As Legacy Stewardship Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of a best‑in‑class stewardship programme, combining personalised one‑to‑one relationships with high‑quality multi‑channel communications. Your work will deepen engagement, build long-term loyalty, and help inspire future gifts that will help support breakthroughs in cancer research for generations to come. 

What you’ll do 

• Develop and deliver a high-quality, multichannel Gifts in Wills stewardship programme 

• Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with legacy supporters through personalised stewardship 

• Work in collaboration with colleagues in the Philanthropy team to realise opportunities for raising awareness of gifts in Wills with our major donors 

• Build close relationships with other fundraising teams to identify and reach new supporters, to engage and inspire with the impact of gifts in Wills, providing appropriate messaging.   

• Support the delivery of bespoke events and recognition opportunities for pledgers and legators 

About you 

You’ll be an experienced, confident relationship manager with a strong background in charity fundraising—ideally in legacies or supporter stewardship. You’ll bring: 

• Proven success delivering stewardship programmes and one‑to‑one supporter relationships 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for warm, compelling copy

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with care and attention 

• Sensitivity, empathy and confidence when communicating with supporters, including bereaved donors

Ealing Accommodation Services provides high‑support, 24‑hour staffed accommodation for 24 adults with complex and multiple needs who have experienced street homelessness. We work intensively with individuals to help them stabilise, rediscover their strengths, and move towards sustainable independent living.

As a Recovery Worker at Ealing Accommodation Services, you will:

• Support residents with high and complex support needs, including mental health, substance use, homelessness and social isolation
• Carry out dynamic risk assessments and respond appropriately to changing needs and behaviours
• Deliver regular keywork sessions, helping residents develop confidence, stability and life skills
• Support people to progress towards move‑on accommodation and longer‑term independence
• Liaise with external professionals and services to ensure coordinated, holistic support

The service operates 24 hours a day, so the role requires working a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This is an on‑site role with no home working.

About the role:

In our Women’s Respite Service in Camden, you’ll be working with women who have faced abuse, exploitation and homelessness, often after systems have let them down. You’ll be part of a space that feels different. A space where women are listened to, where their experiences are understood, and where they can begin to rebuild a sense of control over their lives.

No two days will look the same. One moment you might be de-escalating a sensitive situation, the next you’re advocating with services, or sitting alongside someone as they begin to make sense of what they’ve been through. You’ll use your understanding of trauma, gender informed practice and the realities of violence against women and girls to shape how support is delivered, making sure every interaction is grounded in safety, dignity and respect.

You’ll hold a small but complex caseload, working intensively with women to build trust, navigate risk and move towards stability and independence. You won’t give up easily. You’ll stay curious, creative and persistent, even when progress feels slow or uncertain.

As a senior in the team, your impact goes further. You’ll lead by example, guiding colleagues through complex situations and helping to embed a way of working that truly recognises what women have experienced and what they need to move forward. The Seafarers’ Charity is the leading fundraising and grant‑making charity dedicated to improving the lives of seafarers and their families. About the role

Reporting to the Impact Director, the Grants Manager will manage an annual grants programme of approximately £3 million, overseeing the full grants lifecycle from application and assessment through to monitoring, evaluation and learning. You will build strong relationships with funded partners, prepare robust funding recommendations for Trustees, and ensure our grant‑making is effective, proportionate and aligned with best practice.

You will also line manage an Impact Executive (0.4 FTE) and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to share learning, evidence impact and support wider fundraising and advocacy work.

About the Role

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is responding to the largest emergency in our 40+ year history. Over the last two and a half years, tens of thousands of new supporters have joined MAP, driving significant growth in income across individuals, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners. As we work to sustain this support — and with an ambition to become a £50m organisation by 2028 — high‑quality data and robust supporter operations are essential to our success.

The Supporter Database Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our supporter data is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose. Managing the day‑to‑day operation of MAP’s supporter database, you’ll lead a small, specialist team and work closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Finance, Campaigns, and Digital, Data and Technology (DDT) to ensure income is processed correctly, data standards are upheld, and our systems support effective fundraising, campaigning and supporter care.
 

MAP is currently embedding a new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365). While CRM system ownership sits within the DDT team, this role will be central to ensuring the database works for users, data quality remains high, and operational processes are continuously improved.

The Operations and Development Manager is a senior leadership role at AALT, responsible for ensuring the organisation’s operational effectiveness, financial stability, and long-term sustainability.

Purpose of the Role

The Director of Income role is responsible for leading our income generation. Our fundraising strategy is to significantly grow and further diversify our income, with a particular focus on corporate and trading income. The postholder will coordinate our fundraising activity, lead our Outreach team and work closely with the CEO to drive forward our income generation so we can safely deliver our ambitious strategy over the next 5 years. 

In particular, the postholder will be responsible for coordinating and developing our income function, converting our strategic fundraising objectives into operational plans, managing the Head of Outreach and representing the organisation externally. However, the role is not solely governance and leadership - we need a do-er who is comfortable working in a small team and sharing responsibilities, including submitting fundraising proposals and taking responsibility for our reporting. They will work closely with the CEO, Director of Programmes, Head of Outreach and Communications and Fundraising Coordinator to ensure we are communicating our value proposition coherently and effectively to the important stakeholders that make our work possible.

We do not see this as a traditional fundraising director role - we are looking for a skilled generalist who can meet us where we are at by working confidently across Trusts and Foundations, statutory grants, corporate partnerships and traded services simultaneously. We are a small charity with 10 staff, so while we are looking for a decision-making and accountable leader, the postholder will be expected to support colleagues across the organisation. As Fundraising Lead- South, you will lead Philanthropy and Corporate fundraising across your region, developing relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, senior business leaders and corporate partners. 

You will manage Centre Fundraising Managers, and support them on planning and prioritisation, work with Fundraising Boards as appropriate, and share best practice across Maggie’s. You will also help develop new fundraising opportunities.

The organisation rescues high quality edible surplus food, from across the food industry and gets it to over 8,000 organisations across the UK who are working to strengthen communities and improve lives. 

The charity manages seven depots across London, Suffolk, Merseyside and Hampshire and works with 16 network partners who operate a further 26 regional depots across the UK. 

Over the next year our ambition is to rescue enough food nationally to provide nearly 200 million meals, turning an environmental problem into social good with measurable impact for people, planet, and the economy.

Purpose of the Job 

Essential to this role is for the System Administrator to be the technical owner for Microsoft cloud and endpoint management: enabling the merger programme, delivering a secure, standardised M365/Entra/Intune environment, and supporting ISMS and Data Protection implementation through the implementation of Technical Controls, in collaboration with Managed Service Provider.

In addition - be the technical owner of other non-Microsoft platforms, as the organisation merges and rationalises the non-Microsoft platforms in operation.  

Duties and Responsibilities 

 M365 / Entra ID

• Manage Entra ID configuration: users/groups, roles, access governance, Conditional Access, PIM (where used), guest access, SSO integrations.
• Maintain authentication and security posture: MFA enforcement, risky sign-in/user remediation, break-glass account readiness, identity audit readiness.

Endpoint management (Intune)

• Own Intune configuration: device compliance, configuration profiles, security baselines, app deployment, update rings, BitLocker policy/reporting.
• Confirm and improve Windows Autopilot processes: enrolment profiles, device naming, standard build, app packaging, and onboarding experience.

Azure Data

• Support the Data Teams via the implementation and management of integrations between the IT infrastructure and the Data infrastructures. This would include areas such as SSO implementations for key apps.
• Support the limited number of Azure Servers currently operating, with Sharp.

Email security & collaboration controls

• Defender skills
• Support implementation of DLP & Data Classification policies.
• Support rollout and tuning of E5 security capabilities and/or Email Security Gateway integration
• Improve Exchange and SharePoint/OneDrive configurations: anti-phish/spam policies, mail flow hygiene, external sharing controls, retention/labels where agreed.

Telephony / Entra Integration

• Integrate mobile devices (both COPE and BYOD) into the Entra environment, with support from Sharp
• Support the transition from 8x8 to Teams Voice environment.

Merger enablement

• Support technical delivery for domain changes, tenant alignment activities, SSO/cert updates (e.g., Salesforce SSO certificate changes), and application rationalisation.

Operational excellence

• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs for BAU and audit evidence
• Provide 3rd line support/escalation for Microsoft-related incidents and changes
• Support IT Manager in multi-platform Disaster Recovery exercises and issues.

This role requires pace, judgement and consistency. You’ll need to balance support with accountability and ensure that every interaction contributes to forward movement.

· Confident delivering both 1:1 coaching and structured group sessions

· Comfortable working in a fast-moving, frontline environment

You’ll need to be someone who can build trust quickly, hold clear boundaries, and consistently move people forward.

Experience in homelessness or a similar setting is desirable.

About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our small finance team as Finance Officer. This is a key role that will report to our Finance Manager and work closely with colleagues across the organisation so that our financial processes run smoothly and accurately.

Contract, location and salary

Money & Energy Adviser

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced welfare benefits advisor with a passion for sharing knowledge and supporting vulnerable people.

This post is providing maternity cover until 31 December 2026 – or until the early return of the substantive postholder.

With around 4 in 10 beneficiaries, we support seeking help with financial difficulties, this is a pivotal role for Kidney Care UK.

You will be working remotely providing income maximisation and energy advice and support for kidney patients in the UK, supporting them to achieve better financial security. Working closely with Patient Support & Advocacy Officers, provide informed and compassionate support to provide excellent outcomes for our beneficiaries.

Our external partners – British Gas Energy Trust have committed to fund our Money and Energy Service until March 2027. We anticipate confirmation by December 2026 whether funding will be extended beyond March 2027.

About the Money & Energy Advice Service
The Money & Energy Advice Service (MEAS) provides information and support for welfare benefits and income maximisation and promotes awareness of efficient energy use. Working closely with Patient Support officers, MEAS provides specialist knowledge and directly supports clients to achieve sustainable financial outcomes. The service was established in 2023 with the support of British Gas Energy Trust and is embedded as a valued element of the many ways Kidney Care UK supports people affected by kidney failure.
