We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to work with management and trustees to lead delivery of a set of practical fundraising priorities while helping to build stronger systems and confidence for the future.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced charity fundraiser who is comfortable working in a maturing fundraising function, where tools and ways of working are being developed and income needs stabilising rather than rapidly expanded.

This interesting and varied role will focus primarily on trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, and alumni support, with a strong emphasis on retention, stewardship and proposition clarity.

Now, at this crucial turning point in British political history, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Individual Giving Officer to play a key role in growing Liberty’s supporter base and delivering an excellent supporter experience, to ensure that, together, we are strong enough to face the challenges ahead.

Joining our Communications and Engagement Team, you’ll be part of a passionate team that raises around £1 million annually from individual donations and membership contributions – income that drives Liberty’s public campaigning, legal work and investigative journalism.

This is an exciting moment to join us as we embed a new individual giving strategy and explore new and existing channels to strengthen our fundraising. You’ll support the recruitment of new supporters (particularly through digital channels), develop data‑driven supporter journeys, and ensure our members and donors feel informed, valued and connected to Liberty’s impact. You will also lead on producing supporter materials, work closely with colleagues across the organisation, and act as the main point of contact for our supporters.

If you’re a collaborative fundraiser with excellent communication skills, confident using fundraising databases and systems, and passionate about human rights, we would love you to help shape the next chapter of Liberty’s individual giving programme.

World Land Trust

Summary 

World Land Trust (WLT) is at the forefront of international conservation efforts through our programme of land purchase and land acquisition in collaboration with our international partners, including the development of carbon and other payments for ecosystem services projects. WLT is seeking a Technical Officer whose role will be to support our Conservation Programmes team, working closely with the Senior Technical Officer and Director of Conservation for the development and monitoring of conservation projects and communication of the organisation’s conservation impact. 

Working with World Land Trust 

WLT is based in the UK and is unique within the conservation world. Reaching beyond its 30th year of operation, the Trust has grown from small beginnings saving critically threatened forest in Belize, to become an internationally respected conservation organisation with a proven track record. Working with more than 52 overseas conservation NGOs, WLT supports the protection of threatened habitats worldwide. Throughout its growth, WLT has developed its approach without compromising its vision, integrity or transparency.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for applicants with an excellent knowledge of spatial and ecological data analyses, and monitoring and GIS will be essential for this role. Our preference is for a candidate with experience in fieldwork and biodiversity conservation. You will have good communication skills, be able to work independently as well as in close collaboration with colleagues and be able to translate technical reports and assessments to a wide range of audiences. You will be passionate about wildlife conservation and committed to furthering the mission and ethos of WLT.

About the Role

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will drive Baytree’s corporate fundraising by developing innovative partnership opportunities, nurturing strong relationships, and securing income and strategic support. You will work closely with the Fundraising & Communications Director to shape and deliver the organisation’s corporate partnerships strategy. This is a hands‑on and impact‑driven role for someone who enjoys relationship‑building, strategic thinking, and contributing to a mission supporting women and girls.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Acquisition & Stewardship

• Identify, secure, and grow new corporate partnerships delivering income, pro bono support, gifts‑in‑kind, and strategic value.
• Create compelling pitches, proposals, and case studies.
• Steward existing partners and produce high‑quality impact reports.

Fundraising Campaigns & Events

• Lead the planning and delivery of major fundraising campaigns (e.g., The Big Give, Baytree anniversaries).

Cross‑Team Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams to align partnerships with organisational priorities.
• Coordinate with service delivery to offer opportunities such as career insight days and work experience.
• Partner with the Volunteer Manager to deliver purposeful corporate volunteering.

Other Responsibilities

• Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate reporting on Views and Beacon CRM.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Proven experience in securing and growing corporate partnerships.
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to meet funder requirements, including monitoring and evaluation.

Desirable

• Experience working with women and girls in disadvantaged communities.

Neighbourhood Housing Project Lead (Sheffield and Scunthorpe)

Fixed term (18-months), full-time post, 40 hours per week (1 FTE), inclusive of breaks 

Salary: £42,752 (National)

Regular travel to Sheffield and Scunthorpe will be required. Occasional travel to London will be required.

Building Tomorrow – Neighbourhood Housing Project Lead

Oasis exists to build stronger communities where there is no one left out. Building Tomorrow is an innovative new neighbourhood housing programme that Oasis is developing in Sheffield and Scunthorpe.

We are pioneering a new community-led solution to housing challenges in two communities where Oasis already works, running five schools and two community Hubs. We are working to develop quality housing that offers opportunity for families to find a stable and supportive place of belonging in community.

The programme will combine quality housing, excellent education (provided through Oasis academies), and community wrap-around support (delivered through our existing youth and community teams). This programme is designed to offer a preventative approach to housing challenges, acting as a proof of concept that can be replicated in other communities around the country. 

This role will act as the central point of coordination which will ensure Building Tomorrow moves successfully from initiation to full activation over the initial 18-month period. In the activation period, we will purchase and refurbish the 20 properties, and this role will work in close coordination with our property consultants. As properties are purchased, we will begin to move into the delivery phase, where we start to house families.

This role requires a person who:

· Loves organisation and turning complex plans into simple, actionable steps.

· Is a fantastic communicator – someone who can talk to a contractor, a community leader, and a new resident with  equal ease and effectiveness.

· Thrives on problem-solving and is comfortable making quick, informed decisions to keep the project on track.

What will you do?

The key areas of responsibility for the role are as follows:

· To act as the main link between all stakeholders: the Oasis teams including academies; contractors; and any community partners. To make sure everyone is communicating effectively and working toward the same goal.

· To work in close collaboration with Oasis Community Leaders in Sheffield and Scunthorpe. To support the Community Leaders and wider community teams to welcome families by acting as a key part of the community support offer through the 18-month activation phase.

· To own the 18-month master plan. This will involve tracking progress, analysing potential delays, and proactively solving problems so the activation stays on time and on budget.

· To focus on transitioning the housing element from a period of acquisition and refurbishment into functioning homes. This includes everything from smooth resident move-ins to ensuring the community support is fully accessible.

· To work alongside colleagues in the Operations Group to design operational processes including the community support offer, housing management systems, and tenancy arrangements. 

· To help the team set clear, achievable goals for the activation period and then track whether those goals are being met, providing regular, honest updates to all stakeholders.

· To support the Group CEO in liaising with our social investor.
