ABOUT THE ROLE

Salary: £72,800 (plus London weighting where appropriate)
Location: Hybrid, with 2-3 days a week in our London office, or in another L'Arche location. (If your base is outside London, you can expect to spend 2-3 days a month in the London office). The role includes regular travel to L'Arche Communities UK-wide, and to national meetings.

- Support Communities to identify and develop future leaders.
- Oversee development and implementation of an overall strategy for learning, development, and formation.
HR structures, strategy, and services
- Ensure L'Arche has the skills, policies, systems, and information for consistently good and compliant HR services and line management.
- Review and lead people functions across L'Arche, to ensure clear, coherent, and cost-effective HR services.
- Manage the HR team, Learning and Development team, and national HR and L&D budgets.
- Oversee the accuracy and relevance of admin and data systems.
- Oversee HR employee relations and whistleblowing across l'Arche.
Leadership
- Champion the mission of L'Arche and model our values.
- Contribute expertise on HR, inclusion, employment law and learning and development to wider discussions.
- Maximise the voice, power, and engagement of employees and of people with learning disabilities.

Young Adult Carers Service Coordinator
Carers’ Hub works to improve carers’ lives in Lambeth through quality services and community engagement. We are an independent local charity, who work with carers aged five upwards. Whether financial, educational or otherwise, they seek to limit the challenges that carers face and achieve this by improving carer’s wellbeing, connecting carers to support and training opportunities, awareness raising and influencing local policy. As the Young Adult Carers Service Coordinator you will:

Deliver an engaging, accessible range of workshops, social activities and one to one support for our young adult carers, working to targets and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to funders.

Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing & Sales plays a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s growth. You will develop and execute multi-channel strategies delivered across the funnel from enhancing brand visibility and generating leads, nurturing leads to conversion, right the way through to supporting customer retention and advocacy. About the role
The Digital Optimisation Analyst is instrumental in advancing Christian Aid's digital strategy and supporting colleagues in achieving their ambitious digital, fundraising and supporter engagement goals. The University of Essex in partnership with We are the Minories (WATM), an arts charity and gallery in a historic townhouse in Colchester, offers an exciting opportunity to a graduate with the relevant skills and knowledge to develop a data led and long-term strategic plan, to enhance WATM’s growth.
The associate will work with WATM’s managers and University of Essex academic supervisors to ensure WATM's sustainable and prosperous future while keeping their community ethos and values at the heart of their activities. This will be achieved through four key strategies:
- Developing innovative solutions to evaluate and measure the social impact of WATM’s activities to enhance its success rates in funding applications.
- Introducing business model innovations to support WATM in improving its income generation, such as through new product/service development (e.g., consultancy) and exploring additional income-generating activities like leveraging its physical space.
- Enhancing WATM’s capabilities in managing both social and economic missions and supporting them in sharing their knowledge through consultancy to third-party organisations.
- Developing marketing, operational, and financial plans to foster the sustainable growth of WATM.
This post is fixed term for 18 months.
DUTIES OF THE POST
The duties of the post will include:
- Conduct literature reviews and summarise findings for a non-academic audience.
- Design and develop a framework to measure social output, outcomes, and impacts of WATM's activities.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- Develop and design data-driven and customer-driven strategies to improve the sustainability and growth of WATM
- Develop strategies for augmenting earned and grant income.
- Formulate and implement robust and well-informed marketing, operational and financial plans based on the collected data and selected strategies.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge management plan, encompassing strategies for disseminating insights and best practices derived from the project.
- Manage activities, stakeholders and relationship building across diverse groups, including WATM’s board of trustees, art gallery/café visitors, artists, employees, volunteers, and wider community.
- Disseminate findings in scientific articles and conferences.
These duties are a guide to the work that the post holder will initially be required to undertake. They may be changed from time to time to meet changing circumstances.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A first/undergraduate degree in Management, Business Studies or a related discipline, OR a first/undergraduate degree in a subject related to Arts and Humanities or nonprofit sector with business development experience.
- Excellent market research, analytical and problem-solving skills to generate insights and support evidence-based decision making.
- Knowledge and experience of qualitative and quantitative data analysis and proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience of producing written reports in an academic context.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, business development and consultancy.
- Ability to formulate and implement robust and well-informed marketing, operational and financial plans.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and facilitate training sessions.

Established in 1997, Jigsaw4u provide a range of services for children, young people and families experiencing complex social and emotional difficulties in South West London. Jigsaw4u has experienced considerable growth and development over the past several years, and this new role has been identified by the Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer to support Jigsaw4u’s position and aspirations for the future.
As a member of our Senior Management Team (SMT), you will help to deliver and shape Jigsaw4u's vision and strategy. Under the direction of the CEO, the postholder’s areas of responsibility will be to:
