About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Children and Young People (CYP) Lead to support the development and delivery of our therapeutic services at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the CYP Clinical Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to CYP counsellors and therapists. You will help ensure that services for children and young people are consistently safe, effective, trauma-informed, and survivor-centred.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
· Plan, manage and deliver successful campaigns across a range of channels including digital and print.

· Assist Supporter Acquisition Manager with compilation of detailed income and expenditure campaign budgets.

Finance and Reporting
· Ensure daily campaign tracking and reporting.
· Routine end of campaign reviews and analysis.

ABOUT THE ROLE
In a context of the rise of the far right, increasing inequality, and climate disaster, The Advocacy Academy is growing to meet this moment.
As part of this, we are expanding our Organising and Campaigns Team, looking to recruit two senior and experienced organisers and campaigners who are able to build the leadership of young people to enable them to turn the resources they have into the power they need to make the change they want. We have raised the funds needed to resource this growth and know what needs to be done. There are three key areas of responsibility:

The Job

About the role
The Programme Director role is an exciting new opportunity to lead the recently established Southern VCSE Collaborative (SVC), enabling it to deliver contracts collaboratively across the voluntary and community sector and at scale. The role will be employed technically by Southampton Voluntary Services but fully seconded into SVC.
SVC is a newly established, system-backed partnership bringing together five charities – No Limits, Solent Mind, Southampton Voluntary Services (SVS), Citizens Advice Southampton and Social Care in Action (SCiA).
SVC does not directly deliver services; instead, it works through a network of VCSE partners to deliver high-quality, community-based provision. We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to provide strategic and operational leadership at this critical stage of development. To be successful in this role you will have excellent knowledge and experience of developing and securing policy change at a national government level and raising the profile of an organisation through advocacy and strategic communications.
Ideally you will have experience across policy, public affairs and media work, and excel at building stakeholder relations. You will be an experienced spokesperson and understand how to communicate policy matters in a simple and concise way. You will have understanding and knowledge of developing policy and influencing objectives informed by frontline staff and working with people with lived experience of an issue and staff.
