Location: Islington, London, the role will be split between the London office (3 days per week) and working from home.

Salary: £31,950-36,450 per annum inclusive

Hours: 35 hours per week

This is a permanent position. 

We are looking for a Digital Fundraising Manager to join our ambitious and growing type 1 diabetes charity, JDRF, as part of the Individual Giving team.

Digital fundraising is a key area for growth and opportunity for JDRF. This is an exciting, brand new role being created to develop new ways to raise money for our mission. You’ll use your skills and expertise to develop a brand new programme of activity and to innovate and make your mark on our charity. The strategy you develop and implement will integrate with and enrich our current fundraising activities, acquire & convert new supporters in a cost effective way, and to deliver outstanding multi-channel supporter stewardship for retention

An experienced digital fundraiser, you’ll have worked for charities before in similar roles. You will be strategic and data-driven, able to adapt quickly to take advantage of new opportunities and skilled in using digital tools to engage and motivate supporters. You will be ever-curious, always seeking to improve your skills and adopt new approaches.

You’ll have previous experience of:

  • Planning, delivering and evaluating digital fundraising activity for income generation, increased supporter engagement and improved retention across digital channels
  • Developing and delivering digital and social media campaigns to deliver immediate income generation
  • Developing and managing online journeys
  • Adopting a test and learn approach to all activity optimise results
