The South East Gambling Harms Partnership—a strategic collaboration across eight regional Citizens Advice offices (East Berkshire, West Berkshire, Reading, Wokingham and Basingstoke, Rushmore, Tadley and Hart)—has secured dedicated funding through the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID). We are launching a pioneering initiative across Berkshire and North Hampshire to identify, prevent, and reduce the devastating impacts of gambling harms.

We are recruiting for 8 roles to build this brand-new, regional project team. Roles based in Berkshire will be employed by Citizens Advice Wokingham and roles based in North Hampshire will be employed by Citizens Advice Hart

Training & Engagement Coordinator (2 x FTE)

● Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 

● The Role: Build regional capacity by designing and delivering "Train the Trainer" packages. You will mentor outreach staff and coordinate workshops for local businesses and statutory partners. (1 based in Wokingham, 1 based in Hart).

The role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Income & Engagement to join our senior leadership team. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and implementing robust income generation strategies to diversify and grow our voluntary and traded income streams. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and/or fundraising, building strategic partnerships and driving innovation in income generation. As a key leader in our organisation, you will be responsible for a team of c.10 people, and work collaboratively across the charity to enable us to grow sustainably and ensure that we have the support to reach and impact more young people

Key responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing income generation team of 10 people, including two direct reports (Head of Partnerships and Head of Philanthropy)
• Develop and execute a comprehensive income generation strategy and plans that align with the charity’s mission and goals
• Oversee all income generation and stakeholder engagement activities, maximising the growth potential and visibility of Future Frontiers to deliver impact
• As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and wider leadership team, contribute to discussions and decisions around Future Frontiers’ performance and plans for the future
• Play a key role in the development and delivery of charity-wide initiatives and embedding an inclusive and enabling culture

Partnerships and Business Development:

• Lead the team to identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with businesses, foundations, and other organisations
• Motivate and enable the Partnerships team to develop new business, retain existing partners and meet stretching sales targets
• Develop and grow high value partnerships through attending meetings, sharing impact and exploring wider opportunities for collaboration 

Fundraising and Product Development:

• Equip and empower the team to develop compelling grant applications, fundraising campaigns and events to attract new supporters and further engage existing ones
• Collaborate and innovate across the organisation to develop new products and services that align with the charity’s mission, generate income and support diversification
• Stay abreast of trends, opportunities and challenges in education, employment and the charity sector, enabling Future Frontiers to plan ahead, embrace opportunities and mitigate for emerging risks 
• Marketing and Communications:
• Lead collaborative efforts across Future Frontiers to develop marketing and communications plans and content that align with the charity’s objectives
• Act as an ambassador for Future Frontiers, championing our work and impact with supporters, stakeholders, prospects and the wider public
• Enhance the charity’s reputation through effective brand management, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels

Performance and Accountability

• Prepare and manage the Income & Engagement budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and working closely with the Finance & Operations team to accurately account for income and expenditure
• Take overall responsibility for achieving income targets and developing sustainable, diversified income streams that support the charity’s long term growth 
• Monitor and report on income performance, providing regular updates to colleagues, the CEO and Board of Trustees
• Oversee the production of the Annual Impact Report and Annual Report & Accounts 
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and best practice

About you

Knowledge and experience:

• Proven experience in developing and delivering successful income generation strategies (Essential)
• Demonstrated success in growing income through diverse streams, including one or more of fundraising, sales, partnerships, philanthropy and product development (Essential)
• Experience of leading successful sales and/or fundraising teams (Essential)
• Experience in the social mobility, education, or charity sectors (Desirable)
• Knowledge of relevant fundraising regulations and best practices (Desirable)

Join a growing Therapeutic service supporting children, young people and families.

Link Adoption & Family Support Service provides therapeutic support services for children, young people, and families across the UK. Much of our work is focused within adoption services, supporting adoptive families, children, and young people who have been adopted. We also provide therapeutic services to Special Guardians, kinship carers, and foster carers.

More recently, we have expanded our provision to support wider communities through partnerships with Barnardo's projects, health authorities, charities and voluntary sector organisations. Services are delivered both face-to-face and virtually across the UK.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Therapeutic Social Worker to join our dynamic therapeutic services team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Social Worker to play a key role in coordinating therapeutic interventions that make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and families.

Working within a trauma-informed and attachment-focused service, you will manage referrals from initial enquiry through to case closure, ensuring children and families receive timely, appropriate support. You will work collaboratively  with therapists, commissioners, local authorities, and families to coordinate high-quality therapeutic interventions and help achieve positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead the assessment, planning and case management of therapeutic support packages, coordinating referrals from enquiry to closure and ensuring children, young people and families receive tailored, child-centred interventions.
• Provide safeguarding leadership, by assessing and managing risk, responding to safeguarding concerns, participating in the safeguarding duty rota and ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Offer professional consultation and support to therapists and practitioners, offering guidance on case management, safeguarding, risk management and best practice, contributing to quality assurance and continuous professional development.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with families, social workers, health professionals and partner agencies, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring collaborative, outcome-focused service delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commissioners and referral partners, providing outcome reports, attending review meetings and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and grow referrals.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the service by identifying and delivering new service opportunities, leading improvement initiatives, supporting business development, and deputising for the Practice Manager when required.

This is a hybrid role, primarily home-based with occasional travel for training, team meetings and service-related activities. The successful candidate will become an integral member of our multi-disciplinary team, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to children, young people and families.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Professional Social Work qualification and registration.
• Experience of safeguarding practice and risk assessment.
• Additional training or qualifications in therapeutic practice, trauma informed approaches, attachment, adoption support, or related areas would be desirable.
• Experience within adoption, fostering, kinship care, Special Guardianship, or related children's services would be desirable.
• Excellent assessment and analytical skills.
• Strong organisational and case management abilities.
• Ability to manage a complex caseload and competing priorities.

Role Location: Home Based

You will work with health and care professionals with projects and programmes, equipping them with the latest tools, resources, evidence and data to develop and improve services for people with Parkinson’s. 

You’ll support the development of a vibrant national network, working in collaboration with the Professional Engagement team and the regional clinical leads. You’ll also work with health and care professionals and Parkinson’s UK colleagues to respond to any threats to Parkinson's services and effect positive change.

• Facilitate health and care service redesign and improvement projects in collaboration with clinicians, Parkinson’s UK staff and people living with Parkinson’s whilst drawing on the principles of co-production

• Build relationships to influence service improvement across the England - South East region, and support the development of a vibrant national network

• Maximise participation in the UK Parkinson's Audit and relevant surveys

• Support health & care services to develop and implement service improvement plans, using the results of the UK Parkinson's Audit as a lever

Start date: September 2026 

Main Purpose: To provide full-time support to learners within the Building Independence (BI) pathway at The Autism Project (TAP).

The role focuses on enabling learners to develop independence, communication, life skills, and confidence, supporting them to access the curriculum and participate in community-based learning. You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure learners make meaningful progress towards their EHCP outcomes and personal goals.

Information:

Permanent part-time role. Working days are Tues to Fri 9-4pm (6.5hrs a day, allowing half hour unpaid for lunch). 26 hours a week.

Salary is £28,860 per annum (full time 37.5hrs) pro-rata. This is £14.80 per hour (London Living Wage).

Holiday allowance is 37 days per annum plus bank holidays pro-rata.

Holiday can only be taken outside of TAP term times.

Your place of work will be at our classrooms at Larcom House SE17 1RT.

About the role

Guided by Nene Park Trust's Business Plan and Fundraising Strategy, the Head of Fundraising will lead and develop a comprehensive fundraising programme across all income streams. You will need to be highly competent at applying to Trusts and Foundations, including Lottery funders - our most lucrative channel for charitable income, whilst also able to drive the growth of our corporate and individual fundraising programmes which are at an exciting stage of development. 

As the senior member of the Fundraising Team, you will oversee and lead innovative fundraising campaigns, appeals and events, and build and steward lasting relationships with donors, partners and supporters at local and national levels.

You will lead and manage the Fundraising Team, setting clear objectives, supporting professional development and driving high performance aligned to the Trust's values and culture. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure fundraising activity is well-coordinated, compliant and  mpactful, helping to secure the income needed to realise the Trust's considerable ambitions.

Key areas of work:

Fundraising Strategy and Planning

• Lead the delivery of the Trust's Fundraising Strategy, devising and managing an annual work programme that covers a wide range of fundraising opportunities, maintains diverse and sustainable income streams, and builds the organisation's voluntary income capacity to meet its strategic aims and objectives.
• Initiate, manage and coordinate major project-based fundraising campaigns, events and other activities in support of the Trust's Business Plan.
• Monitor best practice among close competitors and the wider charity sector to ensure the Trust's approach to fundraising is coherent and delivering the required impact.
• Ensure that all fundraising activity is responsible, delivery-focused and compliant with relevant charity and statutory legislation, fundraising regulations and recognised codes of practice.

Trusts, Foundations and Statutory Funding

• Lead the development and submission of grant applications to charitable trusts, foundations and statutory/public bodies to support standalone projects, capital purchases and core cost recovery.
• Help develop cases for support, business cases and budgets for projects and activities, and support project leads to monitor and control work programmes and expenditure.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to funders and other stakeholders in line with grant conditions. 
• Identify funding information sources and carry out in-depth research on funding opportunities. 

​Corporate Fundraising and Partnerships

• Build relationships through networking with local and national organisations to attract sponsorship, corporate donations and other partnership opportunities.
• Lead the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of corporate supporters and donors in collaboration with the Chief Executive, Senior Leadership Team and Trustees.
• Develop strong cases for support to present a compelling proposition to corporate partners and sponsors.

Individual and Community Fundraising

• Oversee and support the team to raise money from individuals, including community fundraising, regular giving, in memoriam giving and membership.
• Plan and coordinate the stewardship of individual supporters and develop the donor journey, including the provision of NPT membership.
• Manage a schedule of regular appeals and campaigns to supporters through a variety of communication channels.
• Utilise fundraising and marketing tools, such as online donation platforms, crowdfunding and mailshots, to encourage donations and other forms of giving. 
• Develop and implement fundraising events and supporter engagement activities within the Park and elsewhere.
• Subject to strategic priorities, develop the potential for major donor and legacy fundraising.

Supporter Relations and Data

• With support from colleagues, maintain and develop the Trust's CRM system to underpin effective individual and corporate supporter management.
• Ensure the fundraising function remains compliant with all relevant data protection laws and fundraising regulations at all times.
• Manage and oversee fundraising budgets responsibly and in line with the Trust's financial policies and procedures.
• Contribute to reporting on the Trust's fundraising performance, providing regular and accurate updates to the Chief Executive and Trustees.

Team Leadership and Management

• Provide clear, values-based leadership to the Fundraising Team, creating an environment where people can bring their best to the Trust.
• Effectively manage and support staff through regular meetings, setting and reviewing work programmes and objectives, annual performance reviews, and identifying training and professional development needs.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the organisation to engage their support for fundraising initiatives.

Knowledge, skills and expierence

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience, with evidence of recent and ongoing professional development relevant to fundraising
• Extensive experience of fundraising across multiple income streams, including writing successful applications to charitable trusts, foundations, Lottery and statutory funders 
• Demonstrable experience of building and implementing individual giving and corporate fundraising programmes 
• Track record of securing corporate partnerships, sponsorship and grants

About the Role

Greyhound Rescue Wales (GRW) is Wales’ leading charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming greyhounds and lurchers.
