As Communications & Supporter Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in raising the organisation's profile, communicating the impact of their work and strengthening engagement with supporters, partners and wider audiences. Working across communications, marketing and supporter engagement, you'll create compelling content, develop impactful stories, manage digital channels and produce communications that support fundraising campaigns.

We are looking for a creative and proactive communications expert. You will have excellent writing skills, experience managing social media channels, an eye for design, confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders and a passion for using storytelling to drive impact.

• A genuine interest in sustainability and systems change

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser to grow this vital area of income. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our trusts and foundations strategy at a key point in our organisational development, helping to diversify income and support innovative, impactful programmes.

You will lead on identifying and securing new funding opportunities, building strong donor relationships, and writing compelling proposals and reports. You’ll also represent Cord externally and work collaboratively across teams to develop strong cases for support.

About You

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of securing funding from trusts, foundations, or philanthropic donors, alongside excellent writing and communication skills. You will be confident building relationships and proactively developing opportunities, with a strong understanding of the philanthropic landscape.

You’ll be an excellent communicator and able to translate complex programmes into persuasive funding cases, and comfortable building relationships through networking and outreach.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to expand capacity and play a key role in the next phase of our organisation-wide Salesforce rollout. Having successfully implemented Salesforce for donor management, we are now expanding the platform to support our international field operations. 

Working as part of our International Salesforce team, you will configure a brand‑new Salesforce NPC platform, integrate it with our existing NPSP donor system, and provide day‑to‑day support to users across 18 countries. You’ll be a Salesforce product champion - triaging support tickets, delivering configuration changes, supporting testing, and helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation. 

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with our Salesforce Developer & Product Owner, Project Manager, and stakeholders around the world. Occasional travel to our London office and internationally may be required. 

About you 

You are a certified Salesforce Administrator with strong experience building and configuring Salesforce from scratch. You’re a confident communicator, an excellent problem solver, and comfortable supporting and training users in an international environment. Experience with NPSP and / or NPC is required. You must be a fluent English speaker with the right to work in one of the following countries: UK, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Romania or Ukraine.

As Viva’s Marketing & Creative Executive, you will play a key role in our Fundraising & Engagement team as you develop and deliver high-impact content across a wide range of media. Your responsibilities will include:

· Social Media: leading and managing Viva’s social media channels by maintaining and developing current platforms while building a strong and growing community.

· Event and Campaign Marketing: planning and monitoring Viva’s marketing for campaigns and events, as well as representing Viva at events.

· Graphic Design and Creative Content: designing and creating engaging digital content.

· Supporter Communications: enabling Viva’s supporters to experience great communications.  

Location: this role can be remote, hybrid or office-based in Viva’s Oxford office with occasional travel in the UK

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Part-time hours would be considered for the right candidate

Salary: £27,500 per annum (full-time salary)
