Location: The role is home based with LifeSkills delivery in person in the South West region of Yorkshire (ie, with delivery in areas such as, but not exclusive to, Sheffield, Doncaster and Leeds).

The LifeSkills programme offers groups of families the chance to come together to a trusted venue such as a children’s centre or community setting. As well as offering opportunities for families to spend quality time together and have access to healthy food, these sessions offer LifeSkills workshops for parents and carers to build their confidence, social networks, financial and employability skills. Examples include but are not limited to overcoming setbacks, managing debt, boosting confidence to return to work, CV writing, interview skills. The aims of the LifeSkills programme are to support participants to increase their confidence and 21st century skills, move closer to training/volunteering/employment, improve their social networks, and grow their confidence to provide low cost and nutritious meals.
Main Responsibilities:
The role involves delivering LifeSkills sessions to groups of families in South West Yorkshire. The postholder will also be the main point of contact for delivery partners hosting programmes (e.g. small charities, schools) and staff and volunteers delivering sessions, and be expected to respond promptly to a wide range of queries and requests for support. Examples might include, for instance, devising LifeSkills programmes for different cohorts, presenting to potential partners, devising risk assessments, recording data, and visiting and providing guidance and support for staff and volunteers delivering sessions in venues across the area.
Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):
· To be the main point of contact for delivery partners (as well as for fundraising / marketing staff), for a portfolio of LifeSkills programmes, and respond promptly to queries and concerns.
· To support delivery of LifeSkills sessions (e.g. take bookings, develop PowerPoint slides) as well as planning and delivering own LifeSkills programmes.
· Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service – Enhanced level

About the Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital and Content:
- Maintain and update the Climate Spring website (Webflow).
- Draft, edit and publish content across a variety of channels, including website, social media, newsletters and events copy.
- Support the management of Climate Spring's social media channels and calendars; create and post content.
- Lead on compiling and gathering content for Climate Spring’s monthly community newsletter.
- Support social media output for the Climate Fiction Prize as needed.
Brand and Marketing:

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to focus on three key areas; Configuring a new Salesforce platform, integration of existing platforms, and supporting users around the world.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialists and Salesforce team, configuring the new system as well as being the first point of contact for Salesforce support across all staff in all 18 countries. Working with the system solution designs and architecture design documents created by the Salesforce Systems Architect, they will configure a brand-new Salesforce platform for program and beneficiary management. They will also need to ensure it is integrated with our existing NPSP donor management platform and works with other systems and services across the organisation.
In addition to configuration, they will triage incoming tickets, provide support, fix problems, make configuration changes, and work closely with our International Project Manager and Salesforce Developer and Product Owner to manage change requests.
Who we are looking for
You will have proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and strong experience implementing new configurations from scratch. Educated to relevant degree level (or equivalent, or qualified by experience), be a certified Salesforce Admin, and have experience with NPSP. NPC would be an advantage.
A logical thinker, excellent problem solver, and an ability to juggle multiple duties and prioritise competing tasks. You must be able to translate solution designs and technical designs into working solutions.
You must be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have strong stakeholder management skills, and be excellent at customer service.

I’m thrilled to be working with an international campaigning charity, that advocates for animals, to find their new Marketing Manager, in a remote role, based in the UK. Are you a strategic, data-driven, and solutions-oriented Marketing Manager, ready to lead the optimisation of their supporter engagement systems and data-driven marketing operations in the UK?
As Marketing Manager you will streamline and coordinate public communications, ensuring they are streamlined, impactful, and evidence-based. You will manage a team, and play an essential role in optimising the charity’s CRM platforms (with a focus on Salesforce and related tools), ensuring they are efficient, intuitive to use, and designed with their supporters’ experiences in mind.
The ideal candidate:
You must have in-depth experience in managing CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred), with proven experience of streamlining complex CRMs for usability and efficiency. A track record of understanding and evaluating direct marketing and digital advocacy campaigns, skilled in M&E, and strong copywriting skills.
You will have hands-on experience managing team members and supporting their professional growth. Experience in marketing automation, and familiarity with GDPR best practice, is desirable.

About the Role
The Content Creator will play a vital role in helping Urban Saints communicate with clarity, creativity, and consistency across all platforms. From video editing and creating social media graphics, to designing resources, brochures, or branded assets, this role is responsible for creating visually engaging content that amplifies our message and inspires action.
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing and producing compelling visual content across digital and print formats.
- Filming and editing videos for campaigns, training materials and resources.
- Managing and editing visual assets, including team-supplied images.
- Contributing ideas and visual concepts to support campaigns and storytelling.
- Acting as a brand guardian for visual content, ensuring consistency across all channels.

The Email Marketing Executive plays a key supporting role in the planning and delivery of our email communications.
This role is responsible for supporting effective email campaign delivery by collaborating with stakeholders to shape email plans, providing feedback on content, and ensuring journeys are well structured and delivered to a high standard. The postholder will also be responsible for reporting on campaign performance and providing actionable insights to support ongoing improvement.
You will work directly with the Email Channel Owner and contribute to ensuring consistency and efficiency in delivery and compile regular reports on email performance. Collaboration, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of email marketing best practice are essential for success in this role.
