity, working closely with the Head of Media and Media Officer to manage the public relations function. You will be responsible for helping to develop and execute national and regional media campaigns to help people better understand our mission and motivate support.
