We’re looking for an exceptional and creative Impact and Evaluation Manger to lead our work on adaptive approaches to monitoring and evaluation and who can balance strategic needs with the reality of our frontline work.
Working under the direction of Director of Transformation, the role of Impact & Evaluation Manager will be critical in championing robust evaluation in the organisation, adapting approaches and steering learning to ensure a meaningful impact.

Purpose of the job:

About the role:

As a mental health content specialist, you will play a key role in creating new, valuable mental health-related content aimed at reducing panic and anxiety for users of our app. You will play a key role in informing the overall direction of our mental health app to ensure that we are providing evidence-based support for anxiety and panic.

The team deliver a range of services, including training on housing and homelessness prevention, housing law consultancy, online resources and projects to support professionals working directly with people at risk of homelessness to get positive outcomes. Knowledge is power and we run over 1,600 training courses that attract 40,000 delegates each year. Your challenge, together with three other Operations Assistants will be to take responsibility for the administration and operational delivery of all of our courses, including face-to-face training and online via webinars and e-learning.
