Salary: Up to £52,784 pro rata per annum plus excellent benefits.
Contract: Permanent (Three month probationary period/job share review period)
Hours per week: 22.5 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday). You will be required to work in-person a minimum of one day per week, in line with our hybrid working model.

About the role:
We are looking for a media manager to work as a job share partner in our small, start-up style team on our public campaigning initiative. This role provides an exciting opportunity to jointly lead on our earned media approach, working to secure high-quality coverage of our campaigns and the Health Equals coalition across print, online and broadcast media to influence public opinion and political change.
In this role, you’ll use your skills to deliver our PR strategy for our upcoming public-facing campaigns, working alongside your job share partner to manage our PR agency partner, leading our press office function, building trusted relationships with journalists and influencers, and coordinating Health Equals member spokespeople and lived experience storytellers. You will work proactively with data analysts and policy experts to spot and develop media opportunities based on new and available data relating to health inequalities. Your work day-to-day will vary from strategic to delivery focused, such as writing press releases and pitching to national and regional media, fielding enquiries and responding proactively to developments in the external environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced media manager looking for a part time, job share role, who can help Health Equals to grow its profile and ensure its campaigns achieve impact, helping to play a part in bringing about better health for people in the UK.

About the role
This is a fixed term role with a clear mission, created specifically to support Crisis’ CRM Transformation programme. We are migrating to a new CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, underpinned by a Modern Data Platform, and the next nine to twelve months are critical as the new platform enters live operation. As Interim Business Systems Manager you will sit at the centre of this transition, collaborating with product owners, developers, suppliers and business stakeholders to make the handover from programme delivery to business-as-usual a success, equipping Crisis with impactful, sustainable systems for fundraising and engagement in support of our mission to end homelessness.
Coaching and developing our Product Owners will be at the heart of this role, helping them build the confidence and capability to own their backlogs, prioritise with clarity and bring well-formed decisions to the table, alongside embedding consistent, sustainable development practices across the team. You will also lead key transition deliverables, including the rebuild of Apteco FastStats so that marketing delivery remains robust and well-governed, and provide governance, oversight and transition planning for our Christmas systems cycle.
This role exists to support a defined period of transformation; it is offered on a fixed term basis, and decisions about how the team is shaped beyond the transition will be made as the programme concludes. What we can offer now is a bold, genuinely pivotal piece of work, and the opportunity to leave Crisis with a stronger, more confident and capable systems team.
About you
- Demonstrable experience of leading technology teams through significant change, such as service transition, operating model shifts or go-live readiness
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise CRM platforms
- A solid grounding in service management principles (ITIL or equivalent), with practical experience of establishing support models and change governance
- A track record of building or improving development practices, from sprint discipline and documentation through to release management and peer review
- Experience of developing product ownership, solution design and business analysis capability in others
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work at pace with ambiguity

Role Purpose
To support the engagement and activation of key audiences to take action in support of ending the need for food banks. Responsible for delivering mobilisation opportunities and actions to new and existing supporters and driving meaningful change through action.

About the role
As our Senior Legacy Marketing Manager (UK and International), you’ll lead the strategic development and delivery of Compassion in World Farming’s legacy marketing programme across the UK and internationally. This is a vital role within our Global Fundraising team, helping to shape a sector leading legacy strategy that inspires supporters to leave a lasting gift for farm animals and the planet.
As part of this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Legacy strategy and coordination – Leading the development of Compassion’s UK and international legacy marketing strategy, reporting on KPIs and identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and investment.
- UK legacy marketing delivery – Overseeing and delivering legacy communications across direct mail, email, social media, website content, events, supporter engagement and promotional campaigns.

About you

You’ll bring a deep understanding of legacy fundraising, ideally gained within the charity or NGO sector, and feel comfortable working across both UK and international markets.
You’ll be highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to craft compelling messages for direct response and manage multi-channel campaigns.
Skills and experience you’ll need to bring as part of this role:
- Track record and knowledge of legacy marketing and legacy strategy, ideally as a practitioner.
- Strong understanding of direct marketing, digital marketing or supporter fundraising, with excellent copywriting and creative skills.
- Proven strategic planning skills, with the ability to manage budgets, suppliers, data and reporting.
- Experience of working collaboratively with international teams across multiple countries and time zones.

Working as part of a collaborative Marketing and Communications team, your role will include interviewing families and supporters, writing compelling stories and press releases, supporting campaign content, helping develop digital-first storytelling approaches, and building a strong pipeline of stories, quotes, images and video content for use across the organisation.
You’ll need excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively drive a pipeline of stories across a range of projects and campaigns. We’re particularly interested in candidates who can think creatively by identifying new story angles, developing alternative content routes, and helping us diversify the voices and experiences represented across our communications.
You’ll also work closely with the PR Manager and Income Generation and Marketing Directorate to support regional media activity, fundraising campaigns and digital communications.

Purpose of the role
The Project Manager will lead the delivery of MindOut's National Lottery Heritage Fund project, Speaking Our Minds: MindOut 25+ Years and LGBTQ Mental Health, an innovative 18-month heritage programme documenting, preserving and sharing over 25 years of LGBTQ mental health history.
Working with LGBTQ communities, volunteers, staff, former service users, heritage partners and community organisations, the postholder will oversee all aspects of project planning, delivery, evaluation and legacy. This includes oral history collection, digital archiving, volunteer management, community engagement, public exhibitions and dissemination activities.
The Project Manager will ensure the project is delivered safely, ethically and inclusively whilst meeting all National Lottery Heritage Fund outcomes, budgets, milestones and reporting requirements.

Role description
You will bring the experience, confidence, organisational skills and values required to lead a complex community heritage programme involving lived experience storytelling, volunteer participation, community partnerships and public engagement.
Main Tasks
Project Management
· Manage the set up and delivery of a new Speaking Our Minds project in a medium-size charity.
· Develop and maintain detailed work plans, project timelines, budgets, risk management and ensure milestones and National Lottery Heritage Fund requirements are met.
· Provide regular progress reports in line with project timeline, budgets and outcomes for the Charity Director

· Oversee collection of photographs, documents, memorabilia and contextual materials that support interpretation of MindOut's history.

1. Strategy Delivery and Management

3. Relationship Management and Income Growth

You will oversee donor communications, the supporter newsletter, and recognition processes, ensuring supporters understand the impact of their giving and remain engaged with CFAB.

5. Governance and Representation

The role primarily raises income (but also awareness) through multi-channel marketing activity with a clear focus on maximising ROI and delivering supporter growth at scale. Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Senior Individual Giving Officer role. This position involves leading key fundraising campaigns, cultivating supporter relationships, and managing a small team within a diverse fundraising programme dedicated to making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver integrated donor recruitment and stewardship campaigns across multiple channels to maximise income and supporter engagement.
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of the annual fundraising programme, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Monitor campaign performance by analysing KPIs, providing insights to optimise outcomes through testing and evaluation.
- Manage supporter communications, including email, phone contact, and postal mail, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Assist with budgeting and reforecasting activities, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Line manage the Individual Giving Officer, offering guidance, regular performance reviews, and development support.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling messaging and creative collateral.
- Liaise with data teams to ensure precise targeting, segmentation, and reporting, adhering to data protection standards.
- Keep abreast of sector trends and innovative practices to inform campaign strategies.
- Foster positive working relationships within the team and with external stakeholders, including supporters and volunteers.
Person Specification:
- Experience in marketing, direct marketing, or fundraising, with a record of devising successful campaigns.
- Skilled in using data to inform decision-making and optimise campaign performance.
- Experience in line management or leadership, with a passion for developing others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for storytelling that resonates emotionally.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data compliance legislation related to supporter data.
- Solution-focused, collaborative, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to build meaningful connections across diverse audiences.
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: £27,000 to £30,950
- Location: Hybrid – 1 day a week in Kent office
