We are the national charity focused on early diagnosis and prevention, working across all five gynaecological cancers.

Ask Eve is our nurse information service. It’s specialist, expert and free at the point of use for everyone who needs us. That’s anyone who has a question about the gynaecological cancers, their signs, symptoms or risk factors.

The demands on the service have grown hugely over the past three years and we are looking for a health care professional (from any relevant qualified background) who is looking for a move into a charity to provide direct information and support to patients.

We have exciting service developments ahead including the launch of a new AI tool.

We welcome applications from candidates with a wide range of backgrounds including those with lived experience of cancer. Candidates must be experienced healthcare professionals with substantive experience of supporting people affected by gynaecological health conditions and cancers.

Current professional registration, a demonstrable and detailed understanding of safeguarding and privacy policies within health information provision are essential. Some experience / qualifications in health communications would also be an advantage.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

This role involves providing intensive, person-centred support to women in a residential setting. The role includes delivering key sessions, community meetings, and daily contact to assess and monitor individual needs. You will co-produce Support and Safety Plans with residents, focusing on their strengths and goals, and offer advice on safety, domestic abuse, housing, and independent living. Responsibilities also include liaising with statutory bodies on safeguarding matters, supporting move-on accommodation, and promoting empowerment through workshops and social activities. The role follows “The Hestia Approach,” prioritising co-production, recovery, and partnership with service users.

Here's what the team will be looking for

The successful candidate will have substantial experience working directly with individuals who present a wide range of support needs, risks, and aspirations for their future. They will be confident in delivering high‑quality casework, including key working, support planning, and risk assessments, with a strong focus on promoting independence and recovery. A solid understanding of issues affecting women experiencing domestic abuse, as well as knowledge of mental health, substance misuse, and the wider social factors impacting service users, is essential.

The role requires someone who is able to work collaboratively with a variety of external agencies, including Social Services, mental health teams, drug and alcohol services, and other community organisations. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with professionals to ensure that support packages are well‑coordinated and that safeguarding responsibilities are met. A thorough understanding of safeguarding legislation and procedures, including child protection, is fundamental to the role.

The postholder will need strong knowledge of welfare benefits, housing legislation, and the practical steps involved in supporting women to secure and maintain safe accommodation. They must be able to work confidently within service specifications, quality frameworks, and organisational policies, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, case notes, and monitoring reports. Experience using computer‑based systems to record client information is therefore required.

The candidate must demonstrate an ability to promote dignity, choice, empowerment, and co‑production in all aspects of their work, in line with The Hestia Approach. You willlead the day-to-day operation of our busy charity shop, motivate and develop a team of staff and volunteers, drive sales both in-store and online, maximise donations and deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting the Branch's local animal welfare work.

The Marketing and Communications Officer supports the delivery of Icon's strategic objectives by developing and delivering integrated marketing and communications activity that strengthens member engagement, grows membership, promotes the value of conservation and raises Icon's profile across the heritage sector.

About the Role

The post-holder will run the day-to-day delivery of communications across digital and print channels, ensuring that all communications are audience-focused, engaging, accessible and aligned with Icon's strategic priorities. Working closely with the Marketing and Membership Manager, the post-holder will deliver integrated communications campaigns aligned to Icon’s Advocacy Pillars and Business plan.

About the role

The Academy runs some of the most valued grant schemes and development programmes in UK biomedical and health research. Springboard Awards help researchers establish their independence. Starter Grants keep talented clinicians in research alongside their clinical work. Leadership programmes like FLIER develop people who can work across academia, healthcare and industry to tackle real-world challenges, and alongside these sit opportunities to spend time working in industry, the NHS or government. Moving between sectors should be a normal part of a medical research career (it is not yet), and much of our work is built with that belief: a more connected and mobile workforce is better able to turn discovery into benefit. Between them, these schemes change the course of people's careers, and the research they enable reaches patients across the UK and beyond.

This role leads that portfolio. The heart of the job is excellent delivery: schemes that are well designed and well run, and that make a real difference to the people they reach. You will work closely with the Fellowship, whose expertise and generosity run through the whole portfolio, and you will make sure the schemes serve the whole of the medical sciences community (across the devolved nations and the regions, in industry as much as academia), not just those already inside the most established institutions. And science is global, so this work is too: the portfolio draws on evidence and partnerships from around the world, and the mentoring and networks around the people we support reach well beyond the UK.

Today much of the portfolio's focus is research talent and careers. That will always be a substantial part of the portfolio, but over time we plan to expand it further. That expansion could go in several directions, and what matters is that we are taking an evidence-based approach to ensure that our efforts are responding to what the medical sciences sector needs. Whatever we launch next, the same principles apply; good design, sound funding, proper governance and solid evaluation, with our effort concentrated where it delivers the most impact. So, the job is twofold: run today's portfolio brilliantly and build the future portfolio. It is a role where you can see your work land in people's lives, with real scope to shape what comes next. And none of it stands alone: what we learn from the people we fund sharpens our policy voice, the community our programmes build strengthens our engagement and public trust work, and insight flows back the other way to shape what we design next.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will share in the leadership of the Academy as a whole, working closely with the other directors: the Chief Operating Officer and the Directors of Policy, Communications and Engagement, and Translation and Enterprise. The relationship with Translation and Enterprise matters especially. That team will shape new partnerships and initiatives that your team is best placed to deliver, so the two of you will work in very close partnership.

What we are looking for

These are the six areas we will explore with candidates. They match the six parts of the role above, so you can read straight across — and your supporting statement can follow the same structure if that helps. We do not expect anyone to arrive with every part fully formed, but the strongest candidates will be convincing across most of them.

1. Excellent delivery

A strong track record of running grant schemes or of significant programmatic delivery. Much of this is operational: holding an annual cycle to time and budget, catching problems early and getting stuck things moving again. It is also about making sure the portfolio adds up to a coherent whole rather than a collection of separate schemes, with the governance discipline — sound contracts, clean compliance, rigorous oversight — that sits behind delivery done well.

2. Building partnerships and negotiating well

A track record of building and sustaining partnerships with funders, delivery organisations and industry, and the skill and pace to turn them into agreements where appropriate. We will want to hear how you have handled a complex negotiation and brought it to a close. The Chief Operating Officer leads the Academy’s income strategy, so we will also explore how you develop partners in concert with colleagues.

3. Range and credibility across the community

This role runs from Fellows (some of the most eminent scientists in the country) to researchers at the very start of their careers, and from government and funders to industry partners. We are looking for someone with the range to work well across all of them, and the credibility to be taken seriously at every level. We will also explore how you have widened access and drawn talent in from beyond the usual places.

4. A focus on impact

A commitment to looking at what difference the portfolio you lead makes. We are looking for someone who treats evaluation as a source of learning and uses what it shows to decide what the Academy should do next, keeping sight of the people and patients the work is for.

5. Leading and empowering people

The Royal Statistical Society is looking for an outstanding, proactive and organised Marketing Officer to help plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across our diverse commercial and engagement activities.

Founded in 1834, the RSS is one of the world’s leading organisations advocating for the importance of statistics and data. We are a charity, a professional body for statisticians and data scientists, and a membership organisation with thousands of members across the UK and internationally.

This is a new role and an exciting opportunity to bring additional marketing capacity and expertise into the Society. You will drive and support campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, bookings, enquiries and income across diverse areas such as membership, training, events, the annual conference, advertising, sponsorship, partnerships and venue hire.

About the role

This is a hands-on marketing role with plenty of variety. Working closely with colleagues across the RSS, you will plan and coordinate multi-channel campaigns across email, web, social media, digital advertising, partner channels and other routes.

You will help turn plans into practical campaign action, making sure marketing is well-organised, audience-focused, delivered on time and measured for effectiveness. You will work closely with our Digital and Content team to coordinate website updates, content, newsletters and campaign assets.

What you’ll be doing

Day-to-day you will:

• promote RSS products, services and business areas including membership, training, events, conference, sponsorship and venue hire;
• plan, coordinate and deliver integrated and effective marketing campaigns across these RSS activities, working closely with key colleagues;
• draft and edit clear, audience-focused marketing copy for social media, emails, adverts, landing pages and promotional materials;
• create, schedule and monitor marketing emails and social media activity, including segmentation, testing and reporting;
• use CRM, campaign and marketing data to support targeting, customer journeys and evaluation;
• monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, enquiries, bookings, leads and income;
• help improve campaign effectiveness, audience targeting and ways of working;
• coordinate suppliers, agencies or freelancers where required.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone with fantastic marketing skills and practical experience who is proactive, collaborative and confident managing multiple priorities.

You will need:

• experience of working to and achieving ambitious targets, including income generation and customer engagement targets;
• experience coordinating and delivering multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously;
• experience of email marketing, digital marketing and campaign administration;
• experience using CRM systems, customer data or marketing lists;
• experience monitoring and reporting on marketing performance;
• strong writing skills and the ability to produce clear, audience-focused copy;
• excellent organisational and project coordination skills;
• good attention to detail;
• an understanding of digital marketing channels and customer journeys;
• the ability to work with colleagues across different teams;
• a positive, proactive and customer-focused approach.

It would also be helpful, but not essential if you have

• experience in a charity, membership body, professional body or similar organisation;
• experience marketing training, events, conferences, membership or professional services

About the role
As Senior Caseworker, you will manage a caseload of young people with a range of housing and support needs while acting as the day-to-day lead within the team. You will support colleagues with complex cases, provide guidance and mentoring, and work closely with the Team Manager to ensure the service delivers high-quality, outcome-focused support.

You will develop holistic support and risk management plans, work collaboratively with statutory and voluntary sector partners, and provide practical assistance to help young people establish and maintain successful tenancies. This may include supporting access to education, employment and training, benefits, debt advice, health services and community resources, as well as accompanying young people to appointments and advocating on their behalf.

What we are looking for

• Experience supporting young people with housing, tenancy sustainment and independent living.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting staff and/or volunteers.
• Proven experience working with vulnerable young people or adults with multiple and complex needs.
• Experience developing support plans, carrying out risk assessments and providing advice and advocacy to help young people access accommodation and support services.
• Experience working effectively within multi-agency partnerships to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
• Knowledge of housing legislation affecting young people and an understanding of the barriers faced by people with lived experience.
• Strong communication, organisational and IT skills, including experience maintaining accurate case records.
• The ability to work flexibly across London, including occasional evenings and weekends, and to manage competing demands within a busy service.

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Interim Visiting Caseworker to join our Services & Grants team for 12 months. This home-based role will support clients across the North West of England, with regular travel to meet clients and work with partners.

• Strong knowledge of welfare benefits and client support services.
• Excellent communication, administration and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently from home and travel regularly across the North West.
• Willingness to travel to London at least once a month, and more often where required.
