About You:

As the Co-production Co-ordinator you will lead on promoting and developing the co-production element of the London Service. You will manage and chair the Experts by Experience Panel which is the forum through which current and past service users can influence the development of the London DA Service (Safe Horizons London Partnership).

The Safe Horizons London Partnership supports victims and survivors of domestic abuse to cope and recover from the impact crime has had on them, as well as supporting their journey through the criminal justice process. The service delivery model has been shaped by the views of service users and you will have an important role in growing their input and influence. You will recruit co-production champions from the staff team and support them to promote the benefits of co-production and recruit more service users into the co-production function.

Safeguarding and wellbeing are important to us and you will ensure service users are supported during their membership of the Experts by Experience Panel. As a lead in this area, you will work with the management team, sharing the feedback you have obtained and helping it feed into policies and procedures. You will also support national co-production initiatives such as the Victim Voice app. You may also support the recruitment of service users to panels hosted by our partners including the Mayor's Office of Policing and Crime and the Metropolitan Police. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as some knowledge of the impact of crime.

Responsible for the safe delivery and environment of the Osborne Centre (both Partners and staff) delivering a range of quality services for our Partners (service users) and ensuring that the management systems are in place and operational.

Overall purpose:

Role:

To develop, support and deliver the day to day operations of the Osborne Partnership, in partnership with other senior Managers, and Service Managers, with a particular focus on the quality agenda as it relates to Partner services, service development, benchmarking, and external accreditations. The role will ensure that Partner services are engaged in a cycle of continuous review and improvements and providing Service Managers with the tools and support to deliver the highest standards of service through building confidence and expertise, and identifying service and personal development training where appropriate.

Main Duties:

1. To support the development and best practice of all Osborne Partnership service areas to ensure relevant, meaningful, and objective focused delivery for Partners.

2. To work with the relevant Service Managers and Project Supoort Officers (PSOs) to review current service delivery and to provide an objective, supportive, but challenging voice in the development of services.

3. To benchmark Osborne Partnership services and delivery against similar services in the borough and wider afield.

4. Working with other senior managers, identify and action new service areas of delivery commensurate with the Osborne Partnership Memorandum and Articles of Association and subject to Partners consultation and approval.

5. To identify, research, and action plan frontline external accreditations that will provide a objectifiable list of outcomes that will support and benefit Partners; staff development; and the professional standing of the Osborne Partnership.

6. To support senior managers in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures as they may relate to updated legislation; new service provision; Partners welfare, safety and development; staff development and benefits; or any other relevant area of service.

7. To line manage (including appraisals) relevant Service Managers as leaders of services ensuring that they understand the concept of continuous improvement and are supporting Project Support Officers (PSOs) to do likewise.

8. To ensure that Service Managers have identified and developed service schemes of work, annual development training plans for Service Managers and their PSOs in line with continuous improvement principles and to ensure best practice activities for Partners.

9. To work with senior managers to identify and action activities/ services/ initiatives/ documents/ plans that will support the on-going professionalisation and modernisation agenda of the Osborne Partnership

10. To actively support other senior managers in the day to day delivery of the Osborne Centre service provision ensuring health and safety at work principles are adhered to; safeguarding of Partners is paramount; that staff are adequately prepped and prepared for delivery of their services; and that a professional service approach is adhered to at all times.

11. To be the primary development Officer of the Storri database as it relates to Osborne Partnership, information gathering (and mindful of GDPR), and Partmner journeys travelled in the service.

12. To identify personal development opportunities and requirements as dictated by the role.

13. Any other reasonable task as defined as a management role and directed from time to time by the Chief Executive. 

14. To undergo training necessary in relation to the requirements of the post.

As our Challenge Events Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our exciting challenge events portfolio.You'll work on bespoke corporate team-building challenges, high-energy industry networking events like the Hike Bike Paddle for the sports and outdoor sector and the Housebuilders Challenge, and our popular open events like the Wiltshire 3 Peaks Challenge and the Somerset Cycle.

The Challenge Events Manager role is a varied position which would be perfect for somebody who has event management experience. You will be responsible for the full event cycle, from the initial planning, participant recruitment and stewardship to on the day event delivery and post event follow ups. You will be somebody who can spot opportunities, take on a project and run with it. You’ll be an excellent communicator, happy to pick up the phone to chat to event participants, deliver pre-event webinars or create engaging participant emails. You’re self-motivated, well organised, able to multi-task, a strong administrator, a fantastic team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy being outdoors. You should also have some fundraising experience, ideally in a paid capacity but in a voluntary capacity would also be considered.

You'll work closely with the Corporate Partnership Manager, who is highly experienced in delivering our challenge events, but needs time to develop new corporate partnerships which is why we have created this new role. You'll also line-manage our Events Fundraising Officer who plays a key support role on the events. You must live in or near the South West as there will be a semi-regular requirement to attend in person staff meetings, visit programmes and join event planning sessions.

About You

You’re a people-person, self-motivated and highly organised. You are as comfortable managing a budget and a CRM database as you are standing on a mountain side in your waterproofs! You’ll have:

• Event Expertise: A proven track record in delivering successful fundraising or challenge events.

• Fundraising Experience: You might be an existing fundraiser or somebody who has taken on fundraising activities in a voluntary capacity. You will need to be able to relate to the challenge participants and guide them on how to reach their fundraising targets.

Role description

The Finance Officer is part of the Organisational Support and Development (OSD) team at the Tax Justice Network, which is led by the Director of OSD, and the role reports to the Head of Finance and Reporting. The OSD team leads and delivers on a range of operational services from finance management, risk management, project management, event management, human resources, IT systems and other enabling functions. The team is also responsible for fundraising for the organization. Salary: £39,501.57 –  £46,524.59 (FTE equivalent pro rata for 60% or 80% FTE) plus employer pension contribution, or equivalent based on contractual requirements. Appointment within range depending on skills and experience.

Brief role description:

The Finance Assistant will provide accountancy and bookkeeping support. This involves inputting purchase and sales ledger transactions, together with cash book and journal entries for three UK entities, using Access financials software. 

The role also includes producing weekly payment reports and monthly bank reconciliations for the UK entities, while also processing volunteer and staff expenses.

Other responsibilities include managing accounts queries via our Zendesk ticketing system.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for Purchase ledger and Sales ledger transactions.

• Producing payment runs for Suppliers, Volunteers & Staff Expenses.

• Assisting Volunteers, Ambassadors & staff with Financial queries.

• Processing Bank transactions and monthly reconciliations.

• Reporting into and assisting the Finance Manager with monthly processes.

Essential experience requirements:

• Basic accountancy and bookkeeping 

• A minimum of 2 years Bookkeeping 

• Accounting Software Experience (preferably Access Financials)

Desirable experience requirements:

• Knowledge of Access Financials.

• Working with a Macbook and knowledge of Google Suite.

• Experience of working in a team environment but also being able to work alone.

Professional certification requirements:

AAT Level 2 & 3 Qualification or equivalent is desired but not essential depending on experience.

The Role

As Finance Director, you will play a central strategic role - partnering closely with the Chief Executive, Senior Leadership Group, Trustees and Audit & Risk Committee to ensure Living Streets is financially resilient, well-governed and positioned for continued growth.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role - perfect for someone who can see the big picture while also being willing to get into the detail.

Key Responsibilities
You will:

• Lead the financial strategy, including long-term modelling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Provide high-quality business partnering across SLG/SMT, supporting delivery of organisational priorities and effective decision-making.
• Strengthen governance and compliance, acting as Company Secretary and ensuring regulatory standards are met.
• Lead the continued evolution of financial systems, including Dynamics Business Central and automation to improve efficiency and insight.
• Oversee financial operations, risk management, audit preparation, annual reporting and internal performance monitoring.
• Drive organisational effectiveness by streamlining processes, improving controls and maximising value for money.
• Lead, support and develop the Finance Team, fostering accountability, learning, innovation and high performance.

About You
We're seeking a senior finance professional who brings:

• Significant experience as a Finance Director or senior financial leader.
• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA).
• Strong knowledge of charity accounting, governance and charity regulation.
• Experience advising Boards/Committees and leading organisation-wide financial planning.
• The ability to lead change, modernise systems and drive efficiencies.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence at senior level.
• A collaborative, values-driven approach aligned with Living Streets’ purpose.

Charity sector experience is highly preferable.
