You will possess extensive experience in property management, knowledge of property related legislation and commercial awareness, plus good knowledge of landlord and tenant related legislation, affecting commercial properties.
You’ll be a strategic, commercial and customer focused professional who will provide a friendly and efficient service to tenants, staff and other stakeholders with an aptitude for working in a complex and fast changing environment.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for day-to-day tenant and building management.
- Undertaking routine property inspections to ensure compliance with the lease/licence Agreements

- Review and select suitable tenants and negotiate terms
- Oversee the management of car parks and public realm
- Prepare the scope of works for refurbishment of vacant premises
- Prepare basic reports to enable the governance of the Trust

Qualifications:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To develop, implement and evaluate the Banter Project youth service in partnership with adopted young people in Northern Ireland. These young people range in age from 14-25 years and live throughout Northern Ireland. The role will primarily work with the project participants, but has additional relationships with community organisations, educational establishments and employers to ensure that all project goals and outcomes are efficiently and effectively met.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead the development and delivery of all elements of the Banter Project adopted young people’s service within Northern Ireland in a fun, interactive, interesting and an ability appropriate manner.
- To support the project participants to play an active role in the design and implementation of a programme of monthly activities for adopted young people. Sustaining and developing a monthly social hub, supporting the development of basic life-skills, and preparation for opportunities in further education, training, employment.
- To support a Youth Advisory Group (YAG) in its role to enable adopted young people to steer the Banter Project while developing skills which promote independence, personal development, social and life skills, leadership, and community involvement.
- To organise and supervise the work of the Youth Services Support Worker to deliver the Banter Project.

- To develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation to review individual goals, track progress and impact, via data and analysis of outcomes to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.

About the opportunity
We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in the North West.
- The North West Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. About the role:
We are seeking someone pragmatic, able to manage upwards and who is happy to work on their own initiative as part of a remote team. This new role will lead the establishment of a re-designed Project Management Office (PMO) to provide proportionate and strategic support, aligned to delivery approaches of NFCC. As an established PMO Manager, you will bring your experience in setting up PMOs and use your knowledge of a diverse range of project management methodologies. Influencing skills and proven experience in managing change are essential.
This role includes up to 50% of time spent managing organisation-wide priority projects. You will be responsible for managing existing projects to completion and initiating and managing to completion new projects if required. You must ensure projects are delivered to time, within budget and to the required quality criteria.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Officer to support the delivery and evaluation of our mental health services in schools, as well as our nursery and family centre. You’ll be part of a passionate team working to improve children’s life chances through early intervention and family support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Service Analysis and Quality Assurance
- Support the collection and analysis of accurate, timely and high-quality data on our services via Salesforce CRM (training provided, with the opportunity to become a qualified Salesforce Administrator).
- Assist Service Managers in delivering mental health training for school staff and parents/carers, including managing bookings, invites, attendance lists, and queries.
- Coordinate, monitor and support the evaluation of whole school services, including training and wellbeing interventions.
- Maintain effective and up-to-date digital filing systems.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and external contacts, developing a deep understanding of our services and their impact on children’s lives.
Family Liaison and Support
- Undertake office and reception duties from 4pm – 6.30pm, including liaising with parents, answering calls, and welcoming visitors.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new families to our nursery and family centre, including reviewing statutory childcare funding options.
- Help develop a programme of workshops for parents/carers, assessing needs and tailoring support.
- Assist in the delivery, evaluation and monitoring of mental health and wellbeing services for families using the nursery.
- Collaborate with the Centre Coordinator to plan and deliver family activities, including day trips to safari parks and the seaside.

Purpose of the Role
Manage and support a caseload of volunteers to empower vulnerable families in giving their children the best start in life, occasionally providing direct support. Contribute to volunteer recruitment, training, development, and the effective day-to-day operation of the organisation
Key Responsibilities. As a HSH Co-ordinator you will:
- Carry out initial home-visits and support families to set and monitor goals
- Match volunteers with families according to need and capacity
- Assess the suitability and complexity of referrals, liaise with referrers for additional information, and support onward referrals

- Monitor safeguarding concerns and liaise with the Operations Manager/Director as needed
