The role
This is a varied and rewarding generalist HR role with responsibility across the employee lifecycle. You'll take a lead on key areas including recruitment, onboarding and internal communications, while also supporting HR operations and projects across the wider organisation.
One day you might be supporting managers with a recruitment campaign, welcoming new starters and coordinating inductions. The next you could be analysing engagement survey results, improving a People process, creating internal communications content, or helping implement new ways of working through HiBob, our new HR system.
You'll thrive in this role if you're curious, people focused and proactive, with a passion for improving experiences, solving problems and making things better. You'll bring strong organisational and communication skills and a desire to develop. Some experience of HR systems, recruitment or people processes would be helpful, but we know great candidates don't always tick every box. The role is based at Blue Boar House in central Oxford with hybrid working. Our expectation is that you'd spend approximately 60% of your time working together in person across a month. Our office is located in the heart of Oxford with views of the dreaming spires and every lunch option you can imagine right on our doorstep.

About the Role
We're hiring a Engagement Worker to join our team based in within a Men’s Housing Accommodation Support Service (HASS) residential service in the Catford area. The project provides 6-bed supported accommodation for men with complex needs, including mental health challenges, offending histories, trauma, homelessness, and social exclusion. The service operates within a psychologically informed environment (PIE) and is delivered by a mixed-gender staff team, working closely together to provide consistent, relational support.
You will support within the Offender Personality Disorder Housing Accommodation to support in successfully rehabilitating and reintegrating our residents back into the community. The service delivers support for people in the criminal justice system who are deemed high risk, and likely to meet criteria for personality disorder. Penrose OPD HASS service offers specialist accommodation to people with high risk/high needs and require intensive support to overcome barriers to resettlement and progress towards independent living in the community. You will assist with those who have recently been released from prison, secure health settings, or are transitioning from Approved Premises. Your work will be guided by co-produced support plans, developed in partnership with each individual to reflect their goals and circumstances.

The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families. We provide tailored support to tens of thousands of stroke survivors each year. This support includes one-to-one and group support, funding vital scientific research into stroke prevention, acute treatment, recovery and long-term care, and campaigning to secure the best care for everyone affected by stroke.

About the role
We are looking for a passionate individual who will support individuals with health conditions to move into and sustain meaningful employment through the Connect to Work programme.
We’re looking for an Employment Specialist to support the delivery of our Connect to Work programme. You’ll use the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) model to provide person‑centred IAG support to a caseload of around 25 clients, helping them move into and sustain meaningful employment.
You’ll build strong employer relationships to source suitable vacancies and work closely with partners including health providers, mental health services, JCP, and other employment organisations to ensure joined‑up support.
