Key responsibilities:
Planning
- Shape and deliver the Primary Sector Development Plan.
Sales & growth delivery
- Drive income and centre growth targets across all relevant programmes.
- Develop tailored acquisition and conversion strategies by segment, including cold outreach, warm lead nurture, events, and campaigns.

The Advice & Wellbeing Team at KCLSU are looking for an Advice Manager (Outreach & Data) to join us in running our vital Advice service for student's at KCL.
As the Advice Manager (Outreach & Data), it is your role to ensure an effective and efficient Advice service that meets the needs of students and supports the development of the colleagues in Advice. Supporter Care:

- Process petty cash expenses claim from employees as well as weekly GBP and foreign petty cash reconciliation
- Financial administration:
- Recover, check and input GPC returns to the GL, ensuring compliance with Museum group policy and that all required supporting documents are attached
- Issue invoices and debt collection for one of our entities
- Identify errors and inconsistencies in GL data and prepare correcting journals
- Assist in maintaining departmental records, files and archives (both electronic and physical)
- Other:
- Perform month end account reconciliations as directed
- Provide accurate and timely analysis as directed, including on cash donations, cash advances and aged debt
About you:
- A Levels, AAT or equivalent experience
- Experience of working in a finance team
- Knowledge of straightforward accounting principles and procedures
- Able to work swiftly and accurately with figures, maintaining consistency and accuracy in processing a high volume of transactions
- IT literate with excellent input and spreadsheet skills
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally you will also have previous experience of operating an accounting package

About The Role
WWT has successfully partnered with Richmond Borough and Slough Councils to deliver an innovative, nature-based flood alleviation scheme that is already underway, aiming to future-proof neighbourhoods against the impacts of climate change. A landscape scale network of wetland interventions will help build flood resilient communities in two river catchments and unlock their multiple benefits for people. Key interventions are being developed through an inclusive process of co-production with the diverse communities living in these catchments.
WWT’s Conservation Evidence Department is seeking a scientist to deliver social research that examines the effectiveness of these nature-based solutions in building flood resilience and generating social and health and wellbeing benefits for local communities.
About You
The role will involve working closely with WWT colleagues across the Conservation Directorate, as well as project partners and local communities. Strong communication (written and oral) and coordination skills are essential.
The successful candidate will have:
- strong social research skills, both in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
- an understanding of sound scientific methods as well as excellent paper-writing and data management skills
- will have worked with a diverse range of communities and be aware of cultural sensitivities and what is needed to achieve high ethical standards when working with people
- will be an excellent team worker, hold a PhD in a social science, geography or environmental psychology subject, and be familiar with leading, designing and delivering scientific research projects
The role will sit within the Conservation Evidence department, which is a vibrant, multidisciplinary team of passionate scientists. Above all, we have impact: our research diagnoses problems and identifies solutions, and in doing so we shape policy and action for global wetland conservation. We work in collaboration with government, NGOs and academic partners, and a number of PhD students, across the UK and overseas.

World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.
We support all people who have experienced forced migration, regardless of their proximity to the labour market, to develop the skills and access the opportunities they need to secure sustainable and meaningful employment. We run STEP online and in person programmes across the UK.
We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa holder (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.
We are recruiting Senior Employment Advisors to join the STEP team delivering this new programme, working directly with participants who have specialist careers. The Senior Employment Advisors will have expertise in one or more of the following areas of recruitment: education, accounting and finance, health, and IT.
You will prepare participants for competitive employment and help them to achieve their chosen training and employment objectives in line with their previous career. You will provide an exemplary level of support to STEP participants working towards a variety of performance targets based on the progression outcomes of participants including successful completion of training courses, voluntary and work placements, and achieving and sustaining paid employment.

About you
