The Head of Performance and Improvement is a new role that will lead our work to drive excellence in our grant making in England. They will play a critical role in ensuring our grant making is not only delivered, but understood, improved, and aligned with our purpose. This team helps us answer key questions about our grant making:
Are we doing what we said we would? How well are we doing it? What have we learned? And what should we do next?
The Head of Performance and Improvement ensures our grant making is evidence-informed, insight-driven, and continuously evolving.
Partnering with the Head of England Operations and working closely with senior leaders, you will ensure performance insight informs improvements to our grant making as well as feeding into decision-making, and strategic direction. It’s a role that connects information and delivery, helping us fund with confidence and learn with purpose.

The First Contact Navigator posts will play a central role in the CARA team, ensuring that our service users and other agencies receive a high-quality service from the moment of first contact. Job Purpose
Have you experience and a passion for working to support women? We are seeking new team member’s to join our small, in a well-established charity, to support and empower women who experience multiple disadvantages and want to make positive changes to their lives.
We are seeking a Women’s Support Worker to join our Door of Hope team in the East End of London. The role will involve working directly with women who sell sex in Tower Hamlets; supporting them to make goals and support the changes that they wish to make, through information sharing, advocacy, and practical support. We offer this whilst also providing a non-judgemental, and confidential space to talk and be heard.

This role will work alongside women involved in survival sex, survivors of sexual exploitation and women with lived experience of violence against women, and is therefore restricted to female applicants only under Section 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
About Beyond the Streets
We are an established charity with over twenty years’ experience of journeying alongside women who sell sex in the East End of London. We are embedded within Tower Hamlets and are a key-player within the landscape of the support services within the Borough.
Door of Hope provides a safe and confidential space for women who currently, or in the past, have sold sex and who want support or to exit prostitution. We work with women to initially ensure their safety from violence or coercion, then to address the underlying issues that lead them to sell sex. We work within women-centred model and adopt a trauma-informed approach.
We take the well-being of our staff seriously, and actively encourage our team to take time to reflect and to continuously develop their skills and knowledge. We offer regular clinical supervision, a development and training budget, as well as regular team training and reflection events.

About the service
This specialist, gender-responsive service supports young women and girls under the age of 18 who are vulnerable to, or actively experiencing, Child Criminal Exploitation, Child Sexual Exploitation, county lines activity and gang involvement.
Delivered by culturally competent female mentors, many with relevant lived experience, the service works alongside statutory and voluntary sector partners to identify and support young women who may otherwise remain hidden from traditional safeguarding pathways.
The service aims to reduce the harm caused by exploitation, improve safety and wellbeing, and help young women build resilience and positive futures.
About this key role
As a Female Child Criminal Exploitation Mentor, you will provide intensive support to young women and girls who have been identified as being at risk of, or involved in, exploitation and related harms.
Working on a one-to-one basis, as well as delivering groupwork sessions, you will build trusted relationships with young people and their families, helping them to recognise risks, increase their safety and make positive changes in their lives.
You will work closely with partner agencies to coordinate support, contribute to safeguarding and risk management processes, and provide advice and guidance to professionals working with vulnerable young women.

The Role
Your time will be split across three core focus areas:
Digital Marketing & Communications: Execute our marketing strategy and audience growth priorities across all digital channels. Craft engaging monthly newsletters and use digital communications to build strong relationships with our supporters . Support the structured growth and marketing of HFTF’s consultancy and paid services to attract, secure and nurture relationships with our partners. Update and manage our WordPress website and core digital channels. Develop, optimise, and design compelling email journeys for our key services using our digital toolkit, including Ticket Tailor and EcoSend. Supervise our Communications freelancer (1 day per week) providing supportive oversight for social media content.
Individual Giving & Campaigns: Develop communications showcasing our real-world impact through collaborative storytelling to increase our visibility and strengthen audience engagement. Help grow our base of regular individual supporters to increase our unrestricted income. With the Fundraising Manager's support, you will lead digital individual giving campaigns, including the Big Give, to grow our regular supporter base and boost unrestricted income.
Climate Connect Platform Growth: Expand our digital organising platform into a sustainable paid service for partners, creating a long-term income stream. Design campaigns to increase platform uptake, engage with organisations and communities to actively use Climate Connect, ensuring a smooth user journey. Help gather impact case studies for future grant funding, and liaise with external developers to coordinate platform updates and improvements.

The Senior Trust Officer is responsible for securing and managing significant income from charitable trusts and corporate partners to sustain and grow the the organisation's services and advocacy work with and for refugees and people seeking asylum. They will manage a portfolio of high-value trust and corporate partner relationships (independently up to £250,000 and will support the wider philanthropy team for applications over £250,000). The post holder will prepare compelling applications, pitches and reports, cultivate long-term partnerships, and ensure timely stewardship that reflects the organisation’s impact and values.
They are looking for someone with a demonstrable track record of securing five and six figure grants from charitable trusts, foundations, or corporate partners, with the ability to meet and exceed individual income targets.
