We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our high-performing and talented fundraising team, all of whom have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for our mission to support young people achieve their ambitions.

Working with our Assistant Director of Development, this is an opportunity to play a key role in developing and maintaining the charity’s key relationships with businesses that are local, national and international in stature. 

The role will include stewardship of your own portfolio of the charity’s most critical corporate supporters and oversight of our corporate staff engagement programme. This is a dynamic and varied role - ranging from taking senior representatives from a corporate supporter to watch our programme in action, bidding for a major new partnership, rolling your sleeves up to meet a tight deadline, to managing and developing your team members.

About the role: 

A front door is not the finish line. For people moving on from rough sleeping, accommodation can be the first real point of safety in years — but keeping it, trusting support and preparing for independent housing takes skill, patience and persistence.

As Lead Support Worker in our Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme, you will support people accepted into RSAP move on accommodation to settle, sustain their tenancy and build the confidence, skills and connections they need to move forward. You will work with people who may be navigating trauma, poor mental health, substance use, offending histories, isolation or long periods of exclusion from services, offering support that is practical, consistent and rooted in their strengths.

You will take a lead role in referrals and assessments, develop high quality support and risk management plans, and work closely with housing, health, social care, criminal justice, substance use, mental health and community partners. From helping someone manage rent, bills and repairs, to advocating when systems become a barrier, you will be part of turning accommodation into a stable platform for longer term independence.

This is a role for someone who can combine warmth with tenacity. You will need to build trust, hold boundaries, stay calm when progress is uneven, and bring creative energy to complex situations. In return, Single Homeless Project (SHP)  will support you to keep developing your practice, deepen your knowledge and grow your career in a values-led organisation committed to ending homelessness.

About the role

Church Action on Poverty is a small, national charity working alongside people in poverty to build dignity, agency and power, and to end poverty in the UK. We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our friendly finance team and help keep our organisation running smoothly.

You'll maintain accurate financial records, support colleagues across the country with day-to-day finance queries, and help our Finance Manager keep our systems and processes in good shape. It's a varied, hands-on role at the heart of a movement working to end poverty.

What you'll be doing

● Keeping our financial systems accurate and up to date through careful record-keeping.

The role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Income & Engagement to join our senior leadership team. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and implementing robust income generation strategies to diversify and grow our voluntary and traded income streams. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and/or fundraising, building strategic partnerships and driving innovation in income generation. As a key leader in our organisation, you will be responsible for a team of c.10 people, and work collaboratively across the charity to enable us to grow sustainably and ensure that we have the support to reach and impact more young people

Key responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing income generation team of 10 people, including two direct reports (Head of Partnerships and Head of Philanthropy)
• Develop and execute a comprehensive income generation strategy and plans that align with the charity’s mission and goals
• Oversee all income generation and stakeholder engagement activities, maximising the growth potential and visibility of Future Frontiers to deliver impact
• As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and wider leadership team, contribute to discussions and decisions around Future Frontiers’ performance and plans for the future
• Play a key role in the development and delivery of charity-wide initiatives and embedding an inclusive and enabling culture

Partnerships and Business Development:

• Lead the team to identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with businesses, foundations, and other organisations

About the role

The Project Manager coordinates and delivers Act Build Change's programmes and initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across membership programmes, partnership activities, and internal operations.

Working closely with programme leads and stakeholders, you'll provide essential coordination support to keep projects on track whilst maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout project lifecycles. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll ensure consistent project delivery standards and contribute valuable insights from project evaluation and monitoring.

Project planning and coordination

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation through to completion:
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation using workflow systems.
• Track project progress against milestones, identifying risks and proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support budget monitoring and resource allocation to ensure projects stay within agreed parameters.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and keep time, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders.

Project delivery support

• Coordinate logistics and delivery across a variety of organisational activities:
• Manage workshop, event, and campaign logistics including venue coordination, travel arrangements, and participant communications.

• Support partnership project delivery by liaising with external stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery of programmes and maintain accurate records.

Monitoring and evaluation

• Track project outcomes and support continuous improvement:
• Collect and analyse project data, feedback, and evaluation results.
• Produce regular project reports highlighting progress, outcomes, and lessons learned.
• Support evaluation processes for workshops and programmes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain project archives and documentation for future reference and organisational learning.

Process and team support

• Contribute to effective project management practices across the organisation:
• Support implementation of project management frameworks and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share learning and improve project delivery methods.

What we offer

Salary and benefits

• £30,900-£39,140 salary, depending on experience.
• Permanent contract with option for 4-5 days per week (salary and benefits will be pro-rated).
• Over 30 days of leave, including 25 days of annual leave, one day off for your birthday, one week off in August for learning and rest, plus Christmas close.

About the role
As Senior Supporter Retention Officer (Appeals and Islamic Giving), you will lead the development of supporter-led, multi-channel fundraising campaigns. You'll design bespoke supporter journeys for key audiences, including Islamic givers and mid-value supporters. You’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with both long-standing and new supporters of MAP, helping to grow income from existing audiences to fund vital medical aid. 

In collaboration with the Supporter Retention Manager, you will help shape the Individual Giving strategy, with a focus on cash appeals and our Islamic giving programme. You’ll also work closely with our Supporter Retention Officers, providing guidance and support while delivering impactful campaigns and supporter journeys.
