Job description

The Role

DHI is an award-winning charity that challenges social exclusion by supporting people to achieve their potential and contribute to the richness and wellbeing of their community. We are looking for individuals who share our passion for our values of self-direction, stimulation and zest for life and our commitment to our client groups and the local communities we serve.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Supported Housing Team at DHI in Bath. This is an exciting, varied and rewarding role which involves supporting clients to achieve and maintain abstinence from problematic drug/alcohol use and supporting them to move onto live fulfilling and independent lives. As well as supporting individuals the role also includes aspects of housing management.

You will be joining an experienced and enthusiastic team that work hard to support each other, deliver an exceptional service to clients and meet our contract requirements.

If you’ve got experience of working in housing and share DHI’s values of self-direction, stimulation and zest for life, we’d love to hear from you. DHI also welcomes applications from those with lived experience.
