The Marketing Officer/Senior Marketing Officer (Acquisition) at CBM UK is an important role in making our life-changing work possible. Advertised at Officer or Senior Officer level (subject to experience), the role delivers direct and digital marketing communications to grow awareness, and recruit and engage with new long-term CBM supporters, through creative and impactful fundraising communications.
Key responsibilities:
The position holder is responsible for developing and delivering fundraising campaigns that will engage with CBM target individual audiences; supporting the development of the annual public fundraising plan; building supporter journeys and testing new channels and messages.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and across the Fundraising & Communications team to plan, coordinate and deliver donor acquisition appeals to recruit new individual supporters, using a variety of direct and digital marketing channels.
Regular giving (mostly monthly Direct Debits) are a large part of CBMs donor acquisition activity, and as such, part of this acquisition role is the planning and co-ordination of regular giving conversion, recruitment, retention, and upgrade campaigns.

Citizens Advice Milton Keynes has been a cornerstone of support for the community, offering free, confidential, and impartial advice since 1972. Our Works for Us team is committed to delivering a reliable, high-quality, multi-channel service to individuals in Milton Keynes, focusing on improving their skills, providing employment-focused training, and engaging in personal development activities.
As an IAGO, you will work closely with the Works for Us Team Manager to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of employability services to the public. This includes providing face-to-face advice, phone support and email services. The role demands adaptability to fast-changing priorities, compliance with quality standards, and a commitment to delivering in-depth employability advice and guidance.
The successful candidate will also need to be confident and able to provide coaching and training support to small groups of service users on a sessional basis.

A background in advice giving, career advice or tutoring is desirable. Full training and induction will be provided.

About the role:
As our Junior Content Producer, you’ll support the Content Team to deliver Drinkaware’s multimedia content strategy. Working closely with colleagues across Content, Marketing, Ops and Programmes, Partnerships and Research, you’ll play a key role in creating, coordinating and delivering engaging content across digital and offline channels.
From managing content workflows to producing engaging social content, your work will help ensure our audiences can make informed choices about alcohol.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating and supporting the delivery of digital and printed content across channels.
• Planning, self-shooting and editing high-quality video content for social media.
• Supporting the delivery of social media plans, across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Coordinating content requests to ensure tasks are assigned, tracked and delivered on time.
• Building and nurturing online communities through proactive community management and audience engagement.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, is creatively driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About you:
