Why this opportunity has arisen
The Glasshouse is at an exciting stage. They have a distinctive business, a strong social purpose, an established client base and a service that people genuinely value. They now want to build on that foundation. The Glasshouse has plans to grow over the next few years in a sustainable way and this new role will drive commercial growth and develop a more effective sales engine.
With a new Chief Executive also being appointed, you’ll have support from them, the wider team, and the Founder, particularly around the creative and design side of the work.
You will need to be confident managing the day-to-day commercial process and in this role you will have the opportunity to make a visible difference to how the business operates: improving sales systems, strengthening customer relationships, winning new business and helping the organisation to grow. Unlike a conventional sales role, the success you help create has a purpose beyond the bottom line.
