Senior Supporter Experience Specialist
Salary: £38,000 – £41,000
Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Fully remote

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Supporter Experience Specialist working for a charity that is driven by insights and impact, committed to transforming attitudes and closing the disability employment gap, and known for creating an equal future with disabled people.
This is an exciting role because you will play a key part in shaping supporter experience strategies, improving engagement, and driving innovation in supporter journeys. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact by combining data-driven insights with creative approaches to enhance loyalty and lifetime value.
As part of this exciting role, you will lead the delivery and optimisation of supporter journeys across individual giving campaigns, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for donors. Additionally, you will work closely with community and events teams to ensure consistent and impactful communications across all touchpoints.
To be successful as the Senior Supporter Experience Specialist you will need:
  • Proven track record in fundraising with supporter experience at the heart of what you do
  • Experience in developing and delivering email marketing and engagement campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
