Whether we are communicating through images, video or text, we always try to be straightforward, honest, and to show respect for the people with whom we are communicating. 

Clear communication is particularly important for us because our mission is to level the playing field when it comes to access to opportunities, and a big part of this effort is fair and straightforward access to information. It’s also important for us to be fun, while not talking down to young people. 

Over the last few years, we have created hundreds of videos aimed at students and teachers. 

Our video content helps young people make informed decisions about their future. This includes Careers Library profiles featuring professionals discussing their jobs, Subject Library profiles where university students share insights into their studies, and Employer and University profiles offering a glimpse into these organisations. We also produce course videos for online learning as well as internal marketing content.

What you’ll do

As Post Production Manager, you will oversee the Video Team’s post-production operations and line-manage our Video Editors (1 x Video Editor and 2 x Junior Video Editors). You will lead the team in delivering high-quality video content for our platform, ensuring all output meets our editorial standards. You will manage the post-production workflow, support wider projects across the Video Team, and contribute hands-on to editing a variety of videos for the platform.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assign post-production tasks to Video Editors and Junior Video Editors, manage the edit schedule, set deadlines, and sign off on edits that meet our high standards. Guide, mentor, and develop team members in editing skills and post-production workflows.

• Manage key deliverables from organising footage on Dropbox to ensuring projects are live on the platform.

• Manage a diverse range of video content, ensuring stakeholder input is considered while maintaining high editorial and production standards.

• Review videos and provide constructive feedback to develop editors and maintain quality.

• Ensure videos are on the platform and meet a high standard of quality.

• Act as the point of contact for external partners and account teams regarding exported projects, handling any technical queries.

• Edit videos, create engaging animations and Motion Graphics (Motion GFX) in After Effects and Premiere Pro, and develop MOGRT templates for editable projects.

• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to by all editors and inform them of any changes.

• Guide and mentor other team members in editing skills and post-production workflows.

Working together

You’ll work closely with Unifrog’s Content team, line-manage video editors and collaborate closely with directors and producers in the video team. You will also work with staff on our partner-facing teams, as well as with external partners where necessary.

You will be managed by our Head of Video.

Video editing skills

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, including creating motion graphics animations.

• Solid understanding of storytelling and pacing to create engaging, audience-focused edits.

• Capable of handling sound design, colour grading, and other technical aspects to deliver polished final outputs.

• Deep understanding of editing tools and technical workflows to support high-quality delivery and efficient team output.

Creative and editorial excellence

• Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail, ensuring all content meets high standards in storytelling, technical quality, and visual aesthetics.

• Oversees and maintains quality across all edits, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and platform requirements.

• Up-to-date with video trends, audience expectations, and post-production best practices, using this knowledge to guide the team in producing engaging, high-quality content.

Media management

• Able to organise and manage media files efficiently, maintaining clear structures and consistency across projects.

Key details

Wandsworth Wellbeing Foodbank Service is an adult mental health service, offering support in foodbanks and Primary Care settings and we are delighted to be hiring an additional Wellbeing Coordinator to join our supportive and successful team.

The Role

What will I be doing?

You’ll be responsible for a broad range of high‑level Executive Office support activities, including:

• Preparing, coordinating and servicing senior leadership meetings, including drafting clear agendas, collating accurate papers, taking high‑quality minutes and tracking actions with a strong attention to detail.
• Providing high‑quality executive and administrative support to the CEO Office, including complex diary and inbox management, and the drafting, handling and dispatch of correspondence on behalf of the Group CEO with excellent written accuracy and judgment.

Essential:

• Proven experience providing high‑level PA or Executive Assistant support in a fast‑paced, complex environment, including diary management, meeting support and high‑quality minute‑taking.

How will I be working?

We operate a flexible, trust based working model that gives colleagues autonomy over how, when and where they work, while recognising the value of in person collaboration. You will be assigned a base office, with hybrid working offered as standard. This role does however involve regular visits to our head office based on business needs. 

You will engage in regular in person collaboration with your team (as operational appropriate), as well as with colleagues across the wider organisation, to ensure effective operational alignment and to support our inclusive approach to working.

Ruils is run by, and for, Disabled people. We exist to remove the barriers that prevent Disabled people from living independent lives. Our vision is a society where all individuals have choice and control to live independently. We provide information, advice, advocacy, befriending and activities to our clients and their families.

Pathways is a specialised welfare advice service that provides information, advice, advocacy and representation for Disabled adults (over the age of 18) living in the Richmond Borough. We work with clients, supporting them to navigate the complex Housing, Benefits and Social Care systems. In this role, you would be providing information, guidance and advice to Disabled people and their families, enabling them to have more choice and control over their lives.

We are also part of a larger network of Disabled-led advice services. Working together, we have developed pathways for Disabled trainee case workers, collated data on Housing and Benefits issues and have fed into important consultations and campaigns.

This Wheelchair Skills Trainer role will predominantly support the Service Delivery Managers in the effective planning and delivery of wheelchair skills training to meet the strategic objectives. The person

You will be part of the Young People’s Services Team who provide a range of services and activities for young wheelchair users and their families. The postholder will take responsibility for the delivery of accredited face-to-face wheelchair skills training for young wheelchair users, as well as training for parents and other professionals involved in their development, ensuring processes and procedures relating to safety and safeguarding are followed. The role also includes liaising with schools, colleges and external organisations and ensuring volunteers are supported and empowered at services.

Key accountabilities

• Planning and delivery of wheelchair skills training and train the trainer across Wales or London.

• Liaise with Whizz Kidz Service Delivery Managers to ensure familiarity with the content and plans for each session, including information about young people’s care and medical needs, details of volunteers attending and venue information including contact names and access arrangements.

• Updating all documentation for events and participants onto the database.

• Promoting Whizz Kidz services to third party organisations in order to drive new applications/referrals.

• Ensuring feedback and monitoring data is collected at each event.

• Liaising with young people, families and schools as required.

• Attending Whizz Kidz services across the country if required in order to support the Service Delivery Managers.

• Use the risk assessment provided by Whizz Kidz to ensure confidence in briefing other staff/volunteers, continually updating each risk assessment where necessary.

• Adhere to relevant Whizz Kidz policies and procedures regarding safeguarding, data protection and confidentiality, risk management, health and safety, incident reporting and working with volunteers when facilitating events for young disabled people. Ensure that all staff and volunteers are fully briefed and working within these guidelines and policies.

• Liaise with Whizz Kidz Services Delivery Managers to ensure availability of sufficient resources and equipment for services, highlighting any discrepancies.

• Attend training days and events with Whizz Kidz staff and volunteers to continually develop relevant skills and competencies to effectively deliver Whizz Kidz’s Young People’s Services.

• Lead Volunteers throughout the day to deliver all planned activities in a safe and positive way, working in line with policies and procedures to ensure maximum participation.
