We’re committed to ensuring that our partner schools have teachers and leader’s representative of the diverse communities we serve. 21% of our 2021 Training Programme cohort are from a Black Asian and Minority Ethnic background however, Black talent continues to be underrepresented in education and within leadership. With a particular focus on working with applicants from underrepresented backgrounds, you’ll develop your own bespoke strategies for the recruitment of talent across university students, recent graduates, and career changers. We are recruiting for four Recruitment Officers - two focusing on University Recruitment and two focusing on Experienced Hires.

  • Are you passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion, with relevant experience of using your skills to effect change in a previous role?
  • Have you worked with under-represented groups previously, particularly beneficial if the underrepresented groups worked with are from a Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic background?
  • Do you have experience of coaching and will be confident coaching applicants through the recruitment pipeline?
  • Are you a clear and confident communicator adept at flexing your style and approach for maximum impact?
  • Are you confident at devising and implementing a recruitment plan and making decisions?
  • Can you demonstrable experience of planning and organising, be confident managing your time effectively and be adaptable to working in a changing environment?
  • Do you have a good working knowledge of recruitment, the education and charity sectors and will be aware of our competitors in this space?
