The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a purposeful and proactive individual to work within a small (but growing), friendly and dynamic team in a varied role.

We are expanding our programmes and partnership team and so we are looking for a Warm Welcome Space Support Coordinator (based in the East Midlands).

To support the range and depth of opportunities we can offer to Warm Welcome Spaces, we are looking for a Spaces Support Coordinator to work primarily on supporting our Champions programme, as well as other exciting programme opportunities, to ensure they are as successful as possible in delivering impact for Spaces by meeting their targets. 

We’re looking for someone who thrives on the variety of connecting with a huge range of people and who is organised and systematic while at the same time has room for creativity, learning and innovation. Warm Welcome Responsibilities

Working closely with the Warm Welcome Spaces Support Manager and wider team your primary responsibility will be to provide Project Coordination related to projects that are designed to support Warm Welcome Spaces, taking ownership of specific projects and tasks as required, including;

Project Coordination:

• Owns and manages parts of a project and ensures successful delivery - for example within the Warm Welcome Champions Programme or Partnership volunteering opportunities to benefit Spaces. This will include organising specific events as part of wider projects

• Develops project plans and timelines and maintains updates and progress

• Communicates clearly about a project and ensures the project is keeping to the planned timeline and outcomes, identifying any delivery challenges quickly

• Understands key responsibilities and can clearly articulate role within projects

• Responding to and fielding enquiries related to projects as appropriate

• Taking meeting minutes and chairing meetings when needed

• Collecting and entering data for various spreadsheets and documents efficiently

• Writing up stories about spaces visited that can be published on the website 

Teamworking:

• Supporting the work of the wider Warm Welcome/Good Faith Partnership Team as capacity and need allows

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative Communications and Brand Manager (Partnerships) to join a small, friendly and ambitious team in a varied role with genuine opportunity for development and impact. Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to join our exciting new project, working with those engaging in gambling harms behaviours and affected others. The role will include various workstreams to the service, including: crisis de-escalation, casework, psychoeducation workshops and facilitating a space for peer-led activities.

Your role as a support worker will be to de-escalate those in a state of crisis which is exacerbated or influenced by gambling related behaviours. You will be expected to manage crises within a drop-in model. You will be expected to hold your own caseload of clients, providing 1:1 bespoke advice surrounding gambling and mental health support. In addition, you will aid in facilitating peer-led psychoeducation groups addressing root causes of gambling and a safe environment for loved ones to build meaningful peer connections. You will be joining a small team and be expected to work in partnership with your peer support workers and service lead. We are seeking autonomous, creative individuals with experiences of working with behaviours around addiction.
 

Key Responsibilities

• De-escalate immediate mental health crises
• Co-produce and facilitate various psychoeducation workshops
• Hold your own caseload of clients; providing advice and support on various matters eg financial management, debt, housing and other social issues pertaining to gambling behaviours

As a Senior Coach you will be working on the frontline delivering high quality one-to-one support to a caseload of young people across London. You will support young people to recognise and capitalise on their strengths by taking a coaching approach. Richmond Carers Centre, a network partner of the Carers Trust, is a registered charity providing information, support, advice and a voice for carers living and caring in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. 

Helping Carers to Live Well is our organisational aim. We provide a targeted service to young carers, aged 5 – 18 years. Young carers, provide vital emotional and practical support to a family member with a care need including sibling young carers. Their care role can have an impact on their wellbeing, education and social opportunities. As a Young Carers Support Worker, you will be part of a small, dedicated team and take a lead on providing emotional support to young carers and a commitment to enhancing their wellbeing. Purpose of This Role: 

This key support role will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure NASP’s data and key systems, including our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), dashboards and databases, are effective, accurate, and useful. This includes improving data capture, enabling consistent reporting, and ensuring that quality data can be used to support organisational priorities.

The role will support colleagues to use systems confidently and understand data requirements, providing analytic solutions that meet the needs of the organisation, and identifying where practices and systems can be improved.

The role will sit within the wider Operations team who oversee the core business and operational functions of NASP, including Finance, HR, Governance, Project Support, Administration, and Logistics. As a member of this team, the role will provide general administrative support to NASP programmes, liaising with our CRM support provider (Chorus) and IT provider (Logicata) to act as an essential bridge between internal colleagues and these external technical experts.

As NASP continues to develop its membership and training offers, the Data and Systems Officer will support the growth of this work, ensuring that systems and data flows are aligned, and leading on the technical management of data within these systems. The role will also support teams with reporting and evaluation, making effective use of NASP’s data. 

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent data management, administrative, and technical skills (particularly working with CRMs) to support across the range of NASP’s programmes and projects, as well as development of new systems and processes.

Responsibilities: 

CRM and Systems Management

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Refuge Worker to provide high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic violence and their children living in our refuges. This includes safety planning and enabling women to access housing, welfare, benefits, and legal advice. A key requirement is to provide personal welfare support and to ensure that women are provided with a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment in accordance with Refuge’s philosophical principles. The role of the refuge worker is to complete health and safety duties as well and ensure that the refuge accommodation meets compliance requirements.

As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota. 

This post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.

We are seeking a Crisis Café Team Coordinator to join our dynamic Journey Recovery Hub, a vital out-of-hours service supporting individuals experiencing mental health crises in Richmond and Kingston.

The Role

As the Crisis Café Team Coordinator, you will work in partnership with a second Crisis Cafe Team Coordinator to:

 •  Lead and coordinate the daily operations of two Crisis Café sites.

 •  Support a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment.

 •  Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that empowers individuals to manage their mental health and avoid crises.

 •  Build strong partnerships with local services, promoting the Café and its impact.

 •  Drive service excellence, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with best practices.

This role combines casework with operational management, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills while making a meaningful impact in the community.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who excels in leadership, organisation and communication, with the ability to manage high-intensity environments and complex situations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

 •  Proven ability to support individuals in crisis, helping them develop self-management strategies.

 •  Experience managing small teams and volunteers.

 •  Strong understanding of mental health services and the recovery approach.

 •  Excellent communication and administrative skills. 

Desirable Skills:

 •  Mental Health First Aid or Suicide Prevention training.

 •  Knowledge of national suicide prevention strategies.
