FitzRoy is recruiting for two full-time Service Manager positions across our Oxfordshire services, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex support needs.

We are looking for passionate and motivated leaders who can build on strong foundations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver excellent outcomes for the people we support. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious Deputy Managers looking to progress into a Service Manager role, with support from an experienced operational leadership team.

About the Role

As a Service Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire and develop teams across your allocated services.
• Ensure safe, effective and person-centred support is delivered consistently.
• Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, staffing, resources and service performance.
• Build positive relationships with families, commissioners, healthcare professionals and local stakeholders.
• Coach, support and develop colleagues through effective leadership and supervision.
• Champion independence, choice and meaningful outcomes for the people we support.
• Promote a positive culture that reflects FitzRoy's values and commitment to high-quality support.

About You

This role would suit an ambitious and experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step into a Service Manager position, as well as existing Service Managers seeking a new opportunity.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Experience as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Manager or Service Manager within adult social care.
• A passion for leading and developing teams to deliver outstanding person-centred support.
• Good knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and/or complex support needs.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate others and drive positive outcomes.
• Experience supporting service quality, staffing, compliance and operational performance.
• A willingness to learn and develop your management skills, with support from FitzRoy's experienced leadership team.
• A Level 3/5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or a commitment to work towards this qualification.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services.
