As an HR Business Partner, you will:
- Work in partnership with Coram group leadership team and stakeholders to help shape, develop and deliver solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the organisation.
- Provide expert and professional advice and support to all staff and managers, ensuring all feel included, engaged, comfortable and equipped to fulfil their role.
- Drive organisation results and increase colleague engagement, by working with senior partners across the Coram group in support of the people and strategy/business plan
- Keep the organisation safe by identifying and managing risk.
- Work with the wider Human Resources (HR) team to develop and implement specific HR projects and policies linked with the people strategy.
What we are looking for:
- CIPD Qualified or qualified by experience with evidence of proactive CPD
- Experience of delivering solution focused professional HR generalist advice underpinned by up-to-date knowledge of legislation
- Ability to manage numerous projects across Business Units with conflicting deadlines and to prioritise workload accordingly
- Be skilled at working with data, drawing insight from analytics including HR systems; ability to run reports, manipulate data, and analyse information
- Proven experience of influencing and coaching managers through a wide range of employee relations issues
- Experience of managing change - redundancy, TUPE and culture.

Job Context
The Senior Manager- HR, Operations, and IT plays a key role in supporting Lepra’s people, systems, and governance functions. Working within a small and collaborative UK team, the postholder leads HR operations and organisational administration. The role combines hands-on delivery with advisory support, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal governance standards, and contributing to the efficient running of the organisation.
Job Purpose
The Senior Manager – HR, Operations, and IT provide functional leadership across human resources, operational management, and information systems. The postholder ensures that Lepra’s people, processes, and infrastructure enable a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant organisation.
Working closely with the Director of Finance and Operations, this role provides support on HR strategy and governance, supports organisational operations, and provides leadership for IT and data management functions.
Working Relationships
Reports to the Director of Finance and Operations
Working with all of Lepra UK on all matters regarding HR, Operations and IT.
Will liaise across all Lepra staff, particularly those in management roles, in accordance with their staff and volunteer roles.

Key Responsibilities

Salary
The spot salary for the Reward Manager role is £58,242 per annum for those who meet all role requirements. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.

Background
Lepra is dedicated to addressing leprosy and lymphatic filariasis (LF) and their consequences through direct support, advocacy, and the promotion of inclusive communities. We work in Bangladesh and in India, through our sister organisation, LEPRA Society. Job Context
The Operations Lead will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of Lepra’s UK operations. This includes managing office and facilities logistics, supporting key operational projects (such as the upcoming office move), and coordinating internal processes across HR, IT, governance, and finance systems.

The Role
The role is ideal for someone with strong ER and policy writing experience and good knowledge and understanding of UK employment legislation, key HR legislation and HR systems to appropriately advise and lead on ER cases. Ideally you would need to be CIPD part qualified or studying towards a qualification.
